On the start of week 4 flower the gals are doing well :) The Blueberry scent is getting stronger. I defoliated lower growth sites and cleaned up the top canopy to let more light and air in. I couldn't get everything I wanted to prune because I cant reach the back of the canopy, so some larf will be expected on my plant in the back of the box. On day 2 its all on cruize control now not much else to do but keep my reservoir on point and wait for the girls to bulk up and mature :). On day 6 I mixed up a new 5 gal reservoir with my bloom nutes. At the end of week 4 flower the girls smell great :). the smell is building every day along with the buds :) I'm really happy and surprised with the production at only week 4. It seems my clone may be optimized to my growing environment and or the increased light levels from being too close to the grow lights have accelerated the flowering process.

Ahora las hojas están como caídas, con esas puntas amarillas, lo cual me preocupa. Espero que con el lavado de raíces vaya mejor. Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. I cut a girl this week, it was my first more normal haircut:) maybe I overdid it a bit, but she continues to grow and I'm happy about that :) today she will get food 2x in a row :)

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. D24 - 10/02/2025 Last week was really good, none of the girls showed any signs of toxicity after the full strength feed, which is good. I’m already seeing signs of pre-flowering on some of the girls, next week for sure we enter flower mode. Applied some LST to the girls and some defoliation. Fan leaves were taking a lot of space, now internal nodes should have more light to use. Not going too crazy on this though. Unfortunately snapped a branch of Northern Lights #1 while applying the LST, must take extra care next time. Still haven’t changed the reservoir, should do that later this week. — D27 - 13/02/2025 Changed the reservoir and mixed nutrients for pre-flower. I’ve been adjusting the LST, but other than that there’s not much of an update. Girls are looking really great and growth is exploding. PPFD is around ~500 on canopy level. — D28 - 14/02/2025 Did another defoliation session. Went a bit more heavy this time. Now we let them recover for a few days.

Honestly, last week I switched to watering exclusively with water with the recommended pH level. I defoliated, perhaps even did some kind of partial trimming in vivo. Expect my results, friends, it will be a rich harvest of delicious cones!

Strawberry Gorilla has grown great given its limited space. I moved her and added supplemental lights.

She is ideal for SCROG and very well suited for growing in more moderate climates, Indoor flowering takes 8-10 weeks, outdoors she is ready for harvest in October. There is no raciness or paranoia whatsoever, making her ideal for daytime medication against chronic pain and stress.

Huston I think we have an issue.. So the temp in the tent has been getting up to 90% for 4 consecutive days as well as the humidity has risen to 77. I know that it is from my room conditions now that I am running 3 lights in the room and it is causing the overall room temperature to rise. I have ordered a portable AC unit for my grow room and it will be here next Thursday so I can only hold on. Heavy defoliation commenced to try and bring the humidity and temp down as best that I can. The Maui Wowi hermied on me under the heat stress.. but it is too big to let it go so I am plucking Balls daily from anything I see. Also I had to chop the Blue cheese down it was dying from lack of light because you guessed it the Maui Wowi has stolen the show and light.
