Good growth this week, the roots have already reached the pots! The Blackberry Cake seems to develop nicely but it's still smaller than the two others. I topped the plants and started to apply some LST and they responded very well. This is the first time I try to do some LST without bending the main stem, let's see how it goes. I increased the light power to 75%. I moved the fan to be further away from the Blackberry Cake because it seems that it suffered from the wind, the leaves look and feel dry. During watering, only a small quantity of water ran down in the saucer and I poured 2l in each pot. The Blackberry Cake and the Cashew Kush looked a bit droopy, I think I should have watered a bit sooner. This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Well I love this Ya Hemi hits very strong. Shit is dank and stinky and WILL put you on your ass! Trying out a totally new way of growing for me. Also to help with costs I decided to make a 5 gal tea reactor, to grow out the EM1 which will save me about 75% on all microbe products, and also save on feralization when used in conjunction with foliar sprays. Using grassroots LivingSocial pots and a new full organic mix. Fingers crossed as we get on the ya hemi organic express!

All plants have nugs but the quick one . My F1 /royal critical & Royal gorilla all are looking like they are gonna have some weight stacked up. First grow is going amazing definitely hooked on growing these RQS seeds !!

Roughly at about 4.5 week I have turned the lights to 12/12 most of the flowers have shown sex with roughly about 60% being females, not a bad % of females, could have been a lot worse. The ICC’s are a bit stretchy & the cookies are quite squat and the bubblegum & black nitro’s are average size for the age.

This is my first induced flowering growth. I always grow weed outdoors with big satisfaction on yield and nature contact, But I have to say that training plants is real fun and I can’t wait to see the buds first appear and then fatten up. On day 5 of flowering she started to appear a little stressed, I think is a little overfeeding because her leaves are a little burned on the tip and a little underwater too but this morning end of day 6 appear to be recovering has the timelapse show on the end. Week 8 Day 5 Hello GD Fam 🖐️🏻 Plants are looking SWELL They have packed on a lot of weight and some pistils are turning but there is still a lot of new white pistils. Trichs are still pretty clear too. Was going to use Dragon Force in week 9 and flush with plain water for week 10 but now I'm wondering whether to push an extra week through them, what do you think GD community? How do you all predict when to prepare for flush? I find it difficult, it's easy enough to spot a plant that's ready based on trichs and pistils etc but how do you predict it 2 weeks early to know when to start using your final additives followed by just water in the final week? I know dragon force and similar products push the plant to do so but if I can get more weeks out of a plant then I shouldn't I do so for a benefit to yield? Here we are day 55 for our Runtz F1 Hybrid. I would immediately like to say, do you notice anything by any chance? I said day 55 and we're pretty much ready. The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. Here we still have a few more white hairs of Wurlz and Watermelon candy but it's just a few days old. The plants were born on April 6th, I repeat on April 6th for those who cannot grasp the concept. Most certainly Watermelon Candy and Wurlz will be harvested around June 6th, guys...8 weeks...not even 9 or at most nine weeks. Runtz has a great main cola and regularly grown satellite flowers that are not bad. If you're good at math, you do it otherwise I'll lend you some fingers. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest. **** I will try my best to reduce tempatures gradually for the last 2-3 weeks . Plant should react well to this and feel the end of it’s season comming. Trichomes/Thc should develop better by doing this. **** Day 85. ( 45 days in flower ). Leaves we’re really dark, I was using Canna Boost heavily in the last feedings and They we’re getting full nutes for weeks. I decided to feed them 4.5 - 5 L Ph 5.9 water. Made sure to have 15-20% runoff. Their is 3 different strains and 8 plants. I will give them another 15-25 days depending on the plant and strain, before they are chopped and harvested ( Most of them have brown pistols but trichomes are not milky ) Day 86. Letting them do their thing , day tempature is at 26-27 C , night at 19-20 C Day 87. Some nutrient burn on one of the Jack Herrers. Going to give her another feeding of Water to flush her out with 15-20% runoff. The other 7 are going to get full feeding with potassium and Rezin; trying to gain some weight for their last 10-15 days before I start flushing them for with water for a week. Day 88. Fed 4 L - 4.5 L of PH water with 15-20% runoff to 1 of 8 plants. ( 1 of the Jack Herrer had nute burn ) ppm on runoff was 450. Fed 4 L - 4.5 L to 7 of 8 plants of full lineup +Rezin +potassium. Supported with some sticks the branches that are getting too heavy. Pistils that hadn’t turned brown are starting to but trichomes aren’t cloudy not amber yet. The 2 Diesel plants are taking time and are behind compared to the 6 others. Day 89. ( 49days flower ) All looking good , I was able to reach 24 C day and 19 C night with 45% Humidity. 1 of the 4 Jack Herrer is showing Amber dark trichomes 20%. She is going to be fed PH water from now on. Day 90. 1 of 4 Jack Herrer was fed PH water. The 7 other plants were fed full line, extra heavy ammount, with boost +potassium +rezin. This Will be their last feeding of nutrients before i start flushing them with Water +Rezin +canazym. day 91. Things are looking good. Fed them a really heavy Nutrient Dose yesterday and they are taking it well. Leaves are dark green, they keep putting on weight but trichomes are saying 10-14 days.

I'm very happy with how my plants turned out and can't wait to get going again. They're now hanging in my tent so hopefully dried and ready to trim by Christmas day at the latest. I will update on weight when dried and on the smoke when cured.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST.
