12/25/2023-Germination Day 1
Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter.
I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.

Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan.

1/11/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I have a root almost in the water.. Yay!! Top feeding is almost done. she is looking a little sad as I work the transition Top feeding but once the roots are fully in the water she will start to take off. Ensured my PPFD is set between 250-300 it is set to: 258
1/12/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I have a root in the water.... NO TOP FEED TODAY SIR!!! now that a root is touching the water and she looks stable, I am not going to topfeed, I will see how she looks tomorrow and as long as everything looks good I am going to go ahead and do a change and week 1 fill on Nutes.. I know it is a couple of days in but the same Nutes go through Week 2 and get changed at Week 3 So I should be good to go.. I will just ensure I fill to root touching the water when I change tomorrow.

Very important thing with this system is to now wait the 24 hours for the system to adjust.. Do not make any further adjustments to your PH up or Down for 24 hours to allow time for the system to balance.

1/15/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 5- Today I Cleaned up the lower damaged leaves from the transition from top feeding to roots in the water. She looks good today.
1/16/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 6- Today I just took a picture of the beautiful lady for Log. Other than that just normal day to day operations, check the pH, check the Humidifiers and fill as necessary, check level of water in the Res. Everything looks great. onto Tomorrow!!

1/18/2024 Vegetation Week 2 Day 1- With my RDWC System until the 3rd week of Flower I only have to change the water bi-weekly, later in VEG I might have to add 10 Gallons in between the bi-weekly water change depending on how much the ladies in the system are eating, I will watch it and adjust when/ if we get there.
So far this week the Roots are in the water and looking good. The environment is looking nice and stable, and she appears to be in the praying position every time I open the tent. Today she got her first FiM was going for Top but Fim is (F@#$ I missed) for a reason.
1/19/2024 Vegetation Week 2 Day 2- She is looking great today the roots are spreading out nicely in the water, her first FiM seems to have gone great, she seems to just be happy overall. I had been debating getting a Cannatol ever since my friend got one last year and said that it is doing an amazing job. I scrimped, I saved, and I was finally able to purchase one a few days ago, well I received an email last night that my CannatorI is going to be delivered today. YAY!!!
So I did a clean up and took down my Dry tent/area last night. I was using a 4X4 Tent with 3 fans, 2 Humidifiers, 2 dehumidifiers, an inkbird, an 4inch inline fan and carbon filter.
All of that is going to be replaced by this machine that can process up to 2.2lbs, dry and cure in 8 days. Excited....
UPDATE!! The Cannatrol is here and setup.. now just a few short weeks together until we are ready to try it out..

2/20/2024 Vegetation Week 6 Day 6-She needed a good trimming today to free up some the tops that were being covered, as well as some of the low handing leaves and the ones that were growing towards her tent mate. I like them growing back but trying to keep some seperation between the ladies so they can get the max light all the way around the plant.
2/21/2024 Vegetation Week 6 Day 7-Saw a couple of top leaves that were blocking bud sites so I cleaned them up today. Other than that I just ensured the PH was right and the environment is comfortable.
2/22/2024 Vegetation Week 7 Day 1-The back needed a cleanup today. I also made all the adjustments to the light in prep for Flower, by making sure there is plenty of room between the top of the plant the light, I ensure the PPFD was in the low 500 range.
2/23/2024 Vegetation Week 7 Day 2-Took a little from all around and keeping her separated from her sister .. Late Veg lots of Leaves always some to take.... I decided she looks tall enough and is hitting the back bucket.. In that Vain I have decided to flip her to flower tomorrow. So it will be a full on water change to week 1 Flower nutes and a light change starting tomorrow. FLOWER Here we come.

I have had a lot of popcorn buds that I had to take as well as some branches that were deep but not going anywhere so have to not be faint about getting in deep and keeping it cleaned up. I love that the canopy is nice and even so glad I learned super cropping..

Now I have kept SILICA in this the entire time and the Stems have not appeared to be weak. So I really feel like this is just the weight of the flowers. I tied a few of the back branches up to the poles to help support the plant.

4/26/2024 Flower Week 9 Day 7- Ground Hogs Day!! Depending on the Trichome check tomorrow I might just give it 10 gallons of water and the Nutes and then harvest sometime Next week.. If the Tricomes look like more than a week then a full change.
4/27/2024 Flower Week 10 Day 1- Water Change Day!!!! Still about a week out.. but her grow sister is ready.. I setup the Dry tent, and I have moved everything in the Cannatrol so I have room for 2.2lbs wet in the cannatrol and everything else will be hanging.. I have my AC unit in the tent, I have my Dehumidifier's setup and I have my fans. I have one more fan that will be delivered tomorrow and I needed one more Carbon filter and inline fan and that will be here tomorrow as well. As soon as they get in I will go ahead and check one more time on the Trichomes of her grow sister and as long as she is where I want her to be.
My Dry tent temp will be 70 and my RH will be 55. Timber......
I added 36 gallons and the accompanying Nutes

4/28/2024 Flower Week 10 Day 2- Did a Trichome check just to see where she is.. I think still about a week or 2 out.. will just keep looking every couple of days and see where we are. I love being able to grow.

5/03/2024 Flower Week 10 Day 7- Didn't do anything today but get a few pics.. She is already starting to darken up on the side that her grow sister was on that didn't get much light.
Since I took down her sister yesterday I have 4 days until I can take her down.. I will need to move the flower once dry from the cannatrol and put that in an auto cure tub and then put in a fresh 2.2lbs of wet from this harvest. Excited..

5/05/2024 Flower Week 11 Day 2- Didn't do anything today.. Just let them go until I am ready for harvest. I did take a few photos to submit her to FSTS BOTM contest.

Numbers are in.. here is how is shook up Wet... These numbers are After wet Trim.
Numbers: Into the Cannatrol= 1lbs 7.84 Ounces. Into the Tent 2 Trips into the tent 1= 2.2lbs wet, 2= 4.0lbs Total wet= 8lbs.
Will check back in in 7- 14 days when it all dries up and I can do final numbers and a smoke report..
Great Grow overall, Happy with the breeder, and happy with this strain. I pulled a little over 8lbs of wet and can't wait to see how that shakes out when Dry.
I love the smell of this strain and can't wait to try it.
