Back to the 1000 wt as temps here are modest for July atm. Still 1 plant not flowering like the other 2. I will be patient as it’s overall structure looks amazing. Slowly easing into the process not as much anxiety about every little thing. Changed my light out for my lower power 600 wt led instead of the 1000wt TMLAPY. Maybe not the right move i really don't know what to do b/c i have tip burn and my tent gets a bit hot in the low 80s when its in the 90s here in Illinois. I have an makeshift cooler w fan and some fans and my exhaust fan system which im pretty sure is under powered and overall and bad beginner purchase. I will upgrade as soon as i can financially afford to. Also had flooding issues in basement which is always an adventure, i eventually need a better way to get my grow tent up off the ground b/c water does get in there sometimes. Doing everything in my power to avoid mold and have fans and filters and cleaning, but again this may have been a beginner mistake and i may have to find a new home for the tent for the next time. Also I definitely had been under watering the girls and came close to one of them dying and have to remove some yellow leaves at bottom, they all look stable now. 1 out of 3 plants has a darker color and looks fuller and healthier w less tip burn but it is shorter only has a couple of hairs where the other 2 are going full on into flowering with so many hairs and growing much taller. Possibly stunted the growth... Anyway the word of the day for this week is TIP BURN. I will submit a question to follow. i recently uploaded a video that should show all 3 plants w the tip burn.

Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥 We ran this one in an even parts soil, compost, coco and purlite mix. The hope was to minimize required nute feedings and maintenance. The addition of nute nuetral coco proved to be somewhat of a mistake and may have contributed to some unnecessary plant stress when she used up all the available natural nutes in the soil and compost. There simply wasn’t enough good stuff in the medium to see her happily through the cycle without extra supplementation. I’d do this again but leave out the coco and layer the compost at the bottom with minimal medium saturation and runoff in early/mid veg. This should achieve better results the next time round. She was entirely untrained and allowed to stretch to her highest height. A better yield definitely would’ve been derived with some topping/mainlining and training but regardless, her freak flag flew high and She went unnoticed by unwanted eyes. We won’t be able to grow high next year due to construction next door so this may be the last time I run a skyscraper outdoor in the rear yard. 1/5 volume emojis for method because there really wasn’t any training. 2/5 coconut emojis- not for the lack of training but due to the unsupportive medium amendments like the coco. Yield🌴🌴🌴 And now the part we all seem to measure with great expectation. The expectation in this case was to pull 9-12oz off this girl and we fell well short of that. For the reasons mentioned above as well as the fact that she was putting at least some of her efforts into seed production too. We spotted it pretty early on in flower and some stalks started showing signs of ball formation that every grower fears. I was really concerned she’d be a full on hermie but this didn’t happen and it seems it was just localized pollination. Probably due to an occasional, randy bumblebee that had come from elsewhere. It’s not all bad at all and we did pull a few seeds off of her that we’ll give a shot to in the future I think👍. Final yield - 7.18oz. I’m never going to complain about a quarter pound off a plant that needed almost no maintenance whatsoever👍. 3 palm tree emojis for not going full hermie and putting out enough of this magically intense bud to share with friends and family👍 Props As always, big shout-out thank you to GD for making this site accessible to us. Hoy hace la primera semana, las 2 lemonade ya asoman sus 2 primeras hojas. Las auto cheese siguen sin salir , creo que cambiare de planes y pondre 4 lemonade auque 2 empiecen una semana por detras.

Damn has the buds started to fatten up. The Kmintz plants are really starting to get some beautiful bud production going on. Thw Tarantula Genetics Platinum OG Punch Breath is starting to get some gorgeous color in the buds and lots of frosting on the buds. End of week 5 and the plants are starting to look top notch. Starting week 6 of flowering and she is looking beautiful. She is really starting to resin up and sparkle now causing her to be pretty stinky haha.

Well, I reckon the girls have reached the end and it's time to chop. Trichomes are mostly milky (some amber), so now it's a matter of getting some free time and cut them down. Transplanted from solo cup to 8lr pot

Buds formed this week, on around 10 main stems, each with main bud and half a dozen secondary buds. Once per week: Ionic Liquid Silicon 13ml; Ionic PK Boost 13ml; PH Down, ~20 drops. This is in addition to what she receives daily: Ionic Liquid Oxygen 10ml; Ionic Hydro Bloom 10ml; occasional few drops of Ionic PH Down. EC=2000 uS/cm, PH=5.5 (will rise to 6.3 through week). This is close to the EC level that caused nutrient lockout/burn earlier, during veg; fingers crossed we don't see a repeat. Raised light twice this week, but still a bit of leaf bleaching; plant grew a further 25cm.

Just gave about 5 litres of pure water. Had some fun watching the different species of my beneficial insects. Other than that, just had to do some lawn mowing because the cover crop frenzied :)

This week, Tart Pops got a serious upgrade — moved into a big 50L pot and loving the legroom! Roots were wrapping tight around the old pot, so it was time to stretch out and settle in. Gave her a solid flush to clear out any leftover salts before the big shift. She’s heading straight into flower mode in the tent after this — lights, camera, pistils! Expecting explosive growth in the next 7–10 days as she settles into the new digs and switches gears. Let the bloom begin!
