Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. Day 17F-24F (Day 19) Man it’s such a shame that bbb#1 stunted out. It was so damn vigorous until it’s most recent feeding. I will make sure to cut back on teas next round as they can be a wild card sometimes. All 5 plants are packing on some serious early frost. But I’m not seeing too much chunk to the buds yet. My other grow that was flipped on the same day has almost no frost yet so that’s a good sign. (Day 21) Big strip today. I will pull off as many leaves as I need to ensure nearly all bud sites are exposed to adequate light. I’m still seeing excess N so I’m going to water in 2 gallons each until I get some runoff. The plants seem to be up taking water pretty decently so I’m going to push it a little with a heavier watering. Wow do the plants look amazing after that strip and flush! Everything is praying up beautifully, including #3 in the back. Let’s hope that gets it back on track now. (Day 22) I want to give a PK boost but all my bloom nutrients have way too much N and I don’t really want to risk it toxing anymore. I could give it a little bit of 0-18-0 bat guano and some 0-0-15 kelp extract but it could be completely unnecessary. I can’t see any signs of deficiencies but a small surplus couldn’t hurt either. (Day 23) I like how the ladies responded to the thorough watering. I will up my watering to 1 gallon every 48 hours from now on. It sucks to see how short bbb#1 is. I was expecting such a huge stretch but it never came because of that fucking tea! I should have leached the medium as soon as I saw stunting. It’s too bad because it definitely had the most potential for yield. (Day 24) I’m starting to think the main problem with bud size this round is all the topping I did early on. Not to mention they were vegging for nearly 3 months. I will try to pick off most of the larf before it wastes anymore energy. I think the ideal style of growing for bud size and veg time is a semi sea of green, or 6-8 plants per 25 square feet. I’m not a big fan of these giant plants as it’s a lot of wasted veg time and smaller bud size overall. The smell is really ramping up!

03/01 Wow, I’m honestly blown away by how this grow is progressing! In the last 24 hours alone, they’ve guzzled an incredible 45 liters of water. 😲 I mean, seriously, that’s insane! The stretch is probably just about wrapping up, so I’m keeping busy tying them down for now. Once the stretch is over, I’ll be going in for some selective pruning—there are just so many new shoots popping up. I’ve got to say, I’ve never seen growth like this before. It’s exhausting, though, and I’ve already run out of zip ties again! 😂 So, tomorrow’s mission: stock up on more. I’ve noticed a few slightly discolored leaf tips here and there, but it’s really minimal. That’s exactly what I’m aiming for—pushing them right to the edge without overfeeding. 🎯 Also, I just realized it’s been over a week since I added any CO2. Maybe that’s why I’m seeing these tiny signs? 🤔 Something to experiment with moving forward. Honestly, I’m so curious to see where this grow takes me—there’s so much potential in these plants! Stay tuned, folks. 🌿💪 06/01: Last night, I started defoliating, and I really went at it with a ruthless approach. I didn’t worry about branches snapping while scrogging—my philosophy is simple: the strongest will survive, and the weakest will wither away. Survival of the fittest in action! I also noticed that one plant seems to be either too wet or too dry. I’ll need to keep an eye on this one because there’s quite a bit of dying foliage at the bottom. My gut tells me it’s slightly overwatered, although that shouldn’t really be an issue with coco. Still, better safe than sorry! 🌱💪

La estructura habla por si sola, aun no le hago amarres correspondientes ya que estoy esperando que me lleguen los soportes y poder darle más vigor del que ya tiene con el apoyo. Estamos probando cannaboost via folear 3 veces por día 2 ml x litro. lo vamos a utilizar hasta el día 21 de floración y comenzamos vía riego. quiero comprobar diferencias ya que todos mis cultivos tengo que probar alguna cosa nueva ya sea estilo de alimentación o lo que sea. Easy harvest not a terrible amount of leaves. Drying can be difficult at times depending on weather conditions due to the density of the buds, watch close. Dry went well

Pollen was dropping like crazy as the male flowers got ripe and ready. The females got good and coated and fully pollinated. I harvested the males to collect and preserve the pollen. Some dried and I veiled it up. But the bulk majority is still drying up. I left just the bottom portion of the male kicking for some extra pollen well the females throw off. The diary will now begin to focus on the pollinated females. The journey to beans is well under way! Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.

Start of the journey for the Auto Gelato I am testing for Fast Buds Genetics 💪 .. I messed up and had my light timer turned off, so I ran 24 hours for the first week instead of 20-4, which I believe to be the culprit for the leggy seedling. That, or my light is not sufficient. It says it's 150 W on here, but I can assure you it is only 100 W out of the wall. I had the brightness down originally but brought it up to 85-90% to see if I can stop the stretch.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la cuarta semana de vida de estas Permanent Maker de Seedstockers. Tuve problemas con la temperatura que estuvo alta 28/26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos, la única queja es la temperatura por empezar pronto, 16 horas luz, 8 oscuridad, estiraron un poco, pero van lentas por el momento, que cojan fuerza. El trasplante a sido realizado a la maceta definitiva, 7L con sustrato Top crop. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

To finish the cycle, I left the plants in complete darkness for the last 3 days, combined with low temperatures to enhance color, resin production, and terpene expression. This final stress pushed maturity and brought out beautiful tones — especially noticeable in the pink pheno and frostier colas. Plants were then harvested on April 11, 2024, after 66 days of flowering.
