Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

My tiny potter is doing pretty good. It is a hard grow with the plant this size. The window for ph error is very small since it dries the potter out in a few hours. It is very root bound, and drainage is very slow. I been feeding 2 to 3 times a day if I get the chance. I got a little nute burn when I increased nutrition a little too early. The twin tops might of gotten too close to the light as it stretched. Regardless it's looking pretty good for a tiny potter. She is bulking now, still under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light. nothing much else to report. Die wahrscheinlich letzte Woche der 1. Lady beginnt. Die beiden anderen Ladys hängen deutlich zurück aber ich schenke ihnen gerne die zusätzliche Zeit und Pflege. Gedüngt wurde ganz normal nach schema, zusätzlich bekommt meine calmag Lady nun das 2. Mal calmag vielleicht fängt sie sich auch noch. Samstag 15.06.24 Die erste Lady wurde heute geerntet und zum trocknen in den dafür vorbereiten Schrank gehangen, ich entscheide mich hier für die Dry Trim Methode weshalb ich sie noch nicht weiter verarbeitet habe.

Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. A little late on the update I was out of town for the weekend and couldn't get to it before I left. They're Growing amazing and wow did i come back ti a jungle. They'll definitely be getting a defoliation and lollipop this week as it's needed. All in all Happy Growing

Perguntei à empresa biobizz quais eram os valores ideais de E.C e eles responderam que os medidores de E.C não são muito fiaveis porque os nutrientes são 100% orgânicos. Recomendaram seguir o schedule deles e ter em conta aquilo que a planta nos pede. Feliz Natal e boas colheitas!

Hello fellow grower Starting directly under the Mars Hydro FC6500, seedlings are doing very well (see inputs for distance). The dimming is at maximum power. The light footprint might be a bit oversized for only 20 cups. Technically, for a commercial crop you can stick 1.2 sq. meter of seedlings without any problems. _________________________________________________ Barney’s Farm seeds are as usual, very vigorous ! All the seeds germinated in 24h to 48h.
