DAY 59: The Lucky Charms has been very stubborn in revealing its sex. I think I have a confirmed pollen sack posted above, but will wait another day or two to make sure. Its giving me low-level anxiety worrying about it pollinating my flowering female in the same room. The White Widow is itching for some training and a larger pot. I've been using LST to try and open her up, but by the next day, a bushy node has filled the void. Unfortunately, the veg area of my tent is a bit tight, and it will be another 6 weeks or so before the flowering room is available for late-veg. I also just started 2 clones and 3 seedlings so its about to get packed in there lol. A work around for this would be to switch the WW to a 5-gal soon, keep it in the flowering room for the 12 hours of light [lights in the flowering room are on during nighttime hours (KEEPS ELECTRIC BILL DOWN)], then pull it out in the morning for an extra 6 hrs of sunshine. This would free up room for the incoming babies, as well as liberate the WW from the tight space. Because I have a feeling this White Widow is going to be a monster of a plant pretty soon.

Granddaddy plant in week 6 of flowering. She is in full bloom. Bugs Issue: There are some old caterpillar holes on leaves but I think bugs situation improved. The smell from plant dropped last week after first round of insecticide spray. Smell is like plant crying out in pain after being attack by bugs. I sprayed spinetoram one more time in the beginning of the week. Late in the week, I used a USB microscope to check. And there was a Protoss tank patrolling a leaf on plant 2. On the bigger plant, I just saw carcass of dead mites strewn around. Prepping plant 2 for an early harvest. I am always happy on harvest day. Trim her and let the pot dry out for a couple of days. And plan to spray my garden with third and last round of spinetoram. Next week, I am going back to microbes. Plant 1 is doing fine. She is bigger and handles pests better. Her flowering cola’s also smell nicer. Plant 1 phenotypes is much better than plant 2. And I removed some leaves. This past week, I fed both plants with half strength potassium based orchid fertilizer. Plant 2 shows slight tip burn. So, this is the feeding limit. Plant 1 leaves are nice and green. A few leave started to yellow but I am not bothered by that issue at late flowering stage. Next week I’ll just give plant 1 a dose of yogurt and start pre-harvest preparations. Trimming, flushing, and all that. Transplanted a clone to 25-liters basket. She started to put our pistil. This is one issue with Mycorrhiza. It over stimulate the root. And root tips put our too much cytokinin that signals flowering.

******** Week 9 - Feb 3 to 9/20 (Days 57 - 63 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs are turning this week. Kind of a boring week in a way because she has been such an awesome girl to grow!! Have not spent anytime looking at Trich colour this week.....too early anyway. Trying to keep her environment correct so she is happy and those buds swell. Continue to reduce the temperature slightly during the day and night as well as lowering the humidity. She is a very pretty girl and has certainly impressed me now at weeks 7 to 9.......this is a learning grow though because I was not sure what to expect in weeks 3 to 5 but now understand the genetics better. Growing another girl in a 1 gal pot at the same time, just short of 2 weeks behind, and learning from that girl as well so we know the best way to run the last 4 seeds. Hint......I don’t feel 1 gal pot will be the winner and suspect a 3 gal might be the one for me and my style. What I have reflected on is that this girl has been very impressive to grow even though I have thrown curve balls at her. A little more attention to the LST ensuring a more even canopy and lighten the feedings, this girl can impress!😍 She didn’t like the light intensity in early weeks and preferred a lower pH. Given that she was slow growing at the start I was unsure of how far to push LST and obviously should have tied down her main cola but she was more resilient than I gave her credit for. On bigger branches I would clip off another one of the lower nodes than I did to give a little more energy to fill in the tops. Not sure this girls top cola will fill in as much as one would like but her side branches are making up for it and will definatley add to the weight.........take your time girl😀 Much debate this week over how long she will run in order to determine her last feed.🤪 She had her last feed three times😃 but it was finally Saturday Feb 8, Day 62 as the last day of feed. Plan it to just flush with water and Rezin & Liquid Weight to the end.....or early 70’s anyway if she will hold out that long🤞 She still has several nice white hairs but the red guys, drying, did happen a fair bit this week. She is ripening up. Almost picking up speed but hard to say.....my guessing so far has been off when trying to read this girl so “I am just along for the ride” hope she has a couple more weeks in her yet.😁 The long lanky grows often have you wishing they would have stayed just another 6” shorter.😀 Had to keep the lights higher in the tent to accommodate this girl and now tough to raise as high as I would like for Skywalker. It’s all good though as she is filling in along with the other girls👍She has pretty buds to look at but they are not swelling as much as I would like yet. Hope that comes soon and will continue to lower the temps. Environment is getting colder at night. Crystal production has been strong and very impressive! Changed the light schedule again this week. Moved her to 19.5 hours of light because she is still not falling to sleep at lights out. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, will likely use Flawless Finish to flush the medium. Little more detail: Feb 3/20 - Day 57 - Water feed today. Runoff in tray was 5.95pH from yesterday. - 3L plain water with Sensyzime @ 1.5ml/L. 100ppm and 6.4pH going in. - still trying to raise the medium slightly to over 6.0. Sensyzime to clean up the roots and eat the waste making more food. - Her red hairs are coming out pretty prominent now on some buds. Feb 4/20 - Day 58 - Full feed today. Pot still had some weight. - 3L off full feed with 1125ppm and 6.05pH - Runoff water in tray before feed: 800ppm and 6.1pH - Runoff water in tray after feed: 1000ppm 6.0and pH - Heavy leaf strip today. Almost anything with a stem was removed. Feb 5/20 - Day 59 - nothing today. - She is ripening more now. She is happy and her tips are up:) - Red hairs continue to come out towards the top of the girl. - Light cycle changed to 19.5hrs on and 4.5hrs off. Feb 6/20 - Day 60 - Verify medium today....close to flush - 3L feed of Sensyzime and Rezin @ 2ml/L and Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L. = 100ppm and 5.8pH - Runoff was 1050ppm and 6.05pH. Feb 7/20 - Day 61 - Nothing today, still heavy. - She appears to be swelling more on her buds. Feb 8/20 - Day 62 - ********Last Feed******** - Giving a bit of a flush with Sensyzime, Rezin, and Liquid weight @ 2ml. - 6L feed with 100ppm and 5.8pH going in. - Runoff - 600ppm and 6.15pH. Good numbers but wouldn’t mind the ppm around 1,000. - Evening giver her last full strength feed as listed for the week. - 2L feed going in was 5.7pH. Want to try and keep it around the 6.0pH mark as she seems happy slightly lower pH. - Medium got a good soak and good runoff amount - That will be it. Hope she goes 10 to 14 more days.... Feb 9/20 - Day 63 - Dry out day - raised the light a bit.....will use lower pH water in flush thinking 5.8. - She has some nice buds. She has fattened up and her buds are forming “tips” now. - Again....frosty frosty girl. 05/31 -Day 64 ~650 PAR across the canopy. A & B continuing to stack. C & D’s pistols are starting to change colors along with some swelling. 06/03 - DAY 67 (C) top nugs are feeling tight and hard. Still assuming another 2 weeks till chop. (D) Foxtails coming out everywhere but not too extreme. Possibly another 2 weeks. (A) & (B) slowly progressing still.

Can anyone help my lower leaves are turning yellow and drying up

I’m pretty sure the leaf issues I’ve been having is from the bonide neem follair spraying. Have not sprayed anymore. No longer having pest issues. Removed the gelato runt as it was not growing at a good rate. Using the space to take clones for keepers I might have.

The plant is drinking over 3 gallons of water every day. I’ve lowered the PPM’s to 600. Everything seems to be ok now. I will try to change the reservoir water every 5 days from now on. She started to smell amazing! Very lemony 🍋 P.S. Lowerd the TDS to 550 PPM on day 46. Also just realized that I stressed my plan with to much light. I moved the light at 13” and dimmed to 95% ... I will continue to dim it 2% every day...

8/6/21: Harvest Day!! We'll update the week to "harvest" once everything is dried..My camera scope broke somehow so we're back to using cheap jewelers loupes for now but trichs look completely milky, a few amber spots closer the bud's base, we didn't flush as long as we wanted but I felt it was good to get her chopped down before the heatwave and space is becoming a real issue again... we dry in cardboard boxes, in a room controlled to 65F...we don't usually get bud weights, as its all for personal use but ill try my hardest to get an accurate dry weight before my husband smokes it all lol...Thank you for reading and happy growing everyone! 😽❤️💡🌱

Watered/fed with 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water, mixed with the above listed nutrients, every 3 days! (Always waiting for the soil to become 95% dry, before watering again.) Also placed a 9" tall pale under the plant, to lift her up into the high intensity zone of the light, for flower! (about 24" away from the sf4000(dimmed to 333watts))

Not the best start here, always struggle in the beginning

It was a busy week full of events. I got them a 600 watts HPS light and microbes to help them grow faster. I finally started the trellis netting to even the canopy and get more from the lights and I also spray the plants again for bugs. I found out that I've been using powder nutrients on my reservoir and that's probably why I've been getting floods two or tree times a week and now the valve is open only when I'm there, because I'm sick of cleaning and I took that little sick plant out. My cats have her now.
