Another week in. Had to fight some leaf septoria. Removed infected leaves, sprinkled cinnamon around the entire base of the plant and watered in. Mixed some cinnamon in water and gave the plant a spray. 4 days later and all looks good. Keeping an eye on her now. Girls will get a feed of 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Massive Bloom Formulation, 600 ppm 1.2 ec of Flora Nova Bloom, and 200 ppm 0.4 ec of Floranova grow for a grand total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec.

Flowering day 52 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) All ladies look very healthy and delicious :-) We're slowly getting closer to the end. She has been Chopped 20/07/24 Saturday Buds wet weight 937g Wet trim and larf 167g Over all 1104g That's over a kilo from a auto 😁👌💚 Very pleased!!! The buds have been wet trimmed and I have updated picture. I have now hung all buds in the dark dry tent for 7-10 days. I do not weigh the base what's the point. But here is are buds hanging, and the chopped base pic- with root zone 😍 Check back for cure and smoke review in a few weeks. So disappointed my other 3 terp tree.co seeds failed. I will try and update daily Germination requires 3 things - Darkness , Warmth , Water One thing i should mention - Growing autoflowers, is difficult to do well,why? because from the moment that seed sprouts, you have a finite amount of time before she is finished, so any fucking about with anything ( repotting,pests,nutrient issues) , will lower yield.You can sometimes get them finished in 10 weeks on 20/4 but unless you have a controlled environment its hard to go more than 18/6 without heat and humidity issues.Autoflower breeding has come a long way in the last 10 years,Fast Buds is one of the pioneers. Day 1 - Tuesday 16/10/18 Put into wet root it cubes , then into the net pots with the clay pebbles, then pots into my rooting dwc boxes , placed a dome over the top to increase the humidity . Day 2 - Weds , nothing happening yet ! Day 3 - Thursday , I think she has popped , not quite up yet , see pink picture Turned light on 17/7 , why ? because I think this is best @ 13-15,000 lux Bestva 800 (150 watt draw) Led approx £100 , I would buy the dimable cob version if you can .(900 or 1200) Day 4 - Friday , looks a little distorted , has she got three leaves ? night time took a pic on the G7 .... Day 5 - Saturday , definitely three leaves , might just be the first node , fingers crossed she will be fine , was quite worried she wouldn’t make it , gave her 20 ml of room temperature water , with a syringe onto the root it cube , Day 6 - Sunday , looking ok , nice and green , I’m hoping the roots will be into the reservoir by now , you have to love fast buds , the germination rates are almost 100% , I have included a picture with the rest of the pots , for reference , there is a gorilla glue and a tangiematic, two of my favourite Fast Buds strains , which I started around the same time , IMPORTANT- do no let the root it cubes dry out before the roots are into the reservoir , make sure the bottom of the net pot DOES NOT touch the water Day 7 - Monday , I checked the water level and the ph , it has lost a little due to evaporation , root is well into the reservoir , I will add some nutrients tomorrow, seed on top right has pushed up but no leaves, this is NOT a fast buds seed, just shows u,... i have also put more pebbles in to cover up the holes, it would be nice if they did a pot that didnt have holes all the way to the top !!! Building DWC - you can build a DWC quite easily , out of cheap items , the ones in this week , were made by a friend of mine (Kev) when he spotted the box at Poundland for £1 - all you need is a black plastic box ( black so no light penetrates the roots ) with a lid , a 127mm hole cutter , air pump with tube and air stone , 140mm net pots to go in holes , some clay pebbles , and root it cubes , I will make a little instructional video , the reason I put them in here is because I will transfer into my IWS oxypots , which are too big to go into the tent ,and as the led is better with small plants it’s much easier .

Random bagseed I found, was my first plant. Even though I messed up a lot and this plant didn't turn out as I had hoped, it was an invaluable learning experience and I look forward to using what I learned to make my future plants greater. Wet Trimmed and placed in jars in the mini-fridge to dry.

Day 50: Everything is looking happy after the little trimming. Getting ready to head out of town in a few days. Ordered a small automatic waterer from Amazon to assist while I'm gone. Watering/feeding day. Each plant got 1 gallon of water with the following things: 5mL per gallon Alaska 5-1-1 30mL per gallon Alaska 0-10-10 (a little more than normal to give them a boost) 5mL per gallon GrowMore Seaweed Extract 15mL Blackstrap Molasses Scratched into the surface of each pot is a 1/2 cup of Happy Frog Fruit & Flower Day 52: Leaving town early on Day 53 for 5 days. To prepare for the time I'll be gone I got an automatic watering system from amazon. Since I only use a total of 4 gallons during watering and only need one watering done while I'm gone, a single bucket will do the trick. I set up the system, installed two watering stems per pot, and made a looped system. In the bucket of water, I added nothing but the water. I don't want to have to worry about stirring it or anything like that. I set the system up to water when lights come on during the 3rd day I'm gone, Day 55. After I had the system set up I watered/fed the plants. Each plant got 1 gallon with the following: 5mL per gallon Alaska 5-1-1 15mL per gallon Alaska 0-10-10 5mL per gallon Grow More Seaweed Extract 15mL Blackstrap Molasses Plant 2 also got 1.25mL of AGT-50 Plant 3 also got 15mL of Liquid Culture Microbes Plant 4 also got both the AGT-50 and LCM at the same amounts above. The time has finally come 👍 You have been switched to 12/12 hrs and are ready to flower. Of course, cuttings were cut beforehand to keep the genetics. For 4 days now she has also been getting Fast Buds from GreenBuzzLiquids. They were also sprayed again with GBL Fast Plant spray. She is very healthy and I am excited to see how she gets going again in bloom :-). This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l each time (for nutrients, see nutrient table above). Then I filled canisters with fresh osmosis water for the next few weeks 👍. The tent was cleaned and every plant was checked for health. At the moment I am tinkering with the ventilation because there are currently 4 fans with 4 activated carbon filters running, which I want to make more efficient by putting a hose through 2 tents. Most of this week I was away so the tent was on autopilot. When i got back i was pleased to see all 4 strains where still around the same on development, with this one possibly being the farthest behind but not by much. The wedding cheesecake is the taller of the 2 fastbuds autos. She is starting to throw out some nice colours now. I'm quite confident this one is going to hit my 13 weeks scheduled for it, so not long left. First week of flower and she is looking very lush and dark green no deficiancies what so ever and no real problems or anything Day 35 removed the bigger guidehooks and the flux is tough enough to stand on its own Also removed a couple of fanleaves and rehooked her 1 node further up the line systematicly doing this for duration of the first week of stretch so she can widen out a tad bit🙏🙏

Nov. 5 - start of week 6 and she’s Bushn like mad! The fim hasn’t developed as expected at the top growth tip but the undergrowth has sprung up markedly after some selective defo. She’s lookn great and should have some more photos and video up in the next couple days. THANKS FOr checkn er out!👊👍😎 Nov. 6 update - pulled down a few new growth tips and clipped out a little undergrowth. She lookn like a mess and I love it. Still no real plan as to how I’m gonna train er out yet. Thanks for taken my!😎 Nov. 7 update - moved up the tie on what was the main growth tip. She’s bursting out now and just trying to keep the growth height in check with her kush neighbour (cough - won’t happen and my money’s on the kush😉). Nov. 10 update - she’s still bushy as hell. Trimmed a fan leaf to uncover another tip, pulled down and spread out the others including the main stem. Keeping with the 3:1 nute vs. Calmag regimen and no signs of burn at all. LOOKn good!👍 Background This one is gonna be fimmed out and defo’d as a comparative to its manifolded kush sister. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). With the coco medium we’re hoping for that 20% bump in yield as well. THANKS for check'n er out

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

This was the girls last week of Veg. ❤️ I did a big defoliation, the lit in my 4x4 custom SCROG netting and started tucking and bending the tops down to fill the spaces. They were looking pretty scraggly for a day or two after the defoliation, but within a few days the screen was filling out. I have a daily routine of lights on, tuck and bend, no weaving and then just before lights out I’ll do the same. Temps were good, watering has been vigorous. They are very thirsty! Feeding about 1 1/2 gallons every feed now, the 4 gallon pots are a bit undersized but I wanted to see what could Come of These slightly taller pots, rather than the wider regular sized pots. Haven’t had to add humidity this week, pretty consistent around 60%. At the end of the week I changed the light cycle to a 12/12 for flowering ❤️👊🇨🇦
