I will update my journal once it’s completely dry trim and everything like that with better numbers and better information. The genetics were pretty good and solid overall I’m happy with my girl.

Bananas are doing great, very nice, big, fast-growing ladies. Especially one of them has a very peculiar smell, I definitely get it why they are called Bananas :D I flipped them to 12/12 after 47 days of veg. I was a bit afraid that they were getting too large, I hope they will fill up the remaining space nicely.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Hey Guys, so I have ran into some difficulties regarding our power supplier. Due to the current situation we are facing in South Africa the power company "Eskom" does not have ample supply to provide constant electricity to our country anymore. This is very sad. So they implement a system called "loadshedding" where the cut off power supply in certain suburbs at certain times. This has got me in a complete and utter flat spin as I'm not always at home when this happens. The past 2 weeks have been immensely rough as we we're scheduled for outages 3 times a day for 2,5 hour intervals. Between 02:00AM - 06:30 my tent's power went off (depending on scheduled time). This has in fact caused some VPD problems ( I tried getting up every night, but I still have to get enough sleep for work ). As you can imagine, it sucks BIG TIME. I've done my best to keep at par & doctored where I could. *Decreased Light Intensity (600W) *Decreased Wind Velocity on canopy Almost approaching the start of week 3. Feeding schedule from 3 day interval - 2 day interval ( 2L per feed ) Selective defoliation to get light on lower tops. Used some garden wire to support 2 main colas which we're too high. Note: Pest/Mould check done. Foliar sprayed with H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) @ coolest part of day - Next day applied high alkalinity ph'd water to kill mildew spores - Fan heater running from 03:30AM - 06:00AM, pulsing/regulating temp at 19-21°C [ until light comes on ] Grow Logging Light Distance From Canopy = 65cm Substrate Temp = 16 C Substrate PH = 6.0 Normal - Moist Level 79cm = Scrog Net Height 95cm = Tree Height PPFD = 20.1 C = Tent 45% RH

Day 22 - No keeping this beast down! Any kind of LST thrown at her has nothing but amazing results! Time to start leaf tucking! Day 23 - Doing what I can to get those lowers as much light as they can! I saw a pistol or two. Can't wait to see her ignite into flower! Day 24 - She's filling out and that cover crop is just insane!! I have not been able to get any of my water soluble nutrients in because of the run off. Tomorrow will be the day as its been a few days since I've needed the shop vac. Day 25 - Early morning feeding. I take my pictures consistently in the evening around 8-10pm. Insane 24 hour difference! Hard to keep the leaves under control. Day 26 - Installed a trellis net for a few reasons. I like to have a baseline for later lollipopping, it'll help support later buds, and its opening lower sites up for light, giving them their final chance to not get the later cut. Day 27 - Final tuck with some pulley assistance in areas before I head out of town for a day in the morning. Moving the cover crop to not allow shadow casting. I could always chop it and give it to the soil, but im enjoying the sight. Day 28 - Had to go out of town for the night, so no picture for today. I'm sure shes happy and raging.

Bellissima settimana! Finalmente i fiori! C'è un profumo in quella stanza a dir poco meraviglioso, è la seconda volta che metto questa varietà (terza considerando la mimosa evo x orange punch) ed è di gran lunga la migliore, come profumi, velocità di crescita, bellezza delle cime.. Ne sono entusiasta! Non vedo l'ora di raccogliere! Procede alla grande, valori nella norma e ho dato oggi il 100% di potenza al led 🍀😎🎉🎉🍀🍀

KKKK omg 986 g wet with branches, and trimmed only the parts that were very dry. The smell is moderately strong, very sweet and pleasant. I believe that once dried, trimmed, and cured it will yield around 160-200 g. For the flush I did the following: I used 15 L of water with Flawless Finish and left it for 12 hours. After that, I rinsed with 5-liter increments until the runoff PPM was below 250, which took 100 L of water. I let it dry for 72 hours and harvested today. ________________________________________________________ 15 days later.... 170g weight dry sweet+coffee smells 8/10 low high

So I left for a week and had a trusted friend take over watering duties. A few things of note: I was concerned over overheating the grow so I turned the power down to 75% and ran the light up another 6 inches. This had the unfortunate effect of less airflow and cooler temps so I got powdery mildew that I would be fighting for the remainder of the grow. That aside, the plants looked way more mature when I returned home, with nice trichome development and density.
