Still so far so good

This grow turned out to be quite a journey. Originally, this run was meant to be a simple between-grow project, something to keep the season going outdoors, without too much effort. But plans changed, and the Orange Sherbet ended up in the tent, where it took a completely different direction than expected. She grew big and strong early on, but the LST was tricky. she didn’t respond very well at first, and shaping her the way I wanted took a lot of time and patience. It was interesting to see how she stretched and filled out later, but overall, the structure stayed somewhat awkward to manage. Throughout the grow I struggled with CalMag and potassium balance. I tried several adjustments, sometimes with high CalMag doses, but it never fully stabilized. It’s still unclear if that came from the strain itself or from the BioBizz line, but it made the mid-to-late phase more difficult than I had hoped. The flowering time was also much longer than advertised. the breeder mentions around 9 weeks, but in reality this one took closer to 14–15 weeks total. What was supposed to be a quick side project turned into a long, demanding run. On the bright side, she delivered a very solid yield. a bit over 160 g of trimmed buds plus another 50 g of popcorn, well above 1 g/W. The aroma is lovely after 10 days of curing: creamy, with vanilla and a subtle orange note returning. However, the buds are airy, not as dense as I hoped. The effect and flavor are great, but visually it’s more on the average side. Even so, this grow was one of the most instructive I’ve done. I learned a lot about deficiency management, humidity control, watering and how far genetics and environment interact. Going forward, I’ll take a break from autos and focus on photoperiod strains again. I just prefer the control and predictability they offer. All in all: not my prettiest grow, but a very valuable one. About drying in dry ferm/dry age and regular drying: the material in the bags took a few days longer to dry which is said to be good (regular dry was 7 days, bags was 9 or 10). initially I think the buds from bags look better but now in curing I can't really tell a difference, not visually and not in the nose. Let's see how everything evolves over time but honestly I am not expecting it to differ a lot from regular drying.

My diary is a little late to the party as I just found this site. These are a White Widow cross that a friend gifted to me so I dont really know exactly what they are. Its my first time growing but with some advice and research I feel I'm doing ok. I wasn't comfortable topping so I just pruned some leaves and lower growth tips that won't get light. I'm not sure how old it really is so I'm just guessing here. Feel free to point out anything that needs work.

Drinking 1.7 liters every 2/3 days like clockwork. Grown 5inch in 3 days. Let the stretching commence

Flipped to flower let's go now... halfway there and I'm so pumped!!! Gave them 72 hours of darkness. Now it time to watch them do what they do!!

I've been waiting for at least some trichomes to turn amber. I prefer to harvest when there are at least a few amber. I took the PL2 3 days before the PL1. Flushed them for a week only

What a world of difference a week can make when growing auto-flowers. I did a lot of maintenance on these girls the last couple of days. See pics and videos. Two of the plants have stretched out nicely. The other three are falling behind, but looking very nice. There is a strong citrus smell happening right now. Smells like I have a tent full of fresh lemons. Started using Big Bud and Bud Candy this past week. Tent 2as getting quite crowded, so I also moved the water reservoir on the outside of the tent. It was very hard to cut a lot of those beautiful buds off the plants, but I think it will pay off. I also got the new Vivosun Grow Cams, so far I like them, but I do have some feed back.

Future loved her first week of 12-12 happy healthy stretch is evident with some nice growth , gonna get in my delorian and smoke some fruit 2 months in the fut

OMG OMG OMG finding hard to put on words all i am felling with this one, she was a delight to grow and without trying yet her medicine she wen strait to my top 3, i mean super strong Mama, strong to everything pests you name it, amazing structure her terpene profile is taking me back to the 90s with her almost like gasoline smell mixed with limes and pines OMG cant wait to try out this one much but much respect to DutchPassion on this creation of them she is so so so , like glue that you cant touch without getting it everywhere <3 <3 haded the last 3 weeks and harvest time-lapse i fell like this one could have gone more than the 71 days in flower that she did, but there is no time for that in this run but i will run her again thats for sure and a must for me. i had to manage to run the field with back up lights.. FCE6500 marshydro light gone stop working and the guarantee process taking too long and asking 40usd for shipping.. they said .. and it’s a tiring process and i haven’t got it yet! but the yield is something good except they didn’t get full potential light power as fce6500 failed its duty and warranty process is taking more than a month. tiring!!!

Mintz Runtz automatic is doing good, she has exploded in growth the last week. So I continued to lst her and then give her center a good defoliation. Open her up to turning into a bush basically. Growth looks good. I measured lux at 15,000-20,000 lux (depending on the distance in the middle). Starting with Lst on the Nortern Lights because it is big enough. (Day 14) Are now big enough to prune. I did the following = Norther Light = "defoliated" Sticky Beast 1 = Topping Sticky Beast 2 = Under fan leaves would be stunted, so gone (Day 17) Growing Rate looking really good( Day 19) Both sticky Beast doesnt grow much in the past 2 days, but the nothern lights looking good. Done some LST to her Changed the light from 24/0 to 20/4 its better for my little girl😮‍💨i think they are too stressed and habe no time to rest.(Day 21)

I have made this week as it’s the 4 week mark (28 days) I’ve made a video to show the progress she has made! This is my favourite baby girl! She has shown so much vigor from the beginning! I have only had to adjust the ties this week was considering another top but I won’t as I may not have space! I’ve added a picture of the base of my Airpots and I’m proud to say the roots are all coming through nice and thick (photo example) I have also added my ppm results now and am going to be filtering my water so I lose the initial 200+ in my water already! I will 12-12 when she hits 6 weeks! Hope you enjoy buddies!
