So week 2 came with a couple of issues, my hometown (Wich is in Argentina, southern hemisphere) went through a heat wave, I did my best to try and keep the temp down inside, but my indoor was in a room without ac, so off to a slow 2 week too... This seed and most of the grow equipment was given to me and my intention was to made more seeds out of it and gift them for the second cannabis expo in Argentina.

Welcome to my grow diary of the Royal queen seeds Royal Gorilla very nice looking, overall very good performance for this kind of (not so good) weather. Hoping for flowering to set soon, warm weather is coming this week, so maybe in a couple of days we can see the first flowering hairs.

Week 11 I though she was gonna be done this week only gave her RO water for the last 2 weeks but looking through the loop her trichomes are still mostly clear so I think I'll give her one more week. She looking great, smelling great, buds look amazing. Tried to get some good video so you can see how lovely she is!!

Entre hoy y mañana ya le doy el último riego con agua sola y después corte y a secar, con la calma... Cómo cada cultivo es hermoso ver crecer estás plantas, aunq las variedades son las mismas son muy diferentes q, como los hermanos o los dedos de la mano... Me pone contento y al mismo tiempo triste terminar con ellas, pero para eso están... Setting up the garden of my dreams - Scroggernaut 2.0 "either yer scroggin er yer not" Old grow was a 4x4 closet inside a garage. New grow will be a 8x10 room with a 4x8 and 2x4 in 2020, and adding at least another 4x4 in 2021. My son will be learning how to grow this year in a dedicated 2x4 space, soiless mix, hand water. The additional 4x8 will be in a dutch bucket recirculating system (Thanks to GreenMachine for the advice so far, coming for more). All tables will be custom designed and made by me. Genetics will be a mix of Original Sensible Seeds (Bruce Banner #3) In house genetics (Slurricane ix) and some FastBuds testers So far in 5 days I have built the structure, and completed most of the insulating. Wiring before I finish the walls to save some future headaches. Lighting will be 3 x HLG 550 clones over a 4 x 10 foot area. This gives 36 LED watts per sqft, and the PAR rating on these lights is insane. Should be more than enough light. DAY 6 WEEK 2 - FLOWER Hello fellow growers, I'm thrilled to report that my current grow is progressing smoothly as I enter Week 2 Day 6. The plant is showing promising signs of healthy growth with no apparent deficiencies detected thus far. However, I've encountered some peculiar symptoms with the leaves; it seems like there's some tissue tearing or ripping occurring. Despite thorough inspections, I'm confident in stating that pests are not the culprit, as I haven't observed any other signs they typically leave behind. It's a bit perplexing, but I'm keeping a close eye on it. One aspect I've been experimenting with in this grow is the use of an ExHale CO2 bag. While I had hoped for a noticeable increase in CO2 levels, I haven't seen a significant improvement. After careful consideration, I suspect that the lack of a sealed environment is hindering its effectiveness. Humidity issues prevent me from sealing the environment completely, which likely results in the CO2 being dispersed rapidly. For now, I've decided to forgo using the CO2 bags, but I'm open to revisiting them in the future if I can establish a sealed environment. Looking ahead to the start of Week 3 of the flowering stage, I plan to introduce PK boost additives to enhance potassium intake. This strategic addition aims to support robust flower development and overall yield. Despite the minor setbacks, I remain absolutely thrilled with the progress of this run. With approximately five more weeks to go, I'm eagerly anticipating the taste and aroma of the final product. I appreciate all the support and encouragement from fellow growers. DAY 56 Since flip: well all of these ladies have come past the official harvest dates mow of max 56 days. I am happy to say it is because they all want to continue swelling and pushing new pistils to show off their prowess. FFT#1 Is starting to brown off nicely all over and will need a loupe soon to determine how close she is to her sweet spot . She smells so much of pineapples now that I think she has to be on that track for her true identity. Nice solid buds , not the biggest but a few around so shouldn't be too shabby on her yield. FFT#5 Is racing with #7 to the best sized buds I think. She has a couple that are certainly the 2 mains picked to quad from but even the secondary challengers are nice and fat and verybfrity sweet. They are developing a lot of new tricks too and could go another week at least. FFT#7 Is the heaviest bidder of the whole grow so far. She continues to swell and push plenty of new fresh pistil sets out at a fair pace. Her lower down growth is showing through the canopy all over and does her genetics very proud. She is my favourite of the for growth but #5 is doing amazing too. Let's see what next week brings to the game shall we. Be sane growmies.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ We arrived pass mid flowering as we are now starting week 5 of flower. No issues, bumped up a bit the Sensi Bloom to 2.5 after 3ml, and have seen the girls darken a bit, so i decided to go down a bit to 2ml this week, maybe stick to this dosage depending how the girls react. The tent have become small for or two ladies, no way to train them more, there is no space. Decided to move forward without a mid grow flush. Still on the 1.5l of water every other day, one base + recharge + pk booster, other with pk booster + natures candy + velokelp alternating. Today was the last Pk booster - Big Bud dose, now we will cut the Big Bud and enter with the Overdrive, the rest will be as is. ------SM.BB COMMENT------ The blueberry is darker than the AK, presenting no signs of overfert, tips are ok, and no spotting, buds are becoming fat and resinous.

Ten days sence last post, more defoliation has been done. The stretch has stoped and frost on leafs is coming strong. 50 more days of buds getting bigger ... lets go.
