Super Orange Haze: This beauty really seems to be doing quite well. The buds are starting to fatten up, and there's frost everywhere. Some orange pistils, but it's few and far inbetween at this point. I was increasingly aggressive with pruning this week chopping off flower producing stalks that looked like they weren't fattening up like the others in an attempt to get this thing down to 6-10 main colas. She seems to be handling it like a champ, and I think at this point I'm done with pruning until it comes time for harvest with the exception of the occasional fan leaf blocking a bud site. As a total newbie, I'm thinking we're about 3-4 weeks from harvest, and I can hardly wait! She smells like candy, and when I prune her scent gets all over my hands and I smell it for hours later. I hope she tastes 1/10th of how amazing she smells! Creme de la Chem: Well, let this be a lesson to everyone about the importance of early pruning and training. She's a plain old mess, and she's gotten into the lights. I've been bending stalks over which results in super cropping, and I've been tangling them all together sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident. I'm just trying everything I can think of to keep her from roasting, but nothing is working. She's just doomed to be a complete and unmanageable mess. She's producing flowers, and appears to be about 2 weeks behind the Super Orange Haze. I'm hoping to just get 4 or 5 good colas that don't end up bleached and withered by the lights at this point. My next grow will be way more controlled! RDWC stuff: I swapped her water out last week, so still running with what I've got at the moment. I'm out of RO, so I've been adding hard tap water when they need a top off and then nutrients in the ratios listed until PPM is at around 1000-1100. I've been rotating in ice packs and trying a few other things like added insulation to the top of my grow sites in an effort to keep water temps under 70 at all times. I've experienced limited success in this as you can see by the temperature chart for underwater. The big dip you see early in the week is the reservoir change I did (last week's update was late, not on Sunday like normal).

I’m going to leave the seedlings in the small brown pots until their 1st node and then I’ll transfer them into bigger plastic 3.5gal pots with 80/20 soil to perlite potting mix. One Dosidos is looking a bit behind and the one with the weird leaves ended up catching up to the Northern Lights, maybe even growing faster than it. All Dosidos’ ended up dying but one and I’m sure it’s on the way out. Northern Lights has had no issues and growing perfect.

10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend! The Strawberry Banana Auto from Fastbuds is starting to smell very good and starting to stack up nicely. She is only 26 inches tall but I feel like her colas are going to be quite thick. I did a light defoliation this morning and took off all the LST tie downs. She is looking super healthy and loving this Medic Grow Spectrum X. I currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and also integrating the UV/IR bars for 75 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to add a timer just for the UV/IR bars, and allow the main light to be run on a timer. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. Aaaaaargh :( Was trying another bloom booster this time and overlooked the fact, that the PK proportion was just too high at this stage for my nutrient solution to work well for the plant. I immediately changed the NS, but it took me a day to notice. Should have not only scaled the PK in the new NS, but the whole Ec for the better.

Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos
