Week 6 and my girls are finally in flower! 😍 And wow, the girl on the front stretched out a lot and it seems she's also a couple of days more mature than her sister! That also helped me to take some cool photos in a really short span of time! Hopefully the ones I took are enough! Don't forget to check the timelapse of well!! My girls now are taking flower fertilizers and I did some more aggressive LST on them, plus a very selective defoliation for both girls. I want the light to spread as much as possible to get some big flowers in the future! Sadly, not everything was good! I noticed some magnesium deficiency on the girl that's on the back. Perhaps I was giving them a water that was too high in pH? Or what else could it be? Maybe a root lockout? No idea but I decided to lower the pH of this week and see how she evolves. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Día 32. Esta semana corté los esquejes. El dia 30 de crecimiento. Saqué 8 y los puse a enraizar en lana de roca, dentro de media botella de 6lt tapada con otra mitad. Mantengo la solución de la semana anterior. Hasta ahora la planta se ve muy bien. Ya dentro de una semana espero tener raíces y pasarlas al indoor de arriba con la madre. La configuración del espacio va a ser un desafío dado que la madre tiene las ramas muy abiertas. A primera idea, supongo que haré que los costados sean ocupados por la madre y guiaré los 4 esquejes para que ocupen el centro del indoor. De todos modos seguro aplique tecnicas de guiado y/o cortes en los esquejes. Una vez arriba pienso darles una semana de crecimiento y ver, en base al tamaño que tengan, si ya los paso a floración. Quiero aprovechar el primer cultivo para tener una referencia de espacio y tamaño. El tiempo va pasando más rápido de lo que imaginé y ver los cambios tan rápidos ha ayudado. Debo admitir que soy un poco obsesivo y eso me hace más fanático de la hidroponia, ya que el cultivo es más limpio y mucho más rápido para crecer. Ahora tengo que esperar ver. Subo un video con la configuración terminada, y de esa forma, se puede entender la idea. Sorry for those who don't speak spanish, but I've made the video in spanish. Anyways you can see and understand the configuration. Estoy orgulloso de lo que pude armar usando maderas de palets y otras que también encontré en la calle. Pero seguramente para cuando estén enraizados los esquejes, esté en la 6ta semana de crecimiento y llegaré a las 7 sumando lo que haga crecer las plantas arriba. Ya anticipo que el próximo cultivo será con la Black Jack de Sweet Seeds, aunque me queda sólo una, y espero poderla germinar con éxito. Sino habrá que salir a comprar otra variedad y en Argentina no hay variedad. No quisera volver a caer en BSF. Saludos!

Fractal week 18 & 19. 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed.
