Life got a bit out of control, however, I am here with an update! :) Unfortunately, the plants will need to come down tomorrow. The weather has turned and I havent been able to spend as much time at the location which has led to some botrytis on one or two of the plants :( Plants have been fed only water no nutes for the last few days, it is unfortunate because they could've gone at least another 10-14 days if the conditions were right or I was able to be at the location full time. Some observations - Two of the keeper pheno's are quite similar to each other, and the other two are even more similar to each other. Overall the genetics seem quite stable as all the plants are similar overall with slight variations with two Pheno 1 and 2 standing out the most. Pheno #2 turned out to be something special! Sweet candy cookie nose and dense sluricane-looking nugs. Worth testing indoors to see her true potential. Pheno #1 has bigger nugs and funky fruity nose, also with considering keeping. Pheno #3 and #4 are very similar, but nothing worth keeping IMO. Last thoughts/notes: I will have to re-veg and take cuts of Pheno 1 because no cuttings were taken because I wasnt planning on keeping any :( When the cuts are ready I will re-test pheno 1 indoors in the coming months. The Tooth Fairy by Renegade Genetics Tooth Fairy has surprised me. I wasn't expecting much from these freebies from an unknown breeder, however, these girls performed exceptionally well given the timeline, conditions and circumstances. Sweet berry candy aromas, really good trichome development and easy-to-grow nature make her worth giving a whirl. I look forward to re-testing the keeper indoors in the coming months. look out for that diary! This will be the last update before the final check-in. Well, I made it through another week, lol. Just your typical boring week. The weather is cooling down now and the humidity has been decent. Another great transition week. Week 14 and 4th week of flower starts today, 9/5. There's this one cola on Bruce that's really scratching my brain to bend over, lol. They're all looking great though, still responding well to the Schwazz! Time to apply some booster and hopefully watch them fatten up from here on our. I'm actually quite impressed with most of the clones, they should fill out nicely! That's pretty much it. Feeling good, feeling good 😁 Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️ UPDATE: 9/8 I uploaded a video and everything is looking good. I started some booster for the clones and next feed for the mothers I'll do the same. The flowers are finally starting to grow with copious amounts of pistols!!! I loved every min of her. Shes is hanging to dry and will be trimmed and weighted as she dries. Cant wait to smoke her. She was so heavy in the end she needed yo yo hangers to have her supported under all her weight. I would love the chance to grow her again. Oh my god she is sooo heavy like wow i cant even with her. The rosin she produced is just fire. Lemons and vanilla and so heavy. I would grow her a million times over.

Welcome back to Colorado Gnome Grown. This week the gnome’s have been busy with the irrigation system. The water is stored in a 5g container and I mix the feed in it and it gets feed every time I water, which is twice a day for 1 minute, or until the plants drip. The plants are setting on a rack so that the water can drain away from the plant and into a tray. The plan is to buy Big Buds the first of the month to keep on hand to finish up in 4 weeks. Cookie Monster is 4in today and Noel is 2in, and both are starting to grow their bud site. Next week I will Top and defoliate for the first time. So I am entering week 2 of the 12/12 flip, the ladys are showing sex so hopefully later in the week I will get actual pistils so I can start counting down flower days. Day 9 seen pistils but I had to perform a major defoliation as under the canopy was bad and I didnt want powdery mildew due to leafs sweating ect. Day 10 24 hours after defoliation, you could not tell I done a thing to them, im hoping its just a odd leaf now and then thru the rest of the flowering period. Any advice is welcome guys 🙏 I will be adding more fans for airflow. Day 12 of the flip and the girls are on there way to becoming ladys lol I think there's going to be a few nice kolas in there when done, ordered the new box fan for the floor to create more airflow to reduce the risk of pm and mold. I need to top up soil as roots are showing so under the net I go again. Wish me luck.

Welcome! Week 7 flower! I'm dying in anticipation. Part of me just wants to stare at it forever, because I'm pretty sure the color will get darker when its dried Pistols are turning orange top, so getting closer. I took a few videos this time. One shows the Mars Hydro lights, and my tents I'm using. The other is the best I could do to capture the beauty of this plant. I wish I had a tent full of only her. I cut way back on nutes, I only plan to feed one more time and will be checking the trichome color next week. 6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.
