This weather's been crazy! We've been stuck in this deep freeze for over a week now. The temperature hasn't climbed above freezing for like 10 days – it's brutal out there. And to make things worse, with all this cold, the humidity's been acting weird. It's really hard on the plants, especially without the sun to help them dry out a little. "My Gas Tax x Obama Runtz plant is totally killing it right now! After a rough patch, it's finally starting to thrive. The leaves are this super bright green, and I can't believe how many flower buds I'm seeing. It's so rewarding to watch it bounce back." I can also make it sound a little more scientific if you want.

Easy grow. Sold no fuss strain. Big buds. This is probably my favourite strain for consumption. Very head high but powerful. One of the few strains that has absolutely 0 after effects. No hangover. No stupids. The larff and shake made excellent coconut oil for Nanaimo bars.

First week setting up my DWC! Assembled the reservoir and cloner/seedling starter and figured out temperature control while waiting on the seeds to be delivered. June 8th, PM: Started germinating the seeds. Germinated in paper towel for 3 days. June 12, afternoon: Transplanted seedlings to the cloner to start seedling growth June: 16, morning: Transplanted to their final reservoir. June 16th (end of Week 1) is really the start of the grow, as it's when the seedlings finally made it into their res. This week was more a "Week 0".

AK47 fires out an unusually strong, sweet and fruity aroma. /EFFECTS AK47 will leave you relaxed and mellow. This sativa-dominant hybrid delivers a steady and long-lasting cerebral buzz that keeps you mentally alert and engaged in creative or social activities. ------GENERAL COMMENT------ The first 7 days of this grow is almost complete, Blueberry and the AK47 germinated fine, had some issues with the Candy Kush Express, so the last seed is germinating, and seams that it will emerge soon! I'm optimistic, so basically till now we will do a free seed run, since this ones came with the genetics I purchased from seedsman and gyo green. 😎😛 -251217 First feed with a very light nutrient dose. Will implement some cal mag next water. Humidity has been a little hard to control, is oscillating a lot. ------GG.AK47 COMMENT------ So for the sake of productivity the setup is posted as an image as well as the strain quick info. I wanted to try the germination plugs and must say that i din't like the results, so i will go back in the germination technique by using straight soilless after the soaking in water for 12-20hrs. She took a bit to emerge, and was born with a cut in the cotyledons, as is possible to see in the pics, leaves are sharp, and unbalanced as a early mutation, can't id how this will evolve, makes me curious, and here nothing is trow away, if they get out of the medium, my goal is to obtain the buds. 😉 Happy growing and good holidays! 2018 is approaching, good vibes and a lot of light to all!

She’s still stretching! This week I removed Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha, and added B-52 and Bud Factor X (never tried this one before). Since the princess loves this 2ml/L dosage for NPK nutes, I’ll not be touching that for the moment. That seems to be the optimal dosage for a sativa like this. Very nice!

Week 2 begins for Green Crack and LSD. Both ladies are looking happy and I increased their feed by 1 liter each. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽 tune in next week for another episode of growfessor theatre.

Gorilla cookies has been thriving and starting her transition into flower,super excited to see this one chunk up🔥💚 Cherry cola is transitioning very nicely,taking very well to the feedings and all training. Feb 27th Since the flush, I have had a hard time keeping the humidity in check. The dehumidifier (domestic) just seems to be kicking out way to much heat vs moisture removal. Tent temp spiked to 27, moving dehumidifier outside tent, building tiny duct... - doors are cracked, room is venting, extra fan aimed at each side of fabric pots, blowing on the fabric/dirt to assist in drying... - looking at reasonable dehumidifiers that would assist in a 4x4 tent. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Tiny room, heading into a humid Spring environment... Feb 28 the plants look great though. Resin crystals are piling-up. Calyx's are doubling in size while the buds picks up size and density ! pics tonight - day 4 since the flush, hoping tonight sees the end of moisture retention - new A/C / dehumidifier brought into service. target 39% Rh and 23c - whole tent got shuffled to fit the new gear. go figure. - Buds look great, they seem to have some sparkle, and definitely, the calyx are still expanding - with the humidity finally in-check, and it’s day 4 since the flush... the plants are going to get a drink of Molasses tonight. Moisture meter says I’m borderline. Green lite at this stage = 7 L. - it took a bit to get the balance in the room established, now that everything is under-sized, compared to the A/C Humidifier. - With the exhaust cranked, it took More fresh-air into the tent, to help steady the climate out Mar 2nd -many of the white hairs that were all over the buds, have turned orange/brown and are now wrapping up the buds - 7th day since the Flush, all seems good - trichomes are checked daily and the move to Amber seems to be on hold, while most of the others are turning cloudy. Bonus - humidity is under control. 40-45% now. later this weekend it'll go to >40% for the final week. Mar 5th - Buds continue to fill up and the Yellow leaves are climbing higher up the plant. - found quite a bit of new Amber, so there may only be a day or two left of light. -leaves are a bit limp, split a gallon of water/Molasses between the plants to get them through the next few days, then it’s 36 hrs of dark - the Calyx growth has been crazy the last couple of days. Buds are definitely getting phat as the Calyx are popping up everywhere - smell is sharp and almost dark - entering week 11 of Flower tomorrow, things seem to be finishing up nicely. Lots of milky Trichomes with a splash of Amber here and there. I’ll give them till Sunday.

Week 3 has come and gone and it was a sight to see!! All the pistills came in nice and strong. I have to get in there and defoliate every couple a days a bit. This will be the last week of defoliation. Once I can see the main bud sights I will do my final trim. Started reducing the Nitrogen as the stretch faze comes to an end and up the bloom ferts. I cant raise my light much more so I hope they stop stretching this week. Im excited to see the flowers grow into these pistills and watcch the calayx swell.

This week went by well, I will start checking the trichomes on the Runtz at the end of this week. It should be ready for harvest in the next 2 to 3 weeks The G13 is still smelling like magic, looking majestic. The GDP buds are starting to put on weight

Start of week 2. Week 1 went well, though she is showing signs of deficiencies. Hopefully with the addition of Big Bud, she'll perk up shortly.

Starting some Pineapple Express auto from Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds. Will be growing in a modified DWC Root Spa bucked, with additional aeration device for basket inside. See video in a day from now. Will be grow in a Spider farmer 2.3x2.3x60 tent with a SE3000 for lighting (powerhouse setup). There is a 4 inch inline smart extraction fan also in place.
