Now we are at exceptional levels. The plant is very florid, healthy with large leaves and large and resistant branches, the trunk is really scary, I hope everything promises super branches. In my opinion the topping is true that slows down the harvest but because it slows down the forging and the plant manages to grow very well when it starts. We are using for the protection of Neem oil + potassium soap at the right doses plus a nutritious foliar Lord Grow that protects, nourishes from from Co2 via leaf.

Big defoil day 43 and she pretty much into the light

I grew two plants of the FFT1 testers. I started them indoors in the spring during COVID19 lock down. The germination date was the week of March 25, 2020. I didn't start the grow diary at that time because I was having a really hard time coping with the COVID19 non-sense and I wasn't sure I was completely committed to properly documenting the grow. In the end, I think this grow helped me cope... ha! So I topped one FFT1 plant, and let the other grow 'native' with no interventions at all. Both were grown totally organically with no added nutrients. We moved the plants outside on May 1, 2020 into our home made greenhouse/trellis. I took a few photos but I was still not committed to documenting the grow. I wasn't even sure if the plants would grow well considering I hadn't provided them with any nutrients at all. In fact I felt like I was neglectful of the ladies LOL. It became clear to me by June that these plants were gonna take off... they were growing like mad! I realized that I really HAD to share what was going on in my back yard. Also, I had made the commitment to FastBuds, and I was sure they would want to see the plants. I started this journal as soon as they started the first signs of flowering. By the time the stretch was done Big Mama (my first FFT1 plant) was an insane monster at 10 feet fall. Little Sister (the second FFT1 plant) was a solid 7 feet tall. Big Mama had been topped and mainlined and holy cow she was HUGE with eight main colas. Little Sister had not been topped and she was less than half the size. The buds were beautiful as you can see from the photos. They weren't super fat, and they weren't super frosty, but they were like piles of spaghetti noodles with beautiful streaks of amber. There were bud sites ALL OVER. Near the end of the grow, as the buds were 99% ripe I started to see small spots of bud rot in Big Mama. That's when I pulled the trigger and started the harvest. COVID19 put a real damper on our harvest party, but we were able to call in a few friends from our 'bubble.' Big Mama's wet yield was around 2600g and Little Sister offered 1300g. I was totally astonished. I have to LOL any time I look at the numbers LOL. We trimmed all of Big Mama by hand, but lost our steam for Little Sister. Her trim was rough, and we will have to use our Trimbag to clear off some of the foilage... I adjusted my dry weight numbers to accommodate for this. We dried them in the mesh tiered dry racks for the first few days and then moved them into large paper bags. They are not quite as dry as I think they should be, and so I have adjusted my dry weight numbers to reflect this. Total dry weight for both plants is coming in at 2000g total which is around 4.5 pounds. We put a bunch in the vapes and had a whole lot of fun! The vibe is a solid hybrid offering lots of energy for chit chatting and talking shit. But it's not a racy energy... it's somehow relaxing at the same time. We watched Alone on Netflix and made out... while eating ice cream and chips LOL. I was properly stoned. Stoned as fuck. My eyes were completely red and Njaak was a squinting grinning mofo. He's saying it's his new favourite, and that's before it's cured. This bodes well! So we have put the weed back in paper bags for the cure and are excited about this one. The flavour... we are going with sweet with a bit of citrus, but I think we need a bit more time to let it cure before we could offer reliable data. I'll update more on that later.

First feed of bloom nutes today at 577 PPM. Had to add a small mid week water to the schedule, only water PH’d at 6.5. Had a pretty good stretch this week, seeing lots of growth with a good amount of bud sites, smelling nice, warm cheese and a fruity berry sharpness. LST going well, trying to spread out the lower branches

Sexta semana, hoy. Acabo de realizar el riego esta mañana. 3 litros de agua con sus nutrientes. Creo que quedan entre 3 y 5 semanas de floración.

We’re officially in the first week of flowering, and the stretch has already started! 🌿 The plant without LST has shot up quickly, growing tall and strong. However, I noticed a few rusty spots on the leaves, which might be a calcium or magnesium deficiency. To help, I’ve slightly increased the CalMag and Bloom nutrients for that plant. 🌱 Other than that, everything seems to be going well, and I’m happy with the overall progress. It’s exciting to see them enter this new phase, and I can’t wait to see how the buds begin to form! 😁✨

Easy week hoping for a strong finish so only nutes they getting know is rhinoskin a and b ph perfect b52 overdrive and sensizym and bud candy I say they got like another week tops till flush but I take pictures everyday and see colas still getting fatter until that stops I will not cut them so far this grow been a great journey for me and I learned a lot about autos next up will be these gorilla cookies and I can’t wait

She's about ready to go down now. I'll chop her in a few days time. The heat is stressing her out badly and she needs to be hung. Aiming for a few weeks of dry time.

Well we’re in the shit now that’s for sure. 10 weeks in to veg. A bunch of unruly plants that just want to flower, a delayed timeline on the clones, and the last harvest that’s screwing with the whole damn schedule 🤬. That’s the summary anyway. The strawberry is outdoors doing its thing and lookn great. The Lost Coast was up potted to a 15gal. And outside no more than 12 hours before a fuckin squirrel knocked a vase on top of the mainline - splitting the stem right to the medium. We taped it up and the plant looks like it’s gonna live but so much for the monster mainline we had planned. Now I t’ll be babying a stunted and injured runt all season🤬. The other plants inside are a running lesson in canopy management. The widow is unruly and had to be topped on all the current mains. The Skywalker is similar. The others are still lagging a little, primarily due to their indica leaning nature. The boogie nights might not be worthy of the indoor spot as she’s very small in comparison to the others. Time will tell here as I’m also still waiting on some materials for the eventual scrog net (thanks a lot covid) which could drag this out even longer. Clones started popp’n roots in the aerocloner on day ten🤟. It’s just more proof that even in less than ideal conditions, as long as you have a strong, mature cutting - its not a question of if, but simply a matter of when.😎😎😎 32% avg. 10/16: A lot of stretching happening this week. I had to move the light up 3 times and even then the main cola of #1 grew into the light and got a little heat burn on the leaves. They are starting to build flowers. This will be a fun week as i should start seeing some purple in the flowers and leaves if I have one of the phenos that has the really deep purple. I did successfully clone all 4 plants, but ended ip with a powdery mildew issue in the propagator and so i may just throw the clones out as all of their rock wool cubes have some on it and i am not sure how to clear it up before putting them in soil. Will probably post a question about that. These ladies had a defoliation a week ago and clearly already need another. I over vegged for sure. I am not sure i am going to defoliate this week, and will probably just let them grow unbothered. Im hoping yo only have to defol one more time and so hoping to wait until they have finished their transition.
