purrrrrrrrdy ๐ the scrog turned out beautifully, we are about 10 days into flower! can see the lady parts and the stretch is well under way. the plants are all very healthy and growing vigorously. I did a big manicure yesterday, the pics are one day after manicure. for now the plants have blended into one nice canopy but soon the flowers will distinguish the plants. overall a great week!!! for next weeks update the flowers should be starting to form ๐

BWiz aka sour wiz is doing absolutely great. Not a single complaint or problem. Really pumping out a stank. (My Skywalker og is harvested. Drying and curing. Once itโs finished I will update that journal with pics and info. So far so good. Def dried out faster then Iโd like but hopefully the cure saves my ass a little.)

Very high quality strain. No joke, I'm glad I have discovered such a fruity and sweet sativa strain. This m8 by gea seeds is a pleasure to smell, I'm so sad about growing her in that little 11l pot, hope next year I can make a very big bush full of fruity big colas ๐จโ๐พ๐คค๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐๐ Loving the fragrance. I started germination of 4 Gelat.Og beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination.
Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait!
Some background information on my experience with Gelat.Og. I've grown this one out several times and I'm just absolutely in love with these genetics. One of the best terp pallets I've came across. Extremely creamy and rich aroma with a kush kick... majestic!
She packs amazing bud structure and is a real branchy hauler. She packs a pretty large stretch, about 200% on average. Plus she has a bit longer of a flower time for a indica dominant... in my experience about 11 weeks.
She gets a strong demand for more phosphorus mid flower. A good spike with the pk booster and shes happy as Larry! Another Seedsman masterpiece right her! Amped to dive In to this grow.

I needed some CDB, I really push a lot of THC in my body and I feel the need to balance this thing a bit.
I asked my friends at Zamnesia cpsa for advice on growing and I got this really beautiful plant, a pleasure to grow in the F1 Hybrid Automatic version and we have two plants.
The one you see in most of the photos that was worked with a main lining that I would say was successful is very beautiful in structure and has a fast flowering such that we are moving on to the green sensation. Unfortunately we have been a bit over fertilized and we are carrying some aesthetic defects,
but nothing particularly worrying I am sorry for the unsightly yellowing of the tips of the leaves.
Of the other one left to grow straight I will only put a few photos in the growbox and as soon as it is ready however it will have the full service like the others, the plants worked with the techniques have stolen a bit of the scene from the plants left to grow straight which are naturally finishing a bit earlier.
We are still using 100% organic soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron. We are still in the early flowering program that keeps the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom.
The Green Sensation hero of the late flowering will arrive and at the same time it will be time to remove power roots and a week later the enzymes. (The plant left to grow straight and straight in advance has been taking it for a while)

So entering week 7 after a suspiciously long week 6. Well I guess I am synced now. This week is already the second time I applied the Phosphor Boost that comes with my 5 in 1 fert. The growth is magnificent. After week 6 started somewhat troublesome because them plants were still on recovery they quickly filled out the entire scrog net in its width and are scratching full height as well. Iโm very satisfied with my training results although Iโm still defoliating too much and sometimes the wrong leaves. Need to focus on keeping more strong leaves and picking out the useless ones better.
The Phosphor Boost btw is 3 grams per plant per week, spilled evenly over the soil.

Took cuttings 12/27 did water change 01/02 some showing signs of rooting hoping for 4 successful each.
01/02 changed water left aloe out this time
01/07 we got some roots!! Gonna give em 2-3 more days and transplant the successful ones.

Hey Guys!
Super excited this week! I've really been wanting to try growing outdoors, so I built a cheap hoop house! Got most of this stuff for the frame from Lowes under 300$. All the soil products I got from GrowGreenMI. Some really cool people out there.
One thing I'm super worried about is drainage. Right now those holes are about 4 feet deep and they've got about 4 inches of water in them already. What's been cautioned is that, eventually, about 2 months in these plants roots will grow and reach the bottom and cause root rot to form. One of the biggest things I was trying to be wary of was causing root rot. This was also the biggest precautionary measure I took when mixing the soil. Adding the extra perlite, coco, and clay pebbles. Best advice right now is to build the soil up on the holes another 16 to 18 inches and possible stick a PVC pipe down to the lowest drainage point of the hole to allow some of that natural occurring water to evaporate.
Any advice anyone has on it is welcomed!
Making a compost tea for the soil outdoors, will probably put 2 cups in each RDWC bucket as well and let that do it's magic for a day or so before nutrient change. Raised the bed about 14 inches as well!
All the seeds sank! Off to a good start! Lol

Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

10/12 light to medium defoliation. Having issues with humidity so I hope this will help. Lights at 50%. Closest plant is 12in and furthest is 20.
Explosive growth. Went as high as 1.4 mS/cm. Going to dial back since I defoliated a bit.
10/14 under mixed nuts at 1.080. Going to use this opportunity to flush at lower EC and add sensizyme since everyone is in some stage of flower. Defoliated and checked for wet spots. All good.
10/16 Super Cropped the 2 tallest plants. Only my second time doing this. 90% sure everything went off without a hitch. Fingers crossed.
10/19 Watered at 1.3ec. 20% runoff. Continue to defoliate as needed. Getting low on verticle space. I think I will be good.
Cold front moved through so humidity is finally coming down.

Forget manifolding :P fluxing is where itโs at. One plant isnโt so bad, two or more plants would be too much work cuz Iโm just lazy. Wouldโve vegged a lil longer but dunno if the 10gallon pot can take a 10+ week vegโฆ.I was supposed to have two plants but one was a male so I tossed it. I think I may just grow one monster plant in a 15 gallon pot for my next run.
Lights are running at 95% and 6โ awayโฆsheโs drinking a lot, been watering 2 gallons every 48hrs the past 2-3 weeks and Iโm feeding hard.

The heat is getting to her, all leaf foliage gone, the buds are browning, I'm keeping an eye on the trichomes all ok so far.
Big yeild 3 week 5, seams to be more bud sites, the main stem is higher than the reat but spread out so will c how she flowers.

My Sticky Rice plant is the second smallest in the tent right now, but it's definitely starting to take off! I decided to keep it a little more compact and only let it branch out on four main stems. It'll be interesting to see how it compares to the others as it grows. Hopefully, it'll catch up soon!
The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air!
I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

I covered the basket with hydroton pebbles after this pic to prevent light leak into my reservoir. I also buried the rockwool to prevent algae growth. I rinse my clay pebbles with PH treated water to avoid reservoir contamination.
The major structural issues is primarily due to the cold temperature of the water in my reservoir. It was hitting -30c temps outside. It took me a minute for it to set in that my reservoir temperature was the culprit. I had a water temperature regulator ordered; in the meantime, she kind suffers slow growth and wilting.
DWC tip#2: If your water is cold, get a water warmer; Alternately, you will see if water is too hot, get a water chiller. Both extremes are really something you canโt ignore you should have a solution before germinating your seed.

So we are starting week 5 of flowering , so far so good she's done her stretch and now shes thickening up the flowers ! We had run into a nitrogen and potassium deficiency but thats been fixed ! As for this week we are just going to take it easy and let the plant ride its course !
