In 1995, scientists placed human DNA inside a sealed, air tight tube with photons. Without the DNA, the photons arranged themselves in a random scattered pattern, but when the DNA was inserted, the photons formed an alignment. Are there metaphysical, multidimensional aspects to our DNA? Have we just begun to understand what DNA is and what it represents? Vladimir Poponin is a well known Russian scientist who in 1995, with his colleagues, including biophysicist Peter Gariaev, conducted a very interesting experiment during their time at the Russian Academy of Sciences. In their paper (P.P. Gariaev and V.P. Poponin. Vacuum DNA phantom effect in vitro and its possible rational explanation. Nanobiology 1995 (in press)), Poponin states, in the introduction of the report, that, “We believe this discovery has tremendous significance for the explanation and deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying subtle energy phenomena including many of the observed alternative healing phenomena.” Why did he feel this way? We will get to that. Poponin and Gariaev tested the behaviour of DNA on photons, little tiny bits of matter, in the “quantum” that our world is made up of. They put photons into a tube specially designed to simulate a vacuum, just like the vacuum of space. With no air inside, they inserted the photons as they wanted to see what they did and how they behaved. The photons were distributed in a way that was completely unordered and random, scattered all over the container. This of course was what the team of researchers expected. Next, samples of human DNA were placed inside the tube with the photons, and what happened next is what’s truly mysterious. The photons reacted to the DNA, and changed their pattern and formed a specific alignment. In the presence of living material, the human DNA, the photons organized! This signified that the DNA was clearly having a direct influence over the photons. It’s one of many examples hypothesizing that something within us has a direct affect on the physical material matter outside of us. This experiment was repeated and confirmed, and it was further observed that human DNA has a direct affect on the quantum ‘stuff’ that our world is made up of. Fascinating to say the least. The Next Big Surprise The next big surprise was observed when the researchers removed the DNA from the container. The scientists assumed that the photons would simply return to their original scattered state, but this didn’t happen. Instead, the photons remained ordered as if the DNA were still in the tube. Poponin described the light as behaving “surprisingly and counter-intuitively.” The researchers hypothesized and were “forced to accept the working hypothesis that some new field structure is being excited.” Is there something being left behind? Something in non-physical form? This experiment tells us that DNA is communicating with the ‘stuff’ our world is made of, and that there is some sort of invisible field that exists. Perhaps DNA represents a place of storage and communications to the past? To the future? To others in the universe who have left their mark, so to speak. Who knows. Quantum Physics and Consciousness Nobel laureate of the twentieth century Richard Feynman once said, with regards to quantum mechanics, “we choose to examine a phenomenon which is impossible, absolutely impossible, to explain in any classical way, and which has in it the heart of quantum mechanics. In reality, it contains the only mystery.” Another great quote that comes to mind anytime the world of science dives deep into the mysterious world of quantum physics: There seems to be a deep concern that the whole field will be tarnished by studying a phenomenon that is tainted by its association with superstition, spiritualism and magic. Protecting against this possibility sometimes seems more important than encouraging scientific exploration or protecting academic freedom. But this may be changing.” – Cassandra Vieten, PhD and President/CEO at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. The reason why the association with superstition, spiritualism and magic mentioned in the quote above exists when it comes to examining certain phenomenon is simply because the observed phenomenon is unexplainable. But it’s important to remember, just because something is unexplainable does not mean that it’s not real, it simply means we don’t fully understand it yet. Academia has a long history of rejecting phenomenon, that’s clearly real, yet simply unexplainable. Quantum physics clearly has a strong connection to consciousness and metaphysical phenomenon. Max Planck, a physicist who originated quantum theory, regarded consciousness as “fundamental,” and matter as “derivative from consciousness.” He said that “we cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.” This has been demonstrated quite clearly by multiple experiments, like the quantum double slit experiment. A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays by Dean Radin, PhD, explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. In this experiment, a double-slit optical system was used to test the possible role of consciousness in the collapse of the quantum wave-function. Photons were shot through two slits, in multiple different ways. The study found that factors associated with consciousness “significantly” correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double slit interference pattern. In this experiment, tiny bits of matter (photons, electrons, or any atomic-sized object) are shot towards a screen that has two slits in it. On the other side of the screen, a high-tech video camera records where each photon lands. When scientists close one slit, the camera will show us an expected pattern, as seen in the video below. But when both slits are opened, an “interference pattern” emerges — they begin to act like waves. You can refer to the actual study to find out more about that if you want to see a visual demonstration of the quantum double slit experiment. The point is, consciousness changes the behaviour of the particles. “Observation not only disturbs what has to be measured, they produce it. We compel the electron to assume a definite position. We ourselves produce the results of the measurement.” The study cited above points out that “factors associated with consciousness, such as meditation experience, electrocortical markers of focused attention, and psychological factors including openness and absorption, significantly correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double-slit interference pattern. The results appear to be consistent with a consciousness-related interpretation of the quantum measurement problem.” The Takeaway DNA is fascinating, and it’s probably the least understood part of our biology. There are definitely interesting metaphysical non-material aspects to our DNA, and changes to our DNA can come as a result of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions alone. HeartMath researchers have shown that physical aspects of DNA strands could be influenced by human intention. The article, Modulation of DNA Conformation by Heart-Focused Intention – McCraty, Atkinson, Tomasino, 2003 – describes experiments that achieved such results.

Trying to start the scrog net to spread some branches here and switched to Indian Raga

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Based off when I’m saying, I’m definitely gonna chop her within the next week probably sooner forgot to update last week so by the time you guys see this, she’ll be chopped over overall this girl was a little bit different especially seeing as my light messed up through things off, but I can’t wait to retry this grow all over again and see what the next outcome is

The Blackberry Moon Rocks are looking promising. One of them is growing into this beautiful little bush, and I think it's almost ready to harvest. The other plant is stacking up buds, but I'm thinking it's still a couple of weeks away. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

All in all this was an amazing harvest I usually have around 8-10 plants and harvest anywhere from 24-36 ozs per harvest with the 8 plants I had this harvest including the biscotti mintz and cookies USA I ended up with 898g total dry weight with all top quality flower. I’ve learned some things with all my previous runs when it comes to dialing in my quality and yield and definitely watching for those herms because I like to push my plants to the max when it comes to training ! Po dlouhé době hlášení. Nic se nějak nedelo.Nějaký ten trénink proběhl a nakonec bylo rozhodnuto že v boxu zůstanou jen dvě nejsilnější ať mají dostatek místa a světla. Sám jsem zvědavý jak to 2 oproti 3 kytkam co bylo ve stanu minule vyplní. Zálivka postupně zvedána,teď už jedu cca 4L s malým výtokem. Proběhla defoliace a bude se přepínat na 12/12 a začneme přidávat hnojení na květ. Teď už report každý týden jak holky rostou a jak se jim daří. Hodně štěstí všem,ať to roste ?

Al poner le el led a la carpa pequeña para el final de la floración ha subido mucho la temperatura pero espero que aguanten.. creo que esta será la última semana que eche fertilizantes como lo veis?

Hello everyone, I'm really pissed about the 3 Afghan skunk plants, the package description says feminized seeds but they are in flower mode while the light is on 24/7, the people at Expert steeds are doing a terrible job packaging the seeds! Update on the second grow: the plants are looking very healthy and seem to be growing much faster than the first batch. 🌿 I feel like we've already done a lot better with these plants compared to the first grow. What do you all think? Any thoughts or suggestions? Day 26 (Second Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting news: the plants in our second grow have names now too! 🌿 This will make it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants in both grows. For those who don’t know, a SCROG net helps to train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. Additionally, we've placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress!

Day 55! Just shy of the 8 week mark, I reckon next week the Lemon cherries will be getting the 🔪 buds swollen out nice, still lots of white pistils and very clear trichomes, but with the way there developing I’ll have to keep a close eye.. gorillas starting to bulk up now, as always I’m looking forward to what this week brings, untill next time! 👊🏻

11/20 I did quite a bit of feeding last week and her top is getting very heavy. I’m having trouble keeping them standing up. I was going to take down one branch but I think it would cause the other branches to fall so I’m just gonna try and keep balancing them maybe for another week then I’m gonna cut them down. I have three more and another tent. I’m flowering them at between 86 and 90 W with the Mars Hydro lighting seems to do the trick I’ve had the same plant growing I think for over a year now I keep taking clones and then I take another clone. This is the first time I’ve attempted to do that and now I can see. I’m glad that I did because I made up for seeds that I managed to kill along the way. I always blame the seed company and then I find out a year later that it was something I did so I try not to complain too much about that. 11/21 I took down one of the branches yesterday she was giving me trouble. I sent a message to the other ones. I think it helped they really starting to produce now. They’re really starting to fill in now. I could take them down but I want to keep them going maybe two weeks as long as you’re still bulking up I want to keep going and I have one branch that will probably dry down to, a little more than half an ounce. It’s not really big, but it’s pretty nice and considering these were just clones these are branches. If you look early in my other diary, they work great. They’re looking a little crispy from a little too much nutrient I’m gonna give them just some plain water tomorrow and start backing way off on all nutrients. I think they have about another two weeks to go maximum. They’re really filling in nicely if I don’t stress them out they fill-in really good. Should probably get at least a dry ounce off of each of these branches. 11/22/23 I dried one of the branches didn’t get a lot. It’s very nice densely packed. Smells good it’s enough for me. 11/25 Saturday morning. I took a branch this morning. I have two on one plant and three on the other still going. I’ll keep them going if I can if they’re still growing I turned the light down to 89 I don’t really benefit from light that’s too bright toward the end of the grow it just melts the resin it just is not good for them and they seem to go just fine. I have another blackjack clone in another tent that I am going to try and do the whole grow at 93 W with this light so far it’s going just great. I accidentally left it there and if I can do that and not stress it, I might get better plants at lower wattage. 11/26 these three blackjack clones are growing perfectly at 93 W. I can’t believe it. No sign of stress of any kind so I’m gonna keep it at this wattage. Also it keeps the temperature super low. I have the driver outside the tent so it doesn’t make that much difference and one of the pots I didn’t fill up with quite as much soil probably 2 gallons and they still are doing good so blackjacks are very fun to experiment with and it’s a great smoke I have one of the branches drying right now and she seems to get more resins as she’s drying it’s incredible. I have two that are flowering that are just about ready. I overdid the fertilizer so I’m going to do a clean today with the general hydroponics. I got a gallon of the flora clean. I’m going to leave them at 89 W for the rest of the grow that should be good enough. It’s great that I can do this at 89 W. I use the general hydroponics Flora, clean and watered both of them. I did 10 mL per gallon and I did about a gallon and a half. There was a lot of runoff. It was really gross. I have bugs in the soil. I sprayed the bag and the soil for bugs.
