Had a cold, slow growing week this week. Night temps dropped down pretty low a few nights before I noticed, had a cold snap and I recently took my heating vent out of the tent, so I rerouted one of my AC exhausts trough this tent to heat it up again. I also had a bit to much nitrogen in my water mixture so this also slowed them down a bit, I diluted the nutrients in half but removing half of the water and adding strait water. There coming around now a few days later. Gonna be moving them to the big 4’x8’ tent soon(week or so prob till the tent is empty) with the RDWC 5gal bucket system and 1000w HPS for flowering. Gonna let them grow up a bit still before be start there LST, don’t wanna stress them yet after last week and there still staying low and bushy, not quite long enough shouts to pull over yet. Auch die Smart Start Plugs von Zamnesia werden wieder verwendet, dieses Mal ohne den Samen vorher einzuweichen. Und die Erde und der Dünger von BioBizz findet wieder Verwendung. Tuesday Ok so the plants are doing really well. One of the kalini Asia plants is in the only regular pot I’m using now. It’s a little larger than the AutoPot XL’s so therefore the plant is slightly bigger but spread out because I topped it a while ago and today I took all the bottom leaves as well as quite a few of the lower lateral branches that well small and weak. Hopefully this will encourage the energy to where it want it - The main growth tips! I think it was the other kalini Asia that is in the AutoPot XL that I ended up ‘super cropping’? Do correct me if I used the wrong term. The main growth stems were quite a lot higher than the large lateral branches so I squeezed the stem with my finger and flopped the main colas over then taped them and tied them to support them. The canopy is MUCH more even across all plants now. They look a bit bent over at the moment but I bet when I look tomorrow they are all facing the light again. Magic! They are def in the stretch phase now. They are growing like crazy. I’m really glad I did the nasty job of pulling each plant out and tying it down and cutting off the shit that won’t grow anything good. Oh I also gave them a watering from the top using lots of microbes (ecothrive biosys) and molasses dissolved into warm water. The res was basically empty and honestly the AutoPot XL’s don’t even look wet at all on top even though they are getting all the water they need. They don’t react negatively when I occasionally water goodies in from the top so it’s all good!!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. È stata una settimana bella e calda e ormai siamo in estate quindi continuano a riempirsi di infiorescenze molto resinose e dure. Ogni varietà è una vera soddisfazione! Grazie a tutte le banche dei semi che hanno creato queste varietà magnifiche! Per alcune manca poco alla raccolta mentre altre ci vuole più di una settimana di attesa anche due settimane. Sono felice, bravissimi tutti.

So after further review I found that the Big Bang is an auto that REQUIRES a dark period throughout its flowering stage and doesn’t do well under 24 hours of light🤦‍♂️🏾She lost almost every leaf she had but her branches are still strong and she’s trying to survive. I’m not too worried about it, I can always give it another run. As far as the crystal candy I’m contemplating on cutting a single branch now while the terpenes are cloudy and then cutting the rest when Amber just to experience the difference in high first hand.

The start was easy as it gets just add water the first 20 days and LST every day. When i saw some of the lower leaves start to change color that's when i started to add nuits. after that it was just following the instructions foxfarm already had laid out for me. I cut back by half in the start of my feeds but by the end of my grow I was at full strength. Testing your run off is key. Cropking send me great seeds and genetics is a great foundation and starting point. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was very happy I got almost 5 ounces off one plant.
