Update 14/09/20 - All systems ahead at this stage. Plants are drinking approximately 2.5 litres per day and reservoir is constantly filled and Ph checked daily. Ph average 6.1 Humidity 50% Day Temp 28c Night 20c Seems to be Approximately 3 weeks left on Colorado Cookie & one of the mixed bag as well or may be slightly ahead, by possibly a few days. Time schedule looks as though 1 of the mixed bags 1st, then Colorado Cookie, 3rd Second mixed bag (lightly topped) then may a week or 2 will be the Blueberry. The next weeks 4 weeks are exciting!!! I'm excited to see how much more they fill out from this point! They may exceed my expectations!! 14/09/20 - I increased the nutrients slightly as the Blueberry was a little light green as opposed to all other plants that have that have lush green into flowering as well as a little extra flower boost to try to fatten up the buds. 5 mls extra of Flower Booster 25 mls per 10 ltrs. 16/09/20 - Realised that Mixed bag x 2 & Colorado Cookie only have approximately 3 - 4 weeks, so I decided to begin to reduce the nutrients instead on the 3 girls. Blueberry is at least 2 weeks behind so I have continued to feed her 1/4 nutrients and 20mls bloom per 10 ltrs. Did another defoliation on the Blueberry and this will be the last time for her until later in flower. very light defoliation of bud sites to Mixed bag x 2 & Colorado Cookie. * The Colorado Cookie has a magnificient fragrance, the Mixed bag as I'm not sure what they are they do have a Citrus fragrance. Trichomes have begun and are still clear An eye must be kept on Trichomes from here * 17/09/20 - Systems are good and everything moving along nicely.

LST plant on left, Topped plant on right. Note I only topped once and LST for 4 days haven’t done one thing other than watering for several weeks now. These girls are about 10 days into flowering. My mind is made up on using mycorrhizae along with the Gaia Green and Rhizo Blast as these girls are on fire 🔥. The leaves are silky smooth sign of excellent transpiration and VDP. Consistency is key and I’ve been able to maintain night temps at 69F and day time at 80. RH fluctuating from 45-64 from light on/off. I’m waiting/debating on defoliating this week or the next.

Really love this strain, grown it a few times, happy with how she turned out, greasy an sticky and the smoke is heavy an euphoric, she smells like fruit punch with hints of nut meg, a smell I can't explain very pungent...

fifth veg week, the ladies were doing well, i don't know why but i wanted to try what happens if i take off all the leaves and leave only tops... but trust the process xD

Mother Fucker, Had all this typed out and it fucking closed the tab and would not load last edit. Lets try this again. This has been a big week, got a transplant in and ran into some issues with the feed. Transplanted the plants from their 1L to 2Gal/7.5L pots and gave them some LST to keep em low, all went well in transplant process as seen in the video however the Gaia Green burned my plants and this is odd considering I did not use it full strength as per their directions. They recommend amending medium for pots and baskets at a rate of 3tbsp or 45ml per Gal and I used it at a rate of 60ml in 2Gal, not even close to their 90ml recommendation. Seems weird why I would be experiencing this. I reached out to them and have not heard anything back. kinda disappointed about that. I have two batches of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and when I ran a test side by side on them I found the old one I am currently useing has a higher EC value then the new one I got. I dissolved 1/4 teaspoon into 250ml of water and gave it a good stir, I then let it sit for 5 min and measured its PH and EC, I also tested out the Insect Frass from them as well and it was similar numbers to the new 4-4-4 batch. I got readings of 0.98 for new 4-4-4 and 1.43EC for the old batch of 4-4-4. Seems off. I also tested all the other things I added into the soil and they did not spike EC to any significance. I'm hoping they reach back out to let me know whats up. PH was on point and nothing crazy all aorund 7.1 I also tested the PH and EC of the watering solution to confirm it was the 4-4-4, added in some yucca in their as well as other beneficials that I normally do in soil grows. all within range, PH down with Phspohric Acid and EC under 300 A+ In other good news I finalized the PPFD maps for my tent and lights, I use 2x 240w Mini Sun 2's from Medic Grow, They don't normally use the lights in a twin setup in 2x4 tent so thus they had no light maps for me. The grow shop I go to lent me their Quantum Par light meter and I went to town, I demoed this unit last week in a little video and then went onto say how I messed up the readings and needed to redo it all. Well I had to have the meter returned and was working all week so only had time to get one height measurement in at 30" with all the intensities of the light 40-60-80-100% I had a feeling I was over blasting them with light but the amount I was thinking was not even close to how much more I was giving them. I was running my plants before at 80% and maybe 20" hang height. I was nuking them. It shows my ideals are going to be 40% in veg and 60% in flower with altered lighting schedules to accommodate a proper DLI. As of right now I am giving my plants 42 DLI in veg at 18/6 and that's a bit much for me. I would like to see this number closer to 35. So if I edit my schedule down to 16/8 it will give me a DLI of 37, when I got into bloom if I go 11/13 I will also get a DLI of 37. If I kept it at 12/12 at 60% I would have a DLI of 41, and If i did it like last time 12/12 at 80% I would have a DLI of 55... 41 is not the worst but I think it might be to much. we will see based on how the plants are growing. I used a free heatmap web page tool to make the PPFD maps, its not perfect but it works out well for me. I did all the intensities on their own image and also did one main image with all the intensities that shows the strength of 100% vs 40-60-80% in colour. The one light on the right side does not seem to be as strong as the one on the left, Or it could be some weird things with my tent, When I looked at the numbers with the door open they did not fluctuate as much. so who knows, I tested them with the door closed and extractor fan on as that's what the plants will be getting when in the tent, I centred the light as best I could and levelled it out with a bubble leveller. It was funny seeing how the PPF readout numbers changed as the tent sucked in around the sides, It is a good thing I have the mid support bar to prevent it from doing that to much. Once I mapped out all my readings in PPF I then calculated its average and PPFD using the grow space dimensions of 2x4, applied the convention and got my average PPFD :) The pepper are also doing well. I don't think I noticed a difference between soaking the seeds with some peroxide 1% vs plan water. Won't do that again does not seem to help anything. All but one variety as popped, the naga morich, has not been germinated, I was reading online that dehydrated seeds can have as low as 5% germination rate, With this in mind I took a lot of seeds from my older naga morich peppers in the pantry and placed them in a damp paper towel. I have a feeling given their age and treatment previously they will not pop, but that's ok if they don't, I have a large assortment of pepper for this season and they are already well on their way to giving me a good crop. Have not noticed any other fungus gnats in a bit. Happy about that, don't know where they went, unless it was just a few and they died before breeding. Overview: As the fourth week of cultivation unfolds in "Schroedinger's Plants," our focus remains on the three strains: Tropicana Cookies, Gorilla Zkittlez, and Apple Strudel. This week, we concentrated on maintaining consistent environmental conditions, implementing light defoliation, and introducing low-stress training (LST) to encourage optimal growth and development. Plant Progress: 1. Tropicana Cookies: Growth: The plant showed significant progress, reaching a height of 37 cm by mid-week. Health: The plants remained healthy throughout the week. No signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies were noted. Interventions: Regular watering with 2 liters on alternating days and nutrient feeding with Alfa Boost at 1-1.5 ml/L. Light defoliation was performed on the 23rd to improve light penetration and airflow. Environmental Conditions: Maintained a stable temperature range (25-27°C during the day and 20-21°C at night) with relative humidity levels ranging from 62% to 75%. Increased PPFD to 500 towards the end of the week. Training: Introduced LST on the 27th to promote even canopy development and better light exposure to lower nodes. 2. Gorilla Zkittlez: Growth: Continued healthy growth, with notable vertical development reaching 21 cm by the end of the week. Health: Overall health was good, with no significant issues. A slight abrasion on a large fan leaf was monitored but did not worsen. Interventions: Followed the same watering and feeding schedule as Tropicana Cookies. Conducted light defoliation on the 23rd to enhance airflow. Environmental Conditions: Similar stable conditions as the other strains, with temperature and humidity maintained within optimal ranges. PPFD was increased to 500. Training: LST was implemented on the 27th to encourage bushier growth and ensure even light distribution. 3. Apple Strudel: Growth: Displayed steady growth, reaching a height of 21 cm by the end of the week. Health: Maintained good health throughout the week with no visible signs of stress or nutrient issues. Interventions: Consistent watering and feeding regimen with 2 liters of water on watering days and Alfa Boost nutrients. Light defoliation was done on the 23rd. Environmental Conditions: Environmental parameters were kept stable, mirroring the conditions of the other strains. The increase in humidity to 75% towards the end of the week was monitored. Training: LST was applied on the 27th to support even growth and improve light access to all parts of the plant. General Observations and Actions: Lighting and CO2 Enhancement: Continued to monitor and adjust the PPFD levels to ensure optimal light exposure for all plants, with a final adjustment to 500 towards the end of the week. CO2 levels were kept stable to support healthy growth. Nutrient Management: The consistent use of Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt has been effective, with no signs of overfeeding or deficiencies observed. Training and Defoliation: Light defoliation was carried out to enhance light penetration and airflow, reducing the risk of mold and pests. LST was introduced to encourage more even and bushy growth, promoting better overall plant health and yield potential. Conclusion: Week 4 has shown continued healthy development across all strains. The plants are responding well to the environmental conditions, nutrient regimen, and training techniques. Moving into the next week, we will continue to monitor growth closely, maintain stable conditions, and make adjustments as necessary to support the ongoing health and vigor of the plants. Cheers, D.

🌱UPDATE Day 3 🌱- The plant is alive and has already grown to 3-5 cm! In these early stages, I placed a plastic cup over the plant to boost humidity. It's been hot, and even with a humidifier, I battled very low humidity for two days. Nonetheless, the plant looks healthy and vibrant. 🌱 🌱 UPDATE Day 4. 🌱 - The plant is thirsty - when should I start fertilizing? I last watered it on Day 4 with 200-300 ml, and the soil is dry again today. I'll give it another 200-300 ml, but I'm going to research whether this watering ratio is optimal for my 11 L pot. It's growing well, and the serrated leaves are becoming more robust. 🌿

Still on the hunt for those cosmic snacks, it'll be awhile until I see some fruits but here we are end of week 1.. There's only one but she's popping! Took a bit longer than the other strains to sprout from soil but as soon as she did you could see some nice strong dark green leaves. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

Day 35 – The Buddha Haze I is stacking on some killer looking flowers and the pistols, frost, and trichomes are starting to develop nicely. She continues to stretch as she has gained 6" in vertical height since last week. Continuing to feed the Nectar for the Gods nutrients and have added Triton’s Trawl (liquid fishbone meal that is rich in calcium from fish cartilage and is designed to deliver flavor, aroma and color to the finished product) and Aphrodite’s Extraction (a rich blend of sucrose, fructose, chelated nutrients, and organic acids necessary for enzymatic activity, and a complete balance of vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B6 and B12, which are essential to a plants’ biological growth processes). These two additions are known to increases oil, resin, frost, and terpene production in flower. Continuing to add Recharge as a soil amendment to establish colonies of beneficial fungal and bacterial microbes. Temperatures are consistently between 74° - 78° and humidity between 30% - 45%. Soil pH is 6.5 and PPMs at 321 which is perfect for the Nectar for the Gods nutrient line. Added a homemade Co2 generator to boost carbon dioxide levels and to improve overall plant growth and health. – Zannabis7 Day 36 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Added Recharge to the nutrient mix for microbes and to aid in the breakdown and uptake of nutrients. - Zannabis7 Day 39 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Again added Recharge to the nutrient mix for microbes and to aid in the breakdown and uptake of nutrients. Also did some very light defoliation and more leaf tucking to expose flower sites - Zannabis7

She's finishing in stride. The tops are still foxtailing and just keep on growing. There's a beautiful red/purple fade becoming on the leaves. The nugs lower on the canopy are insanely frosty. This is the best smelling Superboof cross I've ever smelled, and I smell atleast 1000+ packs each year. Deep Deep Red Fruit Punch + Black Cherry Fruit Punch+ Beautiful Orange Citrus background from the Superboof + sum earthy hashiness from Pure Michigan. My best plant yet in my opinion and a lot has to do with the banging genetics from Homegrown Genetics. I am absolutely blown away and will be running more! Maybe another week? I'm gonna check trichomes today and see how she looks
