And looks like she's gonna be a nice big auto. "Touch bud" nice and healthy. Maintenance I got round to removing the 1st set of true leafs and 1st nodes that go above them. No LST or defoliations until after stretch before pre fower happens. Feeding I've been given about 5 different nutrients. All organic and I give fish force and the Enzymes (Power Roots also) and Alga Grow until she starts showing sex. And I'll put her on water for 5 days or so. I'm really glad to get back to growing after a period of time. Many errors were made, such as : - Too short flushing period - Precipitation during defoliation - Start of cultivation 1 week too early, disturbing my seedling. - Flowers dried too intensely - Humidifier missing Overall, everything worked well, and I obtained about twenty grams. My WW was too small compared to what I was hoping to get. The restricted space resulted in strong temperature variations that stressed my plant. A lack of humidification in the tent didn't provide ideal conditions either. that was so great, see ya!!!! U.G.

welcome to 📅 Day 50 : flower 5/3/2021. not to happy with the deficiency problems I'm having but she is growing well still. I will be dropping the amount of nutes to 1 mil a L from 2ml a L but leaving the cal mag the same. I'm very happy with the MH TS 1000💡 and they plant also seams to agree update 📅Day 52 : flower 5/5/2021 Not to much change it the problems yet but I have noticed she is getting fatter under the Mars Hydro TS 1000 she is loving the 💡 and I am too so lets see how she does.

Oct 20 Starting Well Water 0.9EC or 450PPM (Hard Water) @ 19 Degrees Inputs : EC 2.0. PH 6.4 Temp 19-21 2 Gallons each Runoffs: EC 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3 Goal is to Grow High Brix 12-15% better than the medical grade cannabis to help with a myeloproliferative neoplasm😧 as well as for fun😎. Any tips, working knowledge or suggestions towards this goal is greatly welcomed and would be played forward. Just read that if a plant has a BRIX of 12% or higher that some insects won't lunch on it! Loving this plant😀 Flavonoids and Cannaflavins are phytonutrients and along with carotenoids are responsible for colours. They are anti-mutagenic, anti-cancer, antioxidant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, immuno-protective .. Maybe better than aspirin for inflammation trial is still out😉. Catechins are anti-proliferative, cardio-protective and reduce cholesterol. More medical studies need to be done on this plant😶 Some plants are showing signs of a deficiency. I believe I have locked out calcium. I watered yesterday with 2 Gal each of Dutch Nutrient Diamond which has amino acids, humic and fulvic ,kelp (has b vitamins and amino acids in it). Green Planet Terpinator for the 4% Sulphate of Potash (SOP) or potassium sulfate...I saw a Video with the awesome Dr. Harley Smith and wrote 7 pages of full scape and he mentions to use amino acids to help plants uptake calcium. These products contained them and I had them on hand...hope it helps.

In week 7 the 12 plants have filled out the space inside the HOMEBOX grow-tent very nicely and therefore its time to switch to flowering. I change the timer, which I put infront of the supply of my SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs, to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. This will induce the flowering of my babies and they can start to develop buds. The BIO NOVA nutrients work very well, which can be seen in the nice healthy green color of the plants. I follow the SOIL-CULTIVATION chart from the BIO NOVA website, but use only half the recommended dose, because my tap-water already has a very high EC-value of 0,8 when it comes out of the faucet. Since I have used REGULAR seeds for THE PURPS from BC-BUD-DEPOT, I have to check for males on a regular basis. Two plants show clear male pollen-sacks already now (see above in video) and have to be culled right away. I cut the plants off at the main stem right above the soil and take away the plants and throw them into the trash right away. This way I make sure NO pollen can mature inside the male pollen-sacks and be released later and inseminate my babies on accident. In the places of the male PURPS plants, I put a MAC and KK-plant into the AUTOPOT-system, so all 12 placed are filled again. Now its time to wait until the first flowers start to appear. 👍😎

***************** 03.04. Day 22 ***************** The Sour Frootz from Karma Genetics are developing very well so far. We're currently on day 23 since starting, and these are cuttings—not a seed run. The plants have survived the initial rooting and growth phase well and are now showing nice growth. Two days ago, I switched the light to 12/12, which officially marked the beginning of the flowering phase. The plants have responded well to the change—they've started to stretch slightly, which is typical for the beginning of the flowering phase. The internodal spacing remains compact, which speaks volumes about the genetics. You can see that the cuttings were well-rooted and had a stable foundation from the start. 🔘 We’ve wrapped up another week, folks! 🔘 She’s officially in full bloom now 🔘 Over the next few weeks we can expect another stretching also her buds to start bulking 🔘 I’ve begun dialing back the Grow nutrients and switched up my additives for this stage. Added Big Bud and Ancient Soil, both from Advanced Nutrients. 🔘 No training was done this week. Since she was shifting into her bloom phase, I wanted to let her breathe a bit. She’s gotten very bushy which is great but I’ll be doing a light defoliation in the coming week. Gotta keep insects and mold far away. 🔘 Happy growing 💚

The smell not strong not sure what I did wrong started the flush today my first indoor all most done these lady's are big learned a lot on plant for now on and been looking in too dwc I'm go one more grow in soil then I'll be ready try dwc thanks everyone for joining me in this journey hit that like button if you like this grow and watch it I'm going miss drinking coffee with theses lady's

‼️DAY 56, LIGHTS OUT‼️ We have reached the final day. The ladies are looking beautifull and I cant wait to harvest them For the next 48 hours they will stay in the ground with the lights out. After those 48 hours they will be harvested🤩 In the last video you can see how the mutated plants have grown. I DID NOT TOP THOSE!

Very happy with this weeks growth. So much sugar. I did lots of trimming after last weeks pictures. These girls were flushed yesterday and the smell is really starting to show. Will get some good trichome shots uploaded later today, starting to see lots of milk soon :)

15.4 The buds are already looking beautiful, with a deep purple—almost black—color. They’re developing incredibly fast. The fan leaves are starting to turn yellow, which is expected at this stage of flowering, but it feels a bit fast to me. It might be because they’re autos and the buds are maturing so quickly, so I’m guessing it’s just that. I’ll keep an eye on it, though. Interestingly, the buds on Plant #1 are developing differently from Plant #2—they have a much wider structure. The buds on #2 are already looking absolutely stunning imo.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Deviations in either direction (too high or too low) disrupt the enzyme's structure, activation state, and interaction with its substrates, leading to decreased activity and impaired RuBP regeneration. (LIME GREEN CHLOROSIS) Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Well as always This week has brought some amazing growth and all that stickiness and dankiness is finally coming in !!! The Kosher Kush #2 (very front) is definitely a little bit ahead in bud development the smell on this plant is remarkably similar to the CANDYLAND strain it has a very sweet/ OG KUSH smell to it .. best words to descrine it would be a sweet sterling silver kush smell lol! The WASHING MACHINE’s are also starting to get their smell and you can just feel how sticky the nugs are going to be already makes your fingers stick together.. the smell off of this one is remarkably similar to Girl Scout cookies!! And you can already see the zombie look of the buds ! And finally the BLUEBERRY is smelling fantastic like a walk through a field of berries and strawberries and orange hairs are already popping out ! I had to do some HST to her but she came back by the next light cycle ! Well anyways guys im super excited for this harvest I know this is going to be some beautiful smoke 🌸🌹 ~ GARCIAS’S GARDEN P.s.
