📆 Week 15, 30 April - 6 May 2024 30 April - Turned light power to 75%. 1 May - Did a significant defoliation. 2-6 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I was debating on keeping the lights at 100%, or defoliating the plant. Defoliating won this time. There just wasnt enough light penetration getting to the lower buds (half the plant) to mature them for maximum growth and quality yield. So leaving the lights that bright did not achieve my expectations. It is a tricky situation when you start taking leaves away from a plant in flower, but when shadows are blocking bud developement you have to balance your grow and open it up. My method is to start with the lowest leaves and work your way up, use common sense, discard yellowing and damaged ones first, leaving the healthy green leaf on the plant. Then strategically remove the few that shadow the buds you want more focus on. Healthy looking lady, although she's having to deal with a fungus gnats pest she's growing super fast and "healthy" not as healthy as she should but healthy anyways. She's gonna make a huge change once I apply the nematode called steinernema feltiae to finally get rid of gnats, peace out everybody! 💚❤️💛

E la prima volta che sento una varietà così profumata é ricoperta di tricomi OVUNQUE al momento sono tra il trasparente e il bianco latte, ho cambiato big Bud con overdrive per vedere di ingrossarle un po' di più, ho diminuito il grow aumentato il factor X vediamo cosa ne esce fuori! Comunque fast buds non smette mai di sorprendermi!!! Io coltiverò per tutta la vita solo le loro varietà!!! 😂 Non sono mai stato deluso dalle loro genetiche promettono quello che dicono e a volte anche di più!!!

10/04 - DAY 71 - Girls are within the harvest window per breeder. Trichomes still immature and 70/30 clear/cloudy - Both girls giving off slight diesel aromas with Jane giving off more strawberry. 10/08 - DAY 75 - Some purple filled trichomes are appearing. Foxtails are starting on Mo. Gonna push for another week.

I had to switch the plants, the fan was too close. Both plants in pre-flower. The light was raised and the DLI adjusted. I super cropped the tallest just for the hight.

12/24/18 Decided to make bubble hash with the trim and small buds from all 4 plants. The bubble hash is now drying. This plant has been a dream to grow. No problems from her at all. I even found a couple keeper phenos as well. The black magic soil and fertilizer, along with the aerated nutrient teas that these ladies were feed worked to perfection. All organic living soil is the way to go! Im not finished yet. I will update this diary soon with dry weight and a smoke report once the ladies are done drying.00000

Jan 2: Put a little molasses in watering for a little iron. could help le Kosher Kush plant... Jan 4: mixed 1/4 cup powdered eggshells with 1/3 cup white vinegar and waited 10hr before mixing into water. Watered plants with that for calcium. Jan 5: 1 tbsp Epsom salt (for mag) + 10ml voodoo juice in 1 gal

13-09-30 Esta semana no se ha rectificado PH y aguantado con los 18 L toda la semana. Ya están las 3 floración pero se nota que la planta que se hizo apical florece antes y más uniforme. Se cambia de solución y se lava las raíces. Se baja 0.2 ms y PH 6.5. Luego se vuelve alimentar con una solución como hay en los datos de esta semana. A partir de esta semana se incluye en el menú revienta cogollos. 14-09-20 Conduc: 1.78 ms PH: 6.10 Temp: 24°C 17-09-20 Conduc: 2.1 ms PH: 5.85 Temp: 25°C

End of Week 4 (for those following along at home) and there are trichomes everywhere! Both of these plants are putting out sugar like there is no tomorrow. Velvet Moon is smelling a lot like tropical punch drink (Holy Punch x Dosi Dos) and it’s delicious. The Black Apple has a much weaker smell which isn’t really defined for the nose yet. I stripped a few more side branches this week as things were tangling up as there was too much going on. Both look very happy and have plenty of air flowing through them now. BAH is slightly taller than VM. Both stretched approximately double their height and not much more. That may have been due to me topping the plants 3 days before flip to try and keep heights limited. It worked well as i am at the exact distance to the light i wanted to be for 100% power (50cm). BAH has has some stems go a pink/res colour but no other plant changes. It’s hot here due to summer so been running the girls at night and they sleep during the day. Looking forward to documenting the bud development over the next few weeks as these stack weight and start maturing. I think this will be a 10 week flower minimum.
