May have over done the nutes, so just ph’d water and enzymes for the next feeding or two. Then I’m switching to Roots Organic HPK. 4 more weeks until I harvest Mama Mia.

Buds are really setting up nicely. French Macaron smells right on brand... and the Chem Brulee... my god! It smells like a Tropical Rocket Fuel. Amazong. The Pineapple Meatball has a really unique odor, but it is still fairly faint. Hoping that the neem/nute burn didn't somehow affect its resin/terp/bud production. It certainly hasn't seemed to affect the French Macaron and the Chem Brulee! This week, I sprayed 3 times with Dr Zymes, and it completely knocked out the small number of fungus gnats I was dealing with. Also released 4,500 ladybugs, and it's been fun watching them spread and work. Will probably stick with the once-per-week Zymes treatment for the next few weeks.

Just started soaking/germinating 2 Wedding Cake, 1 Platinum Cookies and 1 Blue Dream. Blue Dream is one of my favorite strains and I suggest everyone always have afew OZs stashed away, I’m currently getting low on that so I need to restock for the year.

🐺 Week 4 Veg — The Legends of the Frozen North 12/12 from seed 📌 Disclaimer / Timeline clarification Before we begin, a quick note for transparency: Last week, while compiling the reports, I unintentionally included some photos that actually belong to this week. That one’s on me. It’s fairly easy to notice which photos those are, and to avoid duplicating files, I’ll keep the correct visuals where they are while continuing to share this week’s genetics shots and videos as intended. Thank you for the understanding — clarity and honesty always come first here 🙏 Quick recap (for anyone joining us now) We’re in Week 4 of vegetative growth, steady and intentional. No stress events, no corrections, no forcing. This phase has been about establishing structure, roots, and rhythm — letting the plants find their footing before the real acceleration begins. So far, everything has been calm, balanced, and exactly where it should be. ⸻ 🌡️ Room Conditions & Environment • Temperature: 25.7 °C • Relative Humidity: 60% • VPD: Right in the comfort zone for mid-veg • Airflow: Stable and consistent This environment supports: • steady metabolic activity • healthy transpiration • deep green leaf development No swings, no drama — just a room doing its job. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy (Week 4) • LED intensity: 90% • Lighting position: Top lighting only • Under-canopy lighting: Not active yet (planned for flower) The plants are growing into the light, not being pushed by it. That’s an important distinction. We’re not chasing numbers — we’re observing response. To stay informed, we’re using a TrolMaster PAR sensor, walking the tent and checking PPFD across the canopy. Nothing is adjusted — this is purely situational awareness. Knowing where you stand matters, even when you choose not to intervene. ⸻ 🌱 Nutrition Program (Current Feed) The nutrition is intentionally simple, complete, and supportive: • Plagron Terra Grow — base nutrition for vegetative development • Power Roots — root mass, lateral branching, early resilience • Pure Zym — enzyme support, cleaner rhizosphere • Sugar Royal — gentle metabolic & microbial support • Vita Race — foliar vitality and micronutrient support Nothing excessive. Nothing missing. The plants are responding with lush green color, clean leaf posture, and uniform growth. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Observations • Color: deep, healthy green • Leaves: flat, relaxed, expressive • Growth rate: slow and steady — as expected • Structure: building quietly There’s honestly not much to “fix” this week — and that’s a good sign. Week 4 veg is often deceptive: things look calm on the surface, while roots and internal systems are stacking potential underneath. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and Not Expect) Expect: • a noticeable growth acceleration soon • tighter node stacking • increased appetite as roots fully establish Don’t expect: • explosive stretch yet • dramatic visual changes this week • the need for major adjustments The “takeoff” is coming — not because we force it, but because this groundwork allows it. To the moon is just an expression 😉 — but the momentum is real. ⸻ Closing Notes Week 4 veg is about patience, trust, and restraint. The legends of the frozen north weren’t written in haste — and neither are strong plants. Community Note Due to YouTube community guidelines, our educational channel was taken down. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. ‖ WEEK 5 UPDATE ‖ Hello fellow growers and cannabis enthusiasts, I hope ya’ll are having a good day. I put a bit more information this time. Below are a few things I’ll go over for this weeks update ◻️ Growth ◻️ Nutrients ◻️ Pests ◻️ Thoughts ‖ SHORT VERSION ‖ Some of the girls grew about ~12 inches or ~30 centimeters, this surprised me! Never saw that level of growth before. I gave them a bloom booster to help with their transition to week 2 - 3 of flower, this should kick in the bud development. I inspected the little ones and noticed signs of Thrips, annoying buggers. I treated them with neem oil and a time released pest fumigator strip (last 3 months). Overall I’m impressed with this week's progress so far. ‖ INDIVIDUAL GROWTH UPDATE ‖ Orange Sherbet #1 ◻️ height: 18in / 46cm ◻️ width: 15in / 40cm ◻️ node distance: 1.5in - 3in / 3.8cm - 7.6cm Orange Sherbet #2 ◻️ height: 17in / 43cm ◻️ width: 15in / 39cm ◻️ node distance: .8in - 3in / 2cm - 9.1cm Wedding Cheesecake #1 ◻️ height: 19in / 48cm ◻️ width: 16in / 41cm ◻️ node distance: 1in - 2.5in / 2.5cm - 6.3cm Wedding Cheesecake #2 ◻️ height: 31in / 79cm ◻️ width: 18in / 46cm ◻️ node distance: 1.5in - 4in / 3.8cm - 10cm Purple Lemonade #1 ◻️ height: 24in / 61cm ◻️ width: 12in / 31cm ◻️ node distance: 1.1in - 2.4in / 2.7cm - 6cm Purple Lemonade #2 ◻️ height: 26in / 66cm ◻️ width: 18in / 45cm ◻️ node distance: 1.5in - 3.1in / 3.8cm - 7.6cm ‖ NUTRIENT PLAN ‖ Next week I will amend the soil with a little nitrogen, and focus more on pk for buds. I gave all the girls Flower Fuel a granular bloom booster I got off of amazon last year. I never had issues with it though I haven’t used beastie blooms or other common bloom boosters on the market. The week after next (week 7) I’ll add powdered amendments to keep them going till harvest. I may even amend at week 6 so they get a head start on breaking down all the organic materials. Everything is ph’d to ~6.5, the girls are looking healthy and will be ready for feeding soon. ‖ PESTS ‖ Found a few thrips around, still managing the white flies okay but I’ll need to tackle the thrips immediately to prevent stunted growth and stress to the girls. I use neem oil, green cleaner (not the kitchen disinfectant) and a slow release fumigation strip that helps with most pest. ‖ FINAL THOUGHTS ‖ This week has gone well, again I was surprised with the growth rate during this week. The stretch period is still going for some of the girls so I’ll keep updating on their individual growth stats for the next couple of weeks. I’ll need to inspect my plants a bit more carefully so I don’t miss any signs of stress, pests , etc. I may be partially blind but I can still make a better effort in spotting these potential issues, I’m still learning :) Well, it’s been a great week, got some work ahead of me. Thanks for the love and hope ya’ll stay safe out there! Much love, Meus

🗓️ Week 12 – Flower Week 8 (MAC n Cheese only) Stage: Late Flower MAC n Cheese is now fully into late bloom and continues to impress: 🌿 Development: • Buds are dense, frosty, and maturing evenly across the canopy • No significant leaf discoloration • Aroma profile is becoming increasingly intense – leaning towards creamy and earthy notes 💧 Feeding & EC: • Input EC: 1.65–2.0 • pH: 6.3 • Current runoff EC: 2.3 → Still well-balanced, no visible signs of overfeeding despite the elevated drain values Flush status: No flushing yet – plants are still feeding actively → Final flush with Flawless Finish planned in ~1 week ✅ Summary: MAC n Cheese remains healthy and consistent. Structure is solid, frost levels are high, and everything looks on track for the final push. Late-stage nutrient uptake is still strong without stress indicators – ideal conditions heading into the home stretch.

The buds are super frosty and sticky Smell is quit present but will wait for curing for that. Smoked some of small buds before curing and wow the high is amazing

So the Northern Lights free seed from RQS ended up out living all 3 of the Dosidos’ “USA Premium” seeds that all died within the first week of sprouting, hopefully an explanation will be found for this as I have not been able to come to any conclusion as to what happened. Long live the lights amiright
