June 3: growing fast now. Still almost 3 weeks until the solstice so we’re in good shape timing wise. June 5: “we got ‘er goin’ now.” Nice fast growth happening. June 6: now past fifth node and will top first thing tomorrow morning. June 7: topped for manifolding (or mainlining), and watered with a simple compost tea (mature compost, water, molasses, vinegar for pH) left to steep overnight. Mental rainbow f1 has been developing well the bid site are bulking up noticeably whilst just started seeing the production of thrichomes on the main bud sites while at the smaller side branches are not that far behind the main ones

Big storms came by the whole week, had to hand pick dead leaves and every sign of mold I could see, I think the main reason for this is the re-vegging, the calyxes that are closer to the stem are already dying and the rains are not helping (precipitations are around 750mm yearly and just last week there were 300mm of rain). Wind broke a couple of branches but I just put them in the freezer for some fresh frozen hash

Harvest was easy pulled all fan leafs off five days ago but left bud leafs on top to help drying process and it makes trimming easier as you can see I trim plant as it stands then I cut branches off or the whole plant. Only took 1hr to harvest.

Alright folks! So this harvest was fantastic! I mean! I’m a happy grower at harvest for any plant! I could harvest one amazing and one meh and be just as happy to cut dry and cure them both! This early miss smoked well and is only about two weeks in cure, this is a rank and musky strain with a whole plethora of combining smells, I find it had a massive pepper and spice hit with almost a food like consistency with its smell, I’m finding a even pine, spice, earthy almost cheesy platform with a fine kick of just a odd but interesting odder I can’t put my thumb on! The density of even the popcorn flower is unreal, rocks all of them. A very light almost desert sandy trichome layer in the interior of the nugs but toward the exterior it’s a lush dark green and red hue with purple calyxes also being seen from the top and Bottom inner and some outer calyxes. The trichome production was very impressive also the fast growth in veg was awesome! But I’m telling you! The big bud genetics and the white widow genetics in this are both prominent, and I love it! I’m saying for a auto it’s pretty potent! And not to say that other autos aren't! We all know they can be pretty Damn amazing! But yeah! The flavour is that of pepper and spice! Pine and a gassy greasy fresh herb blend! I wish I had taken more time to run her though because I believe if I had kept running her, her potency would have been a bit higher and definitely would have achieved a more full couch lock. But over all a easy grow and a dense dense grow. I recommend dropping rh and bringing head up a tad at the end to make those nugs as hard as you can! But that’s my bro advice lol

Day 99 - Finally got to chop a plant! Chopped the cheese, did a rough wet trim and hung it all in my diy drying chamber (see video above). I knew I was going to be chopping one before the other, so I threw together a cheap unit out of a garment box I bought from a moving company. -It came with a cross bar, so I cut the box and re-taped it the way I wanted it, to conceal everything proper. -Then, I drilled some holes in the sides for ventilation and taped some carbon filter from my air purifier overtop to keep pests and dust out. -Outside of the box, I've got a Coway air purifier pulling out the smell and adding a bit of air circulation (pulls air passively through the vents in the sides) . -For added flair 😉, I threw some velcro on the flaps and built a thermometer/hygrometer into the front to keep an easy watch. They will hang from some clip hangers I grabbed, for a week or so, or until they're ready. Then I'll do a dry trim and time to cure! Super Lemon Haze is still plugging along and getting dense. Smells great, and although the leaves show a past of issues, the buds are looking amazing. Can't wait 'till she's done! It's really nice to have the extra space in the tent now too. It was getting a little cramped. Day 105 - Cheese is doing well in the drying tent. Stems aren't snapping quite yet, so will need a day or two more. Drying chamber is working great. No smell whatsoever. Super Lemon Haze is STILL GOING and looking good. Done with nutes now and watching trichs everyday. Buds are beefing up. The leaves are starting to fade, but the look and colour of the flowers is wild. Can't wait for it to finish up. Should be sometime in the next week or so. She would need 1 week more but i harvested her necessarily because my stuff is getting empty

I will be growing her again, as I feel like I let her down, by letting her PH drift so low.. Other than that, she grew beautifully, and fumes of potency as you gaze at her! She yielded more than I expected! She's not that far below my previously lowest yielding plant! :)
