Day 20 - I’m using sense I bloom A&B 1,5ml/L

After some adjustments needed due to the heat of the lamp, I was able to stabilize my tent temperature to under 26c. I had to move the light to 2 ft away dimmer at 80% as the tips of new leaves shooting up fast and showing light burns. Mysoil PH climbed to 7.5 so I adjusted ph using big bud by advanced nutrients which drops my solution to 6. This will work for the time being. I've opened up the tent to allow air to flow more freely from the room as the outside air being pulled in had less than 400ppm after some careful measurements. This lead to drops down to 330ppm. I have since closed the vent. Opening up the tent increased co2 levels by 2-3 times. I overkilled fan department added a 16 inch oscillating fan. In the morning it has a strong smell before lights on.

Plant looks less healthy than before but looks not bad

23.2. - Watered 💧 25.2. - Watered 💧 26.2. - Yesterday I've dropped the light lower and it's already doing it's work. Plants got noticeably back to bud development. Gelato plant is just an experiment at this point as that pheno went completely mad 😁 27.2. - Watered 💧 28.2. - I've cut down the Gelato plant. Unfortunately, it would not yield any decent buds. Rest in peace Gelato 29.2. - Week wrap-up: I'm left with 4 plants. 2 creamatics got their last feeding today, only water for one more week. An in to soil she and her sister testers go, i know that for know everything looks the same , apart from the photos, but this will start changing with them growing. For now all of them are growing pretty much the same and now that they move in to soil and start feedings they will start showing the phenotype and genetic differences, but for now all looking great , healthy and strong af!!! The Mandarin Squeeze sisters are growing good. The grow room appears to be pest free now. I had neem oil treated the plants twice. I then treated the grow space with ortho home defense. I did not get it on the plants. It appears to have work. Grow diaries is really messed up still, and Is altering my information input on numbers. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. 3 weeks from germination, they look green and strong full of vitality, even with the heat it is doing ... I just started with Biovega at 1ml per liter (half dose), I have chosen the largest specimens, you can see the difference between varieties, with respect to size. The most branched is already seen to be the Sugar Candy and the Sugar Black rose, the distance between branches is incredible. Like all in their own way.😉

4 of 5 seeds germinated. The 4 masterkush are a little lighter color, probably a humidity issue as the other strain appears normal. Running 62%rH, the MK may need a little higher rH to use calcium. I add a tsp per gallon of calmag to clean rainwater may increase it to1.5 if this continues.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ Girls are moving forward, a lot of growth for the week, the two strains are absolutely different in terms of structure. Unfortunately the three Candy Kush did not sprout, so I will run only this two girls for this cycle. Down a bit the watering mainly doing a feed every other day, trying to manage the root mass to expand. Choose to do natures candy also in veg since i'm using recharge regularly, is 0-0-0 not noticing a lot of EC raise with it, velo kelp came in to play also. One dose of sensi Cal Mag this week since i notice some paling going on, my medium is inert by the way. ------GG.AK COMMENT------ This strain is going slower compared to her sister, looks good though, less foliage, stretching more, I see more sativa elements taking over.

Buds a bulking up, getting sticky, frosty and stanky!! Do-si-dos is a bit behind the other ladies as this strain will take an extra week to finish, but she's also packing on size, frost and stickyness. Sep 21: fall is here with 12 h of darkness and red tinted sunlight both of which help with flowering. One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. Tomorrow will be okay but then rain and cold overnight and even snow forecast for late next week. C’est La vie.

Flower Week 1 Day 0 to 6 - 4/22 to 4/28 Flip week and same day extreme defoliation to encourage top stretch. (flip day was actually 4/24) The defoliation of everything below the bottom two nodes really shows the difference of breakage on these. I'm glad I ran these through to the end as you can see the difference more directly on the same plants rather than 2 separate plants. (although Im sure you can gather the same information that way too) Feed this week was an auto pot reservoir feed at 600ppm total before add-ins. I used 450ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and increased to 150ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.8 as it will be for the rest of the grow Videos Defoliation before and after Next week I plan to train the stretch and lowest branches for Schwazze defoliation on day 21 of flower. Feed next week will increase to 650ppm and it will be the first reduction of Veg Mix.

***May 13 No reservoir change any more until the end of flower. I'm just filling it up with water as it goes, I'll let the plant flush itself out for anything it needs. Mainly because it's gotten too big and heavy to take out of the tent comfortably. The branches are all leaning over, and the buds are starting to finish up now. I have to take the loop to it to check the trichomes, but I think in another week or a little longer I'll be able to chop her down. Man I'm so excited to see what she brings to smoke!! I've never seen a freakshow with big nugs and not looking like a wiry mess, so I am a little proud of myself for a first hydro hahaha. Still dank as hell when I open the tent.
