It's been a thrilling 12 weeks from seed to this point, and the plant is truly living up to its name. Growth Milestones: At 140 cm tall, she's a stunner! Week 6 of flowering, and every inch is a testament to the care and attention she's been given. The lush canopy is bursting with life, and the trichomes covering the colas make it look like a winter wonderland. Week 7 has started and I'd say, overall she's looking good and healthy. day 45: It's time to give her some water and new "food". I took the opportunity to remove a few of the lower and inner leaves and arrange them a little more openly with some garden wire and string. Regarding those lighter leafs in the top center (pictures under the LED make it really look worse) and the reddish/violet stems i won't do anything for now but observing. day 46: just visual checks and refreshing humidation. day 47: The soil was already dry again, i guess because of those high temperatures during the last days (up to 38°C inside the box). As she seemed to be doing quite well, I decided to carry out a slightly larger defoliation. Some might even call it “soft lollipopping”. But as a beginner, I want to try the experiment and I'm more afraid of mold than a slightly lower yield. So I removed about 1/3 of the leaves and small shoots in the lower area and also took out some fan leaves and leaves that were growing inwards or covering other shoots. I then used some string to give her a new shape to bring the individual shoots back to a more uniform height. day 48: just visual checks and refreshing humidation. I guess she isn't too sad about her new haircut. Additionally playing around with the smartphone microscope I recently bought. day 49: The first pistils are beginning to change color. No water needed today, but i guess for a fresh watering tomorrow. Removed some leafes that wouldn't get much light The weather should cool down again today and in the next few days, so I'm hoping for lower temperatures inside the grow box. Today I will leave the box open for a while and try to cool down the room in which it is standing. day 50: My guess was right, it's watering day. Felt like she needed a little more nutrients so i slightly adapted my plan.

this strain responds well to training and indoor grow spaces, seems robust and resistant enough to be worth a try outdoors as well. this freebie was a great experience, and was the largest plant in my grow by a notable margin. cheers

Oh man I'm excited about this one now. I think I may try and fill this tent out with this just this one plant. Earth box and manual scrog on this Gelato. After getting her in there and realizing how easy she is to bend over and how easy it will be to get a monster plant with this set up, I'm super stoked. This will probably end up being a super long veg time but that's okay. This is exciting for me. Something different.

12th week. I removed some unwanted yellow leaves. I really like this plant, nothing changed, watering happens the same way and same amount of water. I am so excited. Really nice flowers on it and stinky like citrus smell and sweet very well coated with THC. Beautiful plant and really short.😅 I just checked the trichomes and they are still immatured, not even milky. Very strong smell and big buds. Beautifully coated with THC everywhere. I love this plant. Fan leaves started getting yellow as well. I think it is 4 weeks more approximately to be finished. I removed some fan leaves the biggest ones as it started turning yellow because the plants takes the energy out of it. Better airflow and more light to the flowers, and good tea for me from the leaves 🥂🤪😇 I also set the lamp distance to be 20 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.

06/01(85) - I've decided to flower for a little longer, i have cut back all the large fan leaves for this final stretch. some of the side buds are getting heavy and almost as big as the main colas. 07/01(86) - I am just dyeing to harvest her but will hold off a little longer, included a video to get a scale. I've been massively impressed by this strain so far. leaves are still a dark green 08/01(87) - This morning at 8am she has been banished to darkness, will check on in 24 hours but expecting to go 48 hours. gave last plain feed yesterday and pot is still heavy so no more water. hoping to harvest on day 89/90 (sorry for mass picture dump) 09/01(88) - Completed 24hr of darkness and checked buds for mold. water has now been used up and pot is light. Noticed the smell is easier to distinguish. going to leave for another day as I am waiting for some sieves/gloves/trimmers before I harvest. 10/01(89) - Checked this morning at 8am and the COCO was bone dry. I have now cut her down at 4pm and weight was 401g but that with stems and leaves straight from cutting (might weigh tomorrow once trimmed). I have began the trimming but have to do it in parts due to time restraints. Quick One (81 days) is now back inside the tent but is still too big. will see if its worth keeping in the next week How do others check wet weight?? I will be completing a harvest page in a few days once I have fully trimmed and dried to get final yield before curing.

ACE Seeds Malawi x Northern Lights Auto 4 weeks of flowering completed 29th March 2020 Welcome back to my first ACE seeds grow. She is growing as well as can be expected for a sativa dominant variety. The buds are covered in nice healthy white pistils but no real noticeable smell yet. Ive been feeding aprox 5 Litres every two days with either Monsta bud or liquid potassium and mollasses. No more sunny days here for the time being so she stays inside the grow tent all day. Ph is stable @ 6.5 and other than that nothing else to report so i'll see you all next week. Thanks for Reading 👍

So the one girl is a week ahead with the other 2 slowly behind as popped later date, will keep diary from the 1 main girl and add the other 2 in with description as go along Entering week 2 for the main girl now with her being potted up shortly 🌱💚 Aptus nutrients are being used which atm seem very easy too follow I cant wait too start getting these girls flying 🤞 The other girls in there are humbolt seed co ice cream cake which are very slow atm and may open a diary for them or throw them in with this diary

Im flushing now and hoping she will be ready to chop shortly , she has not been the quickest in flower but im hoping this strain will be great for my insomnia which is why i have chosen to grow this strain

weeks 7 and I had to put a Scrogg net in. the weight of the buds is pulling down the plant Yō Yos so I went with a net, looks like they are responding to the feeding. just water today and maybe tomorrow they're thirsty

The color was looking a little light so I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp and gave them a little calmag. The biggest challenge this week was not topping the plants. Letting them grow without topping isn't my style. I chose not to because these girls are going to be competing for light and space with some monsters soon. I will probably have to lift them up to get them even with the bigger plants. I expect them to start flowering in a week or so since they are on 12 12 lighting.

Day 50 from reciving my seeds and equipment and day 46 since I put her into Coco: 25/Oct/2018: She is doing so well and is in her first week of flowering! I saw massive differences and a boost in her budding thanks to Canna PK 13/14 and for those that suggested I start using it (I started at 0.5ml per L, 3 days ago). Her roots seem to be doing very well (I see fuzz of healthy fungus and microbes on the roots when they sprout out of the fabric pot! Please send any suggestions on my use of nutrients!

Day 87 for this AK Auto super frosty very heavy buds had to tie up all the branches loving life and haven't had any problems with bugs temperature or with the nutrients feed and its been very hot and lots of heavy rain here in Ontario Canada
