She’s starting to get plumpy and frosty- toning down the nutes and switching to more micro nutes. Decent structure and smells very fruity- but that can change

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Esa familia , ya va quedando menos para cortar estas hermanitas skunk de Zambezaseeds, tienen algo de sobre fertilización de las últimas semanas pero llevamos solo agua 2 semanas. Ph regulado en 6,5 . Humedad por debajo del 40% , temperatura algo alta al trabajar con sodio pues en esta época sube vaya. Así que esto tenemos y las flores se ven bastante compactas. Nos vemos la semana que viene fumetillas.

Grew well, just wanted a little tasty, all organic seed for further tasting later on so dusted with pollen of a Cherry Pie male, pollen was 1year old, on one of the lower branches,and another branch with my MYSTERY COOKIES TWIN MALES 6month old pollen, cutting off tomorrow morning and look for seed or sensimilia, either way I learned something and got stinky ass grass to enjoy, or nice seeds! Ps no seeds😕 but i learned how to not store pollen, no plain envelope. In search of ideas. And new males. Roots would explain poor production. 00

As we saw in earlier weeks, I'm trying to balance them out, something is bothering them. But seeing the results so far it could only be 2 or 3 things: 1/ the left plant (XL runt) is closer to intake of cooler / fresh air. 2/ That one is in a bigger pot 3/ buffering with super soil works better in a larger pot. So next time I will use: better ventilation, also horizontal circular, using bigger pots, also put back in the hydro corn, which I didn't this time, God knows why... Ah I know, cause I was stoned probably... Fr autos I will also use a little fewer amendments in the coming grow. It's just a learning curve with my setup and having never grown auto's indoors. Also with these Forbidden Runtz, I'm happy with what they are doing still with me messing up a bit. Still, it is a tent full of weed. See you next week!! Week 2 full strength feed schedule. I change water weekly, week 3 will begin 1/20/24. Hooked water chiller up to system, works great holding water temps at 66-68 deg F. Ph bounced around but has held steady at 5.9 for 4 days now. EC is 1.2. Lights are at 50% intensity. Roots really starting to show. Sorry pics and diary are a little disorganized, didn’t get diary going right away, I’ll keep up to date as week 3 begins. Humidity fluctuates and drops rapidly when the tent is opened. Put a pitcher of room temp water in with the girls to try to keep humidity up, just had a cold snap here with extreme lows! Girls are powering through no prob though 💪 As of 1/18/24 I’ll add update pics daily, also going to phase out hydroguard in favor or SoAg when it arrives in the mail. 1 8ox bottle of SoAg will make almost 50 gallons of “Hydroguard” and it’s much more effective from what I’ve been hearing from others.

Man, I whipped these girls into shape! They got an amazing lolipoping~! its hard to sacrifice some of those branches but they look so much better for it and i hope it better allocates the plants resources! Did a big defoliation that really changed the way they look!

I was going to chop these beautiful frosty sweet smelling girls down today but after getting in on the trichomes I've decided to go another week to get some more milky and ambers. They are now in full purple dress all leaf is now a dark purple almost black and it's also started to form up on the flowers too. The light is running at 100% and the girls all love it. SP3000 is just so good to me. I want another one just incase anyone from Mars hydro stops by.. I purchased this one myself and I am ready to run a second as an array so come on Mars hydro... Send me one over would you😝🤣👍👍. The frost on these girls can only be down to the introduction on greenbuzz liquids. I grew mom out on biobizz and nowhere near any comparisons. The buds are denser and much more frosty. The smell is stronger and in general the plants feel more resilient.. Tried to do a little more LST this week but it is clear that it can't be done properly so far along so I won't be trying anymore. Increased, again, Megacrop dose by the end of the week. jule 20. Megacrop ~2 litre feed number 16. 1.32gr/litre. ph 6.2 jule 22. Megacrop ~2 litre feed number 17. 1.32gr/litre. ph 6.2 jule 24. Megacrop ~2 litre feed number 18. 1.46gr/litre. ph 6.1

So, very first run with the new set up which I'm excited for. Currently just getting the environment dialled in. Running a RDWC system, along with LEDs, the recipe for success. Running some great genetics from seed stockers (purple punch). Will be back with an update soon, for now enjoy the pictures and videos I upload. FlavoursUK Day 6. Girls doing well. Roots hit the water so expecting some nice growth now. pH fluxing between 5.9/6.0 which is good as that's where I want it, especially for veg. Cant wait to see what I can do with this. Stay tuned.

Starting to swell more each day...still very pleased with overall quality..

Flowers are starting to stack, all at different rates due to different phenotypes. I've given up trying to feed them all according to their different needs, they react unpredictably. Some are hungry and eating their bottom leaves while others look to be overdosing on nitrogen. I am now applying standard doses of dilute fish mix and normal dose bio-bloom to all plants. I think it will probably be a staggered harvest. The sativa pheno is likely to take the longest, with the hybrid pheno being the quickest. Indica pheno somewhere in the middle.

Auto banana kush has sprouted. She lost one of her initial leaves from husk, and membrane sticking. This should not effect her much as she starts. I will find out in a few days. She is growing under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in Athena blended line nutrition.
