day 31 - My little darlings are going well. Northern Lights keeps looking better day by day, the yellow leaves starts to disappear and became green. Royal Dwarf still looking good and growing well as Royal Jack II. Royal Jack II and Dwarf started to show their pistils two days before my Jack I (day 28), but the Northern still in vegetative state. Day 35 - Finishing my fifth week, first weed of flowering for tree of them, but my Northern Lights still on vegetative state. Lots of new branchs still appearing and they are more thirsty than ever. A few leaves are looking have some nutrient burning, but 95% are fine. Fighting against the humidity that still high - using a dehumidifier and silica to help the process - after two days I got 60%. Im studding the possibility of change my exhaust fan or get one more.

Welcome to week 21 of my grow diary. As the temperatures are rather average to cold, the soil stays moist for a long time. I have reduced the watering quantity to 5 litres every 3 days. The humidity rises a lot at night, so the plant is now spending the night in the garage. The smell is now super penetrating and you can smell the plant over several meters. See you next week ✌️

📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! the strain is really strong , low temperatures resist , 3 weeks around 12/16º graus and steell growing wel nice new colos between week 4/6 in flowering. really good strain to manipulate! 5 stars * * * * *

By the looks of it they seem to have between two and three weeks to go so from now on no nutrient will be put in the water only pH .the plant has been very easy to grow very tall with incredibly large buds. the smell it is very strong and nice. Unfortunately I have not been able to take very nice pictures of the whole plant because it's in the corner of my tent where I have to take them out if I want to access that corner or disassemble everything around in that corner where I have my tent and this won't happen until I chop them down and have everything sterilized for the next grow. The final week!Just waiting for the trichomes to shift from milky/clear ---> milky/30% amber. This girl was unfortunately nutrient locked since week 3 of flower, due to low ph (~4). Yield suffered. Potency didn't!
