Thursday this week has been good so far, I pulled each plant out yesterday and tidied everything up. I got rid of all the tiny lateral branches that didn’t make the cut and I got Rid of everything that was below about half way down the plant. Obviously the lateral branches that grew to the same height as the canopy are staying it’s just all the non starter stuff below. I annoyingly had my in take fan die on me. We’ll sort of, it just keeps tripping the fuse on my electric so I assume it’s from when I had my res flood onto the floor - I forgot it was there on the floor because it was hidden behind the res

7/9/29 día 1 de floración Esto arranca amigos, por desgracia lo hace con unas temperaturas altísimas, con maximas de incluso 32 grados debido a la ola de calor que estamos sufriendo. Ya hemos montado el sistema de riego y lo hemos preogramado para regar durante 1min cada 4h durante el día. La solución la hemos preparado con los productos Cyco arriba descritos, con una ec de 1 y un ph de 6,1. Por otro lado nuestro jardín. Esta iluminado por 4 barras led 100w de solux, y un lec solux de 630w aunque por el momento está a 315w debido a las altas temperaturas. Para empezar la floración lo hacemos con una defoliación y una poda de ramas bajas. Estaremos atentos a cambios en las pequeñas para intentar mantener en cada momento la alimentación adecuada, sin carencia y sin excesos. No te lo pierdas!! 9/9/20 día 3 de floración Buenas, nuestras pequeñas se aclimatan bien a la nueva alimentación y a su nuevo medio. Aumentamos la ec del tanke a 1,1ec y seguimos manteniendo el ph a 6,1. Por otro lado las temperaturas parece que disminuyen por lo que pasamos el lec de 315w a 415w, manteniendo así unas temperaturas diurnas de entre 26 y 27 grados. Esperemos que continúen descendiendo hasta poder mantener las temperaturas a 23 grados durante todo el día. La humedad ronda el 40% y estaremos atentos para que no suba de ahí. What a week for this girl! After seeing both of my Sweet Seed autos take a hit from my lack of watering with runoff, I decided to take preventative matters with this Gelato plant and flushed her clean with 8 gallons of plain pHed water, and then a final gallon of a light feeding mix. Since doing that 4 days ago, definitely have seen some further discolouration, but as far as I can tell, It's stopped spreading to the new growth, so I'm 'hoping' to be in the clear but you really never know. I got the soil pH up from 5.4 to 6.5, and the ppm down from 1100ish to just under 400 (which is typical ppm for a flushed plant). Going to keep a close eye, but damn do I feel like she went through some serious shock. Bud development has pretty much slowed down, so hoping she bounces back and start stacking, but I also don't know if this is from the shock of the flush, or the low temps I've been faced with this week. Anyway, definitely learned my lesson on this run! Organic growing here I come 😁

Our Zamnesia photoperiod plants have also started their journey into the magical flowering period, this is the first week. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, the heat has increased a bit again but for the first weeks of flowering it is not a big problem, let's remember to never exceed 27 degrees centigrade in the last 4 weeks to avoid jeopardizing the quality of the flowers. If necessary, open the growbox but never let it exceed 27-30 degrees where 30 is already a lot. The good thing is that as soon as the lights are turned off the change is already visible a bit and as autumn progresses we will also improve. The humidity is fluctuating but we try to control it with two dehumidifiers when necessary, pushing both possibly not into the growbox but directly into the room. End of the grow cycle finally! This one was a test run, I wanted to see the possibilities using liquid nutrients in an Autopot-like system. Firstly, because I got plenty of the nutrients left from the previous grow. Although it is possible to use this method, it’s way too much work. I had to change the water/feed in the tray all the time while I was facing with ph stability issues. The harvest is now in the drying chamber. I will keep you updated with the end results.

Day 139! (08 February 2020) Spider mites seem under control, but with long flowering bitches like these I start worrying for mold in the last weeks of flowering because it's very rare to have a humidity lower than 60% throughout the year in this country. I took a sample to dry and test how it is going, I found a broken shoot (I don't know how it happened) and I removed it for drying. Luckily, it was a shoot containing lower buds and it was not even heavy. But for the sake of trying how she is going, in some way I celebrate this... Also I removed the portion where I firstly saw that white mold was forming, before it spreads its f*cking spores everywhere. I reduced fertilizer from 0,4 g/L to 0.2 g/L as for ripening time. She's started to lose vigor, she's entering senescence and her time is coming, after seeing her every day in the last months, we're kind of a long time relatives. I see she's aged almost enough for harvest. Day 140 It's the lady's last month and Just hope I wouldn't lose any bud because of mold. Spider mites is a controlled infection but it worries me not. Also I regret having had to use neem oil for the f*cking spiders, I wish that the chemicals in it wouldn't impart an odd taste to the buds. I won't do any other drench until harvest, flush mediated.

Days 78-84 - Been lax in updates, but I still log every week to completion. Back injury in addition to The Nineteen, Rona Style, has been a bit of a pain in the posterior. (That means ass) Plants are gigantic and sassy. Had Dangergirl come out and defoliate/lollipop the bottoms out of the girls, saving me painful labor and increasing my yields, so yay for her! Plants are happy, pompoms are getting thick, and everything looks good. Switched FF01 to flower on day 84.

Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Thank you for taking the time to read. 10-16 😍😍😍 Plants are starting to show deficiencies!!! Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

Miss Kalini is doing super great, she's packing up a whole lot of thick, dense well reeking buds. She became this nice bush that uses up half of the space in the tent. I haven't given her nutrients for a couple off days and don't think I will get her back on them.
