Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Smooth sailing at this point... I have just a few key things to discuss going forward this week. No more nitrogen being fed to these plants at this point. My PK booster has no nitrogen, and I plan on using it once or twice more. The majority of nutrition at this point is coming from the rooted leaf Cal-Mag fuel which is an organic source of food. I've also been using the Golden Tree 0-0-2 but unfortunately I ran out this week. To replace it, I'll be using an organic black strap molasses. My temperatures have also dropped at night. By by about 7° c. My daytime temperatures are down two or three degrees Celsius. CO2 dosage is set to 800 parts per million

Day 67: Increase in flower size phrase has been finished now they about to go into the mature phrase. I will eighter flower them for 1 or 2 weeks depending on how it goes. Might only give them water with enzymen,regulator and humic for now on, that Is basicly flushing ( ec 0.7 ). or Ill just slightly feed them( ec 1.4-1.6) for a few times before I start flushing them( ec 0.7). Again I took the pictures before doing work on them ( watering and defoliation), so they look a little sad. I did notice that many of them got burned tips, indicating that they get more nutrients then needed. It does make sence since In this week and weeks to come, they need less nutrients and having a harder time taking it. Yet they do drink everything in 1.5-2 days, so they still do like to get nutes. TThis week I decided to move from my small ass bedroom and pre fab me a area in my nice ass basement with great element and ceiling. I'll have a couple little videos. Still not done revamping that spot. But I'm hanging 3 mars hydro I just ordered from my beautiful rafters. Lay some mylar and a platform of a sort. Use some reflective tarp to outline my space. Switch out the basement lighting with 3 green led lightbulbs. 24/7 access to obsession. You're welcome. Still got the 4x4 pulled up there so everything is accessible. check in later

Excellent quality and quantity with this harvest! Will look to to control the stretching phase of flowering next grow.

I hope they've stopped stretching now, my lord. Pistils are shooting out of both of them, except for the tops that were closer to the light; they've stagnated. I've cut off the worst of the damaged parts and taken out the filter to allow more headroom. Leaves are still amazingly green, full dues to RQS for their nutes. Simple but seems to be very effective!!

Sept 10th This week was windy and finally some decent shower. Nature was begging for it but as we all know it was a headache for me personally. I went to visit the girls and noticed how the wind was taking its toll. Killer Kush (the biggest) was banking 15 degrees and the Outdoor Grapefruit was acting as a windscreen for Maroc. She needed some more defoliating to prevent moisture getting stuck in tight places. I pulled the net further down to improve airflow...a little to much. When i pinned the lower ring to the ground a big branch snapped😪 Emergency repair was done and I believe she will be all right. She was reinforced and i build a nice tent over the wound to prevent water coming in. Open from the bottom still alowing air to pass underneath.

Day 63...buds fattening up nicely...currently experiencing worst pollution on the planet with AQI of 300+ for most of the week which i fear is affecting growth..,..the buds look a lot browner in the pics, than i reality.. due to the post-apocalyptical tinge to the sky as the sun sets, though the smog

I was told this is a 1:1 CBD strain but feels more like a 2:1 Ok so this plant yelded large , thick and dense flowers that are completely covered in sugar , The flavour and smell is fantastic even without a cure , I've been using this in the vapourisor and the flavour is incredible , A very thick and heavy gas that does not make you cough at all , and for me it's a very heavy head high and then you get a very pleasant feeling in your lungs and chest , The effect is very relaxing and claiming , For me it's all you expect from cannabis without the head f*CK It's a really nice smoke indeed , Too the point that I think I will not be turning this plant into oils as in the decarbing temperature you need too choice ether the CBD or the thc at they both decarb at different temperatures CBD needing alot higher temp too activate than thc does , so you ether burn off the thc too get the CBD , so I think this will be my night time chillax smoke as it's real nice ,

5/23/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower) There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. Just watching them Flower!! 5/24/2023 Week 7- Day 2 of Flower (Day 111 overall) Tucked a few fan leaves below lower buds but didn't see any blatant offenders that needed to be removed. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week.... 5/25/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall) Just letting them grow today!! Smell is getting stronger I would say it is a hint of Pine and a heavier fruity smell. 5/26/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Flower (Day 113 overall) I did Nothing but took some pics and I enjoyed it!!!! Other than that I am enjoying watching her mature. I also started my Reverse of the Clone I took 6 weeks ago in Apr from #3. Chopped on Day 70 (September 6th, 2020) 9/6/20: Hung her to dry after taking off most of her fan leaves. I decided to hang the whole plant this time around to see if it helps my dry quality. Will update with pictures soon. 9/12/20: Trimmed her up today after feeling that the nugs were crispy and dry. First couple days of dry we were experiencing a bit of a heat wave and high humidity levels (fluctuating from 60-75%). During the final days of drying we had rain and then it cooled off and dried out lowering my rh in the tent to around 50%. That crisped the nugs right up in 2 days and I decided it was time to pull her out and trim her up. The nugs were so incredibly sticky and smelled of chem. They are really dense despite their look especially the main cola nugs. Still smelling a bit like hay but I'm confident that the curing process will take care of that. I am curing with Boveda 58% rh packs in each jar and a hydrometer as well. Not going to test a nug until at least a week or two of curing or until I run out of Sour Crack lol. Will update with a smoke report. 9/28/20: So it's been just over 2 weeks of curing so far. When I first put the nugs in the jar, I was worried they were a bit too dry/crispy for what I was hoping for, but after 2 weeks of curing the nugs aren't as crackly sounding in my hands. I cured with Boveda 58% rh packs and mason jars as seen in the pictures. **SMOKE REPORT** 9/28/20 - 2 weeks of curing: The smell of this strain is a really unique one, or maybe the pheno that I got is. It smells fruity for sure but it has this gas smell to it that almost smells chemical but in a good way. I marked down tropical above because the combo of pungent fruit almost brings out a sweet cocktail aroma. After really thinking about it, I've never smelled weed with a scent quite like this one! The smoke was smooth in my freshly cleaned bong and I'm decently high. I feel pretty tired but I'm ready to do something like game or make music. I don't feel hungry (yet) but my throat is begging for a drink. I'm happy that I have now smoked my own home grown weed twice!
