Quite a sad run to be honest, but it's all due to bad decisions on my side. I decided to top her and even though she seemed to take it well, it might have triggered something. She also was a stretcher with such a large inter-nodal space that I didn't find necessary to defoliate anything and I didn't remove any budsites. The result was a ton of small popcorn buds. And to not help, I waited way too long before giving her nutes, thinking I could do all the run without using any but even when I started giving her some, the schedule was close to being improvised. I would normally have given her more time to flower but a space problem in the tent caused me to chop her down prematurely, still with a majority of cloudy trichomes and some amber ones. I would definitely redo some stuff but she still outputted some very decent flowers, effect and taste wise because let's be real, they look terrible, almost like seaweed. I'd love to retry this strain.

Week 12 Day 1 humidity has climbed a little higher than I would like due to a big storm we had 2 days ago but will come down over the next few days. The flowering seems to be coming along nicely, no signs of any mishaps yet. Week 12 Day 3 the trichomes are really starting to present themselves already. Only issue I’m dealing with currently is high humidity in the tent (68%) due to the very rainy weather we’ve had over the past few weeks Week 12 Day 7 and the frost continues to come in. D71. Week five of flower and the girls are simply doing their thing. I scouted the plants today and found thrips on the second girl. I was hoping the lacewings would have gotten them all by now, but no such luck. I'll give them a week before ordering another batch. For some reason, the thrips avoid the first girl. Visually, there's also a clear difference between the two girls, with the first girl being darker and having more buds. ------------------------------ D73. I brewed a short (6 hours) compost tea today consisting of worm castings, kelp meal, neem meal, humic and fulvic acid, rock dust, biochar, and molasses. After the brew, I added homemade Bokashi juice, which lowered the pH of the tea to 6.6. Each girl got 2.5 liters of tea (5% of pot volume.) I also did another light round of defoliation, down low on the plants. ------------------------------ D75. Each girl got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with 5 ml of FFJ. The plants stretched SO MUCH after flipping them into flower that it's challenging for the light to penetrate the canopy, and it's pretty dark further down. I bought some LED grow light strips and installed them in the tent to provide additional side lighting. It's only 36 W of extra lighting, but I hope it will help to develop the numerous buds down low. I put the lights on the left side of the tent, around the first girl, since she has a lot more buds, but now that it looks like the concept works, I might get another set of lights for the right side of the tent. ------------------------------ D77. We've reached the end of the fifth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. Ahem, almost all since I still have the thrips to contend with, BUT I just put a bunch of Cucumeris predatory mites in the tent, so the war rages on. A friend suggested adding white cloth below the plants to reflect more light toward the lower buds. Sounds plausible, but I didn't have any fabric, so I went all ghetto by simply putting strips of kitchen paper on top of the scrog net. Not the most fantastic reflector material ever, but it's what I had at hand. Plus, it's easy to work with and costs next to nothing. I doubt it will make a big difference, but even a slight increase is still an increase, and I could see a visible difference in the amount of light hitting the lower canopy. Finally, each plant got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3, with FFJ and Bokashi Juice. ------------------------------

Septima semana de vida y sigue todo según lo esperado, la planta va tomando altura velozmente y se va poblando de nufos donde estarán las futuras flores . Los parámetros bien y la alimentación ya completamente dedicada a la formación de flores. Es todo por ahora, Buenos Humos!

We have reached the first harvest, I do not mark it as harvested because the other one is still going and will be harvested in 7 - 10 days. Here we are with our Blue Cheese F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, it was the first to be harvested in just 59 days, born in fact on September 1st, all of it was harvested on October 30th, not bad at all. The flowers are really beautiful, excellent resin, skunky scent as we like it a little gray, as soon as we smell skunk we fly into the past, far from indie and commercial music and with generic nostalgic references. Here with a smell of skunk we teleport to the coffee shops of Amsterdam in the late 90s. It often happens to me when I smell the flavors and smells of the first super herbs I smoked. With Skunk and derivatives more than anything. And then with Cheese which is precisely a derivative and with Bubblegum I go straight back to that coffee shop. The amount of grass is average, the plant is not very tall, about 90 cm and has been cleaned underneath, the largest is 100 cm, it will give us a lot of grass, the phenotypes are slightly different despite being f1 but at least two phenotypes seem obvious to me, we must grant them, mom and dad. I did a big flush but the plant arrived a bit green anyway, I had exaggerated in pumping a bit and I anticipated the harvest by about a week when I saw my jars almost empty. Let's be clear, we are still at an excellent amount of mature pistils, about 75%, and as for trichomes we are a bit amber, mostly cloudy and also some transparent still. But whatever, we are ready anyway. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. The week started out with normal weather, then the high pressure ridge came in and it was over 35* c in here for the last 2 days. But the plants look good. I put up the shade cloth I had, when I saw that the temps were going up. I'll roll the shade cloth back when the temps cool some. I live near the ocean which moderates our temp fairly well. The summer time ocean temp is around 55* f and 45* f in the winter. (Funny - being old school, I still use old imperial temps)😄 The plants have been getting some food each day with my reservoir pump being hooked up to a timer. I also gave about 1 gallon of rain water to each plant yesterday. They are filling out their space nicely. I have to get in there in a couple of days and put all the branch tips down under the table again. With about 2 weeks before flipping to flowering things are going great. Be Great. Chuck.

day 70 was harvest day !! really fast strain, 24h light ON really played a big role as well frosty buds and amazing strawberry smell, now lets dry it !!

Day 42: Went on vacation for 3 weeks, asked a friend to take care of my plants and make pictures and videos. He gave them feedings, did some defoliation but it is hard from a distance to guide him how to train or to defoliate.
