2020-07-05 New week. Reduced nutrients because of the slight burn on plant 2... and plant 1 drinks so quickly that it rapidly raises PPM so I have to actually find the right sweet spot. It's drinking about a gallon a day? Plant 2 is still a week behind and slightly stunted but the flowers are coming out. They are more compact than Plant 01. This is supposed to be the same species but I'm getting 2 very different phenotypes on the exact same nutrients.. not very strong genetics? Not sure. 2020-07-05 2020-07-05 2020-07-08 Forgot to take pics this week! Here you go! Plant 01 has grown so insanely strongly and is producing so many nice looking bud sites, i am blown away!! I have had to 'supercrop' the top by bending the stem very carefully and adding a wire knuckle so that it wouldn't immediately just stand back up overnight. I tried this with 2 experimental colas and they perked back up and stayed laying down. They will slightly obstruct the lower flowers but the tops all looked so promising, I couldn't bring myself to cut them. I will seriously have to cut down on veg time next grow! I can easily stop at week 5 in the future with these seeds and grow up nice buds. 2020-07-11 Updated with yesterday's photos. Changed nutrients today, stuck with 1600 EC for plant 01 and went back down to 1400 for plant 02.

Das Blümchen gibt Vollgas! Die Blütenstände werden immer dicker und duften schon extrem betörend fruchtig. Der Duft sorgt mal wieder für Uneinigkeit. Die Buds sind für diese Phase schon extrem weit entwickelt obwohl gerade mal die Hälfte der angegebenen Blütezeit verstrichen ist. Wo das noch hinführt bleibt abzuwarten. Entweder sehen wir nach dem angegebenen 56 bis 63 Tagen keine Blätter mehr unter den Trichomen

Everything seems to be going really well for her at this point its just simple maintenance till she's done doing her thing , I can say that shes a good little plant and that I cant wait to run one of these again in 18-6 lighting to see the difference Ill get . 11/25 - This is start of week 4 of life, week 2 of real veg (by my standards, anyways). Her color was a little light a few days ago, but the issue is resolving since I bumped her nutes up. I am using the schedule linked from GWE (https://www.growweedeasy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Recirculating-Nutrient-Schedule-custom.jpg), but I also am using the additives provided by the Performance Pack and will be noting them on the weeks where they are used (RapidStart added at half-strength of GH Advanced Schedule; FloraBlend added at half-strength). She measures about 500 ppm (1.0ec) including ~200 ppm (0.4ec) for the tap value. She is holding pretty consistent res temp of 67-69F and gets ~10LPM of air in a 2"x4" can-style airstone. I always add Hydroguard since temps have been known to go over 72F in the res during certain parts of the year. She is growing noticeably every day and soon it will be time to top her and start her on LST. I'm not sure how high I want to go before leveling her off this time. True ScrOG would say as short as possible (3-6"), but I have the available height (6'). I am trying to get the maximum out of my lights since they are only JUST the right size for the flowering space I currently have (3'x3'), which is why I think using a ScrOG will be the most effective use of my setup. I do intend on moving her over to a 5 gallon bucket when I flip her to flower, but that will still leave me plenty of height to work with. I'm not sure if I will go with the soloScrOG like I am using in my Auto ladies, but likely something similar. Any questions or comments please feel free to drop a line. Looking good just starting to flower on fastbuds banana purple punch and the gorilla cookies strawberry banana is still probably a week out from flower. Using Roots organics grow and elemental will be adding bloom soon! Can’t wait to see what they look like in flower.

Week 10: I loved growing this strain, it smelled so fruity while the buds were on the plant. Towards the end of flowering the buds looked sugar dipped as described on the website. The sap from inside the stems smells like skittles and sugar lol which was a nice surprise! Most pistils are Amber so idk what the THC/CBD ratios are going to be. Il give an estimate once buds are cured for 2 weeks or so! So I’ve managed to get some street weed to compare alongside my own weed and I’ve added the pictures to the harvest so you guys can see them. I tried to pick the best street weed from about 4 varieties so here we go... The street weed is called Wedding Cake, my weed is obviously Smoothie and I suppose what I want to know is how the street weed looks, does it look healthy? Any guesses as to how it was dried or cured if even? The first noticeable thing is that the street weed stems are huge and the sugar leaves seem to be left on the plant to dry too. Although I did leave sugar leaves on this time I feel that it’s not very professional. I have smoked a joint of the wedding cake and it’s not all that great, feel a bit sedated/couch locked but not high or happy if you know what I mean :) but yeah please let me know what you think in the comments :) Curing Update: (1) Been curing for a week and buds are definitely smoking much better now, the taste and burn still isn’t amazing as it needs a few more weeks curing but it’s unique and exotic. It’s very strong when it comes to THC, because it still needs further curing you could smoke a whole joint and think damn that’s still too fresh to get me blazed. By the end of the joint you would be struggling to keep a conversation or stand up, Stoned eyes that even eye drops won’t cure :’D and it’s also a real head high in my opinion, audio/visuals definitely enhanced too, everything is extremely bright, sharp and sounds great! I don’t really care about time of day smoke as i could need something stronger at different times for pain etc but this is definitely a Nighttime smoke, it hits so hard that the best thing you can do is put on some music and close your eyes or watch a movie. An amazing strain for zoning out entirely into some chill music and if you need weed to deal with strong physical or mental pain or sleep problems then I would recommend giving this a go as so far it has been a lifesaver for me. Curing Update: (2) So I think the buds have been curing for just over 2 weeks now and they are looking great and smoking pretty well too. A few more days drying wouldn’t have hurt them but I’m not worried as my Blue Cheese and Pineapple Express harvests are just around the corner! I added some lovely photos and a video to show you guys how it looks And I’m just about to blaze up a joint from the last photo and tell you all how it smokes too... (Lights up joint) Slightly damp on lighting it up although it burns near perfect. Instant hit on the back of the throat with smooth/mango flavors. I feel a bit dizzy quite quickly and want to sit down and listen to music after a few tokes followed by a relaxed or mellow feeling. I’m about halfway through the joint now and I’m pretty stoned. Definitely sweet and smooth like blueberry also sherbet sweet like mango! I’m almost finished my joint now and I suppose to sum up I’d say that it’s much like the blueberry smoothness you expect mixed with the strength from a well grown mango. I felt that the effects are great if your in a nice comfortable setting, get relaxed, be creative, watch a movie or even get ready to sleep. I would avoid anything that requires a lot of effort. Personally I’ve had minimal problems with getting to sleep and with anxiety while taking this throughout the day and would highly recommend it! It’s the best thing I’ve grown so far :) Il leave a final review on the buds in 2 weeks, until then take care and happy growing! Curing Update (3) - 05/03/20 So I’ve finished the smoothie buds and I have to say they were great. The only negative was it’s my first time drying buds with trim and they could have done with a little longer drying. I made some canna butter from 3G of trim and 2.25g of bud. I made ginger cupcakes with salted caramel icing. You guys can see it cause I added a photo. I can only eat 2 per day with a heavy tolerance - sedative cupcakes hahah. It’s the 1st week of flower I flipped the plants to 12/12 a few days ago. There is a lot going on and a lot of cool and amazing things coming in the near future. I don’t see it being very long until winter is here and it’s time to use a heater and not an ac unit. All of the plants are healthy. The plants have all grown so well I turned down the light intensity a bit today the plants didn’t seem like they was starting to strech very much. Hopefully the lower light intensity will make them strech out just a bit

Smoke report! 10/10/20 tastes are tropical with a citrus hint and pine! Also tastes like it has some gas on it too can feel the power in every blast! Feels like euphoric a lot of day dream happy thoughts great for music and day smoke puts you in the best of moods! Not much to say on a negative as it tastes so good your mouth waters lol but could say makes you very very sleepy 😴 thank you for popping by check out them tones and fades 😍 Was amazing to grow! Ran into no problems along the way she literally just grew and grew! She showed her beauty from early and was shining through colours of purple/red even on the leaves! And her smell “oh my” is exclusive like sherbet and citrus and fruit and candy! I’ll add more photos after cure and also a smoke report! Want to allow this to cure about 2 weeks before I even try her!

added trellis netting this week to start SCROG. two layers close to eachother so I don't have to wait for entire square of growth to tuck under higher growth to keep flat even canopy. also minimizes my need for zip tie and garden ties needinf adjustment. I'm happy with veg growth thus far, and once the screen fills up with more green in a week or two these two ladies will both be ready to flip to flower. waiting on lower nodes to develop a bit more and get best use I can from a big(ish) 315 w LEC light. the girls are getting foliar every 3 or 4 days. using heavy 16 foliar only at the moment but will follow their foliar mix as grow progresses. smell has gotten much heavier, especially in nemo, the more blueberry pheno of the two, looking at the fan leafs I think V is more haze pheno with super thin sativa leaf structure.
