The Fruits Baby are starting to come in nicely I have the lights at 500 watts going to wait for them to get Juicy and bulk up the lights and the feed intake!! Excited for the weeks to come. On a side note I am doing this run to see what really works best I know I will get the hydro dialed in and start doing the magic it always does, I am just super surprised the living soil is like a slow and steady and just always steady getting bigger and bigger it was a little slower but in flower its doing great and exploding.

First pistils came through this week! Switched the 'bloom' switch on the light to double LED count and add the red to the spectrum. Defoliated lower growth again on day 45 before noticing the pistil 48 hours later. Spotted a nutrient burn, and that I haven't been watering until enough runoff so possible nute/salt buildup? I also realised the plant was drooping before feeding so going to increase feed volume to keep the coco more moist. A nice amount of main colas considering her rough childhood. Fed no nutrients from day 47-49, just feeding 5.8pH water to reduce salt content. Water was 60PPM at 5.8pH and after 8L still got 500PPM runoff. Definitely need to change feeding method. Thanks for the tips to those who answered!

One of the plants grew massive! However the smoke wasn’t the best until a good 4 weeks cure. Very hairy buds too which was interesting 😂 Still a nice smoke

Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! Chug chug chug! I think I have about a week or two left for most of them and probably like 4 of these will need an extra week or so aha. Frosting up beautifully; the camera does no justice! But I believe I should start reducing my feed or either flush with molasses and kelp like I’ve grown fond of doing come close to harvest time. The Mandarine Cream is entering its third week of flowering, and the aroma is becoming increasingly potent. The plant is looking beautiful and vigorous, with the buds showing significant daily growth. The smell is evolving into a strong, citrusy scent, reminiscent of grapefruit. Environment: This week began with a cold front, bringing temperatures down to a minimum of 5°C and a maximum of 15°C. A light rain has helped increase the humidity, which could boost resin production, although the cooler temperatures may also slow down the flowering process, just as they did during the vegetative stage. Fertilizing: I've stopped fertilizing as the plant now has everything it needs from the substrate. Watering: Sparse, around once a week, to maintain the right moisture levels without over-saturating. Pest Control: Beauveria applications have been reduced to once weekly, and the garden remains completely free of pests, which is a pleasant surprise. Training: The main cola top remains tied down. I haven't done any further defoliation or additional training. The focus is now on letting the plant continue its natural growth as it transitions deeper into flowering.

Empieza la segunda semana con el trasplante a su maceta definitiva. Es pronto para hacerlo, pero las plantas se estaban espigando demasiado. Riego en nueva maceta con estimulador de raíces. La semilla pegada sigue ahí, no afecta al crecimiento de la planta, así que voy a dejar que la naturaleza haga su trabajo. Ahora toca dejarlas tranquilas para que crezcan a su ritmo.

7.1 weeks The weather is great now, much sun. The plants need bit more water, they love it. Stay in tune 27.06.24 7.8 weeks now. The middle one don't grow in height anymore, the buds getting bigger. The right one get now the tallest, 70 cm right now.from yesterday to today just 5 cm in height grow! The left one now are in flower stage... Looking good.

I probably won't grow this strain again, just due to the growing difficulties, short lifespan, and low yield, although the bud is definitely quality. I learned a lot as this was my first grow, and the next I'm hoping for better yield quantities.

At the second day of week 2 the first two leaves of each Mimosa look a little crinkled, but the environment is ok and the Peyote in the same tent looks good so i think it is characteristic of this particular strain. At the fourth day of week 2 the plants show signs of explosive growth
