Greetings, fellow cultivators! Today, I'm thrilled to share the grand finale of our journey with the remarkable Big Cheese Auto from Seeds Mafia. At day 81 from seed, she reached the pinnacle of her splendor, and the harvest was nothing short of spectacular.
As I gently snipped each ripe bud, I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty and resilience of our Big Cheese Auto. From the moment she emerged as a seedling, she embodied strength, vigor, and an unwavering determination to flourish. Now, as she hangs upside down to dry for the next two weeks, I'm filled with a profound sense of gratitude for the privilege of witnessing her growth.
Our journey with the Big Cheese Auto has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the excitement of germination to the meticulous care during vegetative growth, from the anticipation of flowering to the aromatic crescendo of the harvest, each phase has been a testament to the plant's resilience and the joy of cultivation.
The journey began with a tiny seed, a promise of potential waiting to be fulfilled. She has suffered with light stress from the week pria to this which caused deficiency. I repotted her after keeping her in natural sunlight for most of the week and will continue to keep her there until she recovers. I have not fed her a two weeks and will continue the draught until the pot almost completely drys!

Went crazy with LST as I'm anticipating that stretch as they decide to start flowering through the week! I'm so excited the 2 with the older soil happily took nutrients almost to the point I could have went even full strength. The grobiotics is a special formula I got a sample of from a close friend. It consists of canna leaf, organic molasses and lacto bacillus!!!! It was great for improving the life of my soil I look forward to buying it when it becomes available it's not really available yet as far as I know. It improved my microbial life 100% my soil is definetly living and these plants are super happy. I hope you guys are enjoying these diaries as much as I am. Check back next week to see just how fast they grow & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!!!!

So pictures were taken at the end of week 6 going into 7. My biggest complaint would be that I should have double trellised. These guys are huge. The colas are getting increasingly heavy. I've attempted to string up some of the cholas but its a fleeting attempt. The smell is insane. Its alot more fruity this week. A buddy mentioned he smelled peanut butter notes. I smell fron the small one heavy limes, deiselly, duke. The larger one is more sticky and has like a lemony pepperish fruit thing going on but either way im excited. I will cut down on cal mag and sturdy stalk these last weeks. I havnt done anything extreme with ph. I got some interesting color changes. A little concerned im confusing color changes for the plant leaves drying out but I haven't had any immediate concerns to change up anything. Almost there!

I had to harvest both sbc.. they produced seeds caused by too high EC in the Coco. The EC of the GP was even higher but she seems to handle it better and performs normal.
A EC of 1.8 in the Coco was too high for the sbc. EC of the GP was 2.4.
I flushed the GP, it was now possible since the sbc wasnt there anymore and therefor was no danger of getting the stacked pizza boxes wet which would let the sbc sink down like in mud.
GP will be harvested in two weeks and right after that i will start a new diary with 3x sbc. I then can flush probably and will not run into this problem again.

This week the beautiful lady was set into final 20L Pot.
Just a small defoliation of the biggfest leaves.
Bending down the stemps with a scrog net.
Light hitting with around 550 - 650 PPFD.

Stretch is in full swing. Yellowing of bottom leaves so increasing nutrients all the way around. Other than that top portion of plant is healthy and green full of growth

I reduced nutrients. Powdery mildew is continuing and getting slightly worse. I sprayed it with an apple cider vinegar mix. Hopefully that helps.
The smell on the flower is really incredible. Smells berry like, and clean.
I opened all vents in tent and have been leaving the window slightly open as well. Heater is keeping up ok. Even in the cold nights it’s keeping it at 66F with everything open.
The leaves went crazy refilling the canopy. I’ve been pinching off some of the longer leaves and some that had mildew. The buds look good. Trichomes are cloudy enough yet, but it’s getting close. I’m gonna err on an earlier harvest, if the powdery mildew continues.
I’m making some LAB from KNF, along with other natural fertilizers. If the vinegar solution doesn’t help, I’ll try that when it’s ready. Excited to try KNF on my outdoor garden and lawn. Planning on growing a couple canna plants outside this year. Gonna keep my outdoor as organic and natural as I can.
The clone is doing well. The areas that I knuckled are strong now. Looks like biceps. Powdery mildew seemed to get this plant worse than the other. I’ve been wiping it off with my fingers as I see it, and finally treated with the vinegar solution too. I increased its feed to week two of medium gh feed chart. Expecting a lot of growth this week even with little light.
Getting my dry closet ready as well. Got another humidity controller and an upgraded temp controller with Wi-Fi. Gonna dry one more time inside my house. It’s dry enough inside that I should only need a humidifier to keep it right. Need to get another one before I harvest and then should have everything. I used grove bags last time to cure and will never use anything else.
Ordered another cheap TDS meter. The one I had got dropped in the solution.
Update: 2/11
The apple cider vinegar definitely cleared the powdery mildew up, but I found a few spots I think I missed directly in the middle of the large plant. I don’t see anything on the clone. I’ll reapply in a few days and pay closer attention to the middle of the plant.

I mean this genetics it's excellent ... if I would grow zombie kush again ... good job ripper seed ... she fought and was very strong against the plagues after a beginning outdoors ... she fought against the white fly. worms .. red spider and other insects ... and deserves your recognition ... it will not be the most beautiful plant with its leaves impeccable ... but she is a champion ... thank you ripper seed .. .

Love this strain!! Nutty and meaty spicy terps one one of my favourite to medicate with and grow
Both plants where grown in 1 gallon pots so nothing to big of a yield but was expected with the small pots . One plant was canna nutrients one was remo nutrients

Her colour is getting so much better! Look at that darker green coming in with the new growth. Still needing her to toughen up a bit before we get into flower.

Getting close to the finish and it’s very pungent smelling it’s hard to pin a nose on her! Still filling out and getting dense towards the end!

1. LABS - I suggest using distilled water for the entire process ( no chlorine or chloramine). I also suggest the type of rice product shown ( 1/2 cup), it has red, brown, white, and black rice blended together. You get the benefits of each type.
2. Take the rice that was used in making the rice rinse for labs and boil it in 3 cups of water for 30 mins. Strain the rice out. Add 1 TBSP molasses per 300 mls.
Use 300 mls of the above mixture during your watering cycles. It contains starches, b vitamins, aminos, trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and some nitrogen. The ppm’s are not higher than 200 ( if using distilled water). This is ONLY used if your plants are healthy. If your plants are sick…this will NOT help them. It will make stuff worse!!!
The Hulk-Berry got a new home. 1 tsp 7-3-1, 1/2 tsp 0-12-0, 1/2 tsp Langbeinite, 1 TBSP 2-2-2, 3 TBSP 4-3-3, worm castings, recharge (1/32 tsp) into the soil ( Mother Earth).
The 3 RuntZ are coming back from slow growth at the outset. I added LABS, Lentil SST, Photosynthesis Plus to the media. I did a foliar spray with recharge. 24-36 hours later the leaves exploded with growth and height. I added ZERO nutrients!!! I only used natural inputs and bacteria to get the root zone back in order.
11-3. Things are all in check! The LABS, SST’s and Rice wash have gotten the 3 RuntZ back on track. The Hulkberry is in full swing. I think I can get to 3 feet by flower time with the Hulkberry

I am really happy with how this Sweet Mandarin Zkittlez is after doing , also their Papaya Zoap grew very well ,both with thick branching and stems that produce thick fat buds that smell gorgeous, sweet n fruity with some gassy aromas there too ,I will grow these strains again,

They took a long time to grow and mature 10 months in all. They produced amazing flowers with a genuine high. Left a lot to be desired in flavour profile however not awful to smoke. Would grow again for sure as they were a high yielding, ‘set and forget’ type of strain easy and resilient enough to grow and highly impressive to see grown outdoor.
