The smell is amazing. And amazingly strong. It’s been really humid here and my carbon filter isn’t working well. Few more weeks for the kush. Maybe 3-4 for the cbd Sativa. Getting excited. But as always not looking forward to trim.

The run continues nicely, we still had some temperatures of nutritive solution a little high with the heat of Danielle. It drops drastically in 2 days so I will finally finish this growth in the calm one and will be able to begin my bloom on September 24th. I apply hydrogen peroxide at a rate of 0.5ML/L, twice a week as a treatment. The root Rot X is used every ten days when changing the nutritive solution. I put less water in my system, in order to create a wet zone and a dry zone, I make sure that the roots are always immersed of course. As soon as the temperature drops, I will switch to 800 ppfd for the end of growth and depending on the evolution of the plants I may add some sensi grow a and b to increase the ec a little. If you are attentive, you will observe on the tips of the leaves or even on the leaves, spots of burns or deficiencies, it is simply the consequence of the pythium a few days earlier. The last growth update will be around September 24/25.

Rainbow melon what can I say? This plant is absolutely one of my favorite so far out of the fast buds genetics. I’ve grown a couple other genetics before and I have to say fast buds definitely checks all the boxes almost makes it too easy. The plant literally grows itself like it has a mind of its own handling low stress training absolutely amazing. Seems like it wants to have a perfect canopy. Very little TLC and the plant absolutely is thriving. 🌿🔥

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. Uaooh guys! Still nn I believe I have achieved a similar result this variety has really amazed me x the amount of resin leaking from those beautiful multi-color purple gems! I had never grown a gorilla and now I understand the reason for its fame! Not to mention the really pungent intense smell that remains stuck to you throughout the day! Fastbuds really this time you exceeded my expectations !

Flowering goes good, also found the possible reason of slowy grow of one of the plants.

I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.
