Buds are really swelling and smell has come on strong ! Really shaping up to be nice plants and good looking buds. The trichomes are starting to stack on and hopefully will get better as the buds begin to bulk up here in last few weeks ! But really a beautiful plant and has great structure! Many main colas instead of just a Christmas tree shaped plant with 1 , so far that’s a bonus ! Beginning week 8 and things have come along great. After a slow start I’m really impressed with how these are looking. 1 of the 2 has quite a bit more color starting to appear on some leaves and in the new buds but both are turning into beautiful plants. Not a lot of smell coming from them yet but just starting to notice a few trichomes on some sugar leaves near the highest forming buds. Trimmed a little more & started LST on day 67 with clips, first time using these, I'm pretty happy with them, even bent one stem to HST breaking & the clips supported the break. Runoff PPM is 2828 average, it will only go to 2000 on here.

She is pumping out so good now. When I opened the tent before I was blown away with her scent. A very pungent sweet citrus smell with hints of berry. Will be doing another flush tomorrow. And will be preparing for the harvest. Am absolutely over the moon with her. I see where I can make improvements for a better yeild next time but the quality of her is outstanding by the eyes and nose.

Every has gone absolutely smooth so far with growing this girl. Full 8 weeks old today & 21 days into flower. She has a fairly strong sweet smell & her buds continue to bulk up. As I just harvested 1 plant , it's created a bit of space for me to put her into the Flowering tent for 12 hrs each day & move her back to veg for the remaining 8 hrs, as I'm running 780watts in the flower tent, hopefully this will bulk them up more. Then I've just let her go & do her own thing & haven't done anything other than feed her, haven't really had to do any defoliation as there's not that many leaves on her naturally. She continues to show good growth. I had to do some more defoliation this week to remove the bigger fan leaves...again. She's showing good bud formation and I am enjoying watching her grow. She is nice therapy after my heart attack. Growing relaxes me and gives me almost as much relief as the medicine I am growing.

Cultivation was very easy in terms of vegetation and up to half of flowering, where I encountered difficulties and ended up postponing their harvest. drying Purple presented 220g wet and 39g dry. I can smell a fruity scent on it and I see a lot of resin. I'm happy with the result but I still want a 50g plant.

I'm adding week 2 first, then I'll go back to week 1 and fill in all the details on my set up and strategy. But at this point the CBD Medi Kush is 2 weeks out of the humidity dome. I sprouted these seeds in a paper towel again (even though I swore it off previously) . I started with 3 seeds and all 3 sprouted within 48 hours, transplanted the seeds to soil with the roots sticking out of the shell about 1/2 inch (or 1 cm) then only 2 of the 3 seeds grew out of the soil. Also, I'm growing 2 DinaFem DinaMed CBD plants also from seed and had the EXACT same experience with the 3 DinaMed seeds. I still feel I have the best success rate with putting the seed directly in soil. I'll be planting seeds directly in soil from now on. If I try something else again please slap me 😉 Anyway, since out of the humidity dome both plants are looking great! Nice and bushy looking little seedling. I don't plan on feeding anything for a while and let the plants use up the nutrients in the soil.
