In awe at this batch 2 weeks remaining and they are pretty swollen Smells and swells. Can hints of change in color but still a pretty, green. Buds already snowcapped. And the selected branch that was pollinated has seeds Maturing.

hello plant lovers this week as I already expected there was a bomb growth. its full flowering has just started, I inverted the lights by placing the 300w further down the grow, gaining more space for the 100w module that I placed in front of it, the plants held water well even though now I have 30watt input plus 15w under the mokum tulip in last week's defoliation tidied up the grow room and now the stems are struggling to get their light I'm still at 18 out of 24 but I think I'll increase every few days and give full power to 24 hours I'll wait another four days before turning up the lights these little girls are still hungry to grow and the main led satisfies placed higher up is satisfying everyone today I removed a few leaves the space has now become a real jungle but whatever happens I'm happy of the LST results the smell is still very low I hope they don't explode but I already know that something will happen this week in this case I will be ready to tie the tips to the structure of the grow. good continue a kiss

The week passed like in the movie * Leon * when he ran with his ficus from one location to another, like a partisan hiding and saving his flower 😂 I wanted to start cutting, but there are a lot of new stigmas on the buds, it was decided to leave for another week 🤙

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Gorilla Cookies continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall and lanky plant but look at the heavy buds weighing down the stems. It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. Correct result for Sweet Gelato Auto. Easy growing: dynamic and healthy vegetative period. Short, solid and bushy plant, it need 11 or 12 weeks from seed to harvest. Flowers are very resinous and thick with a strong and aggressive aroma. The Cookies genetic is very recognizable. The yield could be bigger with a good training (LST) instead of having a big central bud.

This week didn't quite go as planned on autopilot. The main bonus is when I got back the Green Crack is shooting pistils out everywhere. This plant has really fought hard and gained it self some space, she is a bit tall but I'll just bend the branches 90deg. After 12 weeks of flower this grow is FINALLY over It was a relatively easy grow as far as maintenance and feeding are concerned. Midway through the flowering cycle the smell became very loud and the buds were sticky and frosty. I would definitely grow this again especially since I have around 50 more seeds lol. I didn't add the wet weight of the plants because I never weight wet because it doesn't matter but I will post the dry weight for all of you when they're done drying.

Ok start of week 4 of veg. I have topped the front 2 and fim the back 2, not 100% sure if I fim the back too right or got to close and ended up topping lol will have too see. They have responded well to it though. I done it on sat and today (Monday) they already starting to bush more. Will do a defoliate this weekend to get rid of some of the big ass fan leafs but so far all seems to be going great. Happy growing to you all 😁🍻

So where do I start they are both the same strain but just growing completely different. The first picture is super frost growing strong while the second still seem to be in the beginning of flower stage. We will just keep an eye on it from week to week

8/21/24. Going into week 8 flower Are we there yet? Haha.. no. Day 57 out of stated 70. 13 days? Hmmm I don’t know. I thought she might go longer than that, BUT now I think it’ll be less. I suspect another week and she’ll be ready. Appearance wise, I’d say she’s pretty much there.. trichomes say other wise. Still quite a bit of clear with the start of milky coming. It’s all gonna be about ripening now. Water/fed her today. She’s yellowing heavily or I would have already stopped. I’m guessing this is just her type of fade. No real colors going other than yellow. Maybe that’s because she’s a banana 😄 I increased the light to 80% a couple days ago just to be a pushy bitch. I’ll decrease it way down to probably about 40-50% in a few days because I like to do that when they’re finishing up to help bring temperature down and I think it makes them wrap it up. These pictures don’t do justice to the fatness of these buds. They’re obese and not ashamed. Body positivity with this girl. Somehow some of the buds have suicided. Aka jumped out of their spot in the trellis and tried to hit the floor. I can’t do anything about it really. Can’t reach them and can’t be bothered. Smell? Skunky rotten fruity…idk. And coffee? You can smell it through the place and maybe at the neighbors LOL Wellp. Waiting game now. See yuh next time ✌️

Left tent is a week ahead. Fair amount of stretching this week. This time I’m paying close attention to keep flower sites high up. My experiment with bottom lighting did not went so great. I had a record yield but the quality was really bad in about 30-35% of flowers. Weak density. I’m definitely going to try again from the beginning but not this time. I have to pay attention to not let any plant get to big of a dryback in veg. It really influences the later stretching and make the plant too compact in sensitive cultivars.

Transplanted into a 2 gallon fabric pot today this will be the final pot seeing what happens with it.
