I started germination of 3 Sweet Zkittlez beans on 29/12/2020 (now sweet zenzation). I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Sweet Zkittlez. I've only grown this one out once. Did her up in a 1 gallon SOG grow. It had a very impressive main cola. With quality bud structre and trichome production. The plant had a very luring sexy odor. I was very satisfied with the results. The variety got extra hungry for both p and k mid flower. A little bit needier but definitely worth the extra attention. Very excited to see the results in a full size plant. Giving thus a variety a chance to show me full swing.

the weather in my part of germany is really bad for this summer at the moment. it's raining too much. i've put them in a dry place to prevent mould from forming. maybe they're not getting as much fertiliser. they'll get one more week and then they'll be harvested.

They fit perfectly in the 8l RootPoch pots, so at time i didn't fixed them to the pots. El frío a afectado un poco su desarrollo ya que las temperaturas han sido bastante bajas, pero seguimos pasando todo por debajo de la malla y ocupando todos los cuadrados de la malla para seguir adelante. Seguimos en vegetación, se sigue doblando de a poco y apretando más los hilos para dejar de a poco más expuestos los brazos de abajo

Getting bigger and bigger... haven’t been feeding her very heavily but her leaves are darkening like the heavily fed mother plant. I think I figured out my problem finally, my pH meter was off and the pH of the water was way too low(4pH rather than the 6pH I thought I was watering). Buds popping up everywhere; ScrOG’ed her to have a bit more control over the grow. She takes up almost an entire 2x2 area of the tent by herself. I have four other plants in with her that I have to flower out. Plants in the flowering tent right now: Pineapple Express, two bag seeds(one I think is berry white and the other is either white widow or purple trainwreck... I mixed the bud up in the grinder so I don’t know which seeds came from what bud... I wasn’t expecting seeds at all since it was dispensary stuff but ended up with seeds in all three strains I bought that day)... I also have this purple trainwreck plant and one white widow plant all in varying weeks of flower.

started this week off by changing it to 12/12 lighting once i see her start to bud i will change bulbs... will keep updated

First week of flowering. The plant will stretch, so i adjusted the LED dimmer to 100%. Did a good defoliation too. Doing good, very healthy.

Candy candy. One has a very strong cherry nose from the cherry pie cross. The sister has a more runts nose on it and sweet. Some cherry The Wolf is giving a Chem smell. Items my nose like mint menthol. Vix or something. I like it!!

Day 37 - Slight stretch allowed be to pull down the top and allow other heads to obtain more light. Day 39 - Finally defoliated to allow air flow and space for the bud sites to eventually stretch upward in order to LST hopefully at the latest after this weekend. I’m not worried as she only started showing signs of pistils recently, give or take a week. Day 42 - End week - see Week 7 as a result of defoliation and LST

Everything dried in about 7 days and burped 3 times a day for 8 days 19mins at a time. Trust me the longer you wait the better it smells. Makes wonderful wax and rso.

VEG WEEK 10 My Base Nutrient Inputs: See VEG WEEK 6 for details of stock solutions A & B. My grow weeks run from Monday to Sunday. This week the goal was to let the girls grow, space the tops around the trellis, and attach each stem to the outside of this structure. Tuesday - Watering Day - 1 gallon each as described above. Friday - Watering Day - The pots are very light. Laverne is quite thirsty in pic # 10 - 2 gallons each as described above. Friday - Pruning Day - Pinched out all the new grow at each fan leaf. The goal is a single stalk with no side branching. Also removed some lower Fan leaves and a few select others. Unfortunately, Laverne lost a top. Not sure how, but I snapped it😡, and it dangled by a little of the outer stem tissue. I quickly reached for some tape to administer first-aid, which has worked for me in the past. Sadly, a few days later, it was evident (pic # 16), she wasn't going to make it. Sunday - Training and Trim Day - Laverne is now down to 11 tops and my plants symmetry is shattered. I pushed the broken limb aside, to make room to realign the neighboring branches. I'm leaving this broken branch on the plant for now (pic #17), in an attempt to keep the other branch, on the same main stalk from dominating the plant. The remaining branch (pic #18&19) is already growing much faster and needed some serious twisting to bring it to the level of the rest of the plant. I managed to get Laverne symmetrical again, and leveled out the tops with some wire work. Shirley was also wired down to a symmetrical, level canopy, without any drama. Laverne is now 10 inches tall, and Shirley is 12 inches. It seems I named them backwards, lol. Laverne received a 2 inch booster seat under her pot to bring her canopy level with her buddy. Their canopy tops are 30 inches from the Electric Sky ES 300 V1 light. Shirley has shown herself to be a female (pic #24), while Laverne has not shown sex (no concern, as these seeds I made should be feminized). I see some tip burn, and need to dial back my nutrients a tad. I also am working on eliminating the purple on the top side of the petioles (not too worried about it as the plant is growing and appears healthy otherwise). My base nutrients contain calcium and magnesium, plus I add Cal-Mag +, so not sure why. It is funny that the purple is only on the top side of the petioles, and makes me wonder if this is caused somehow by LED lighting. If anyone knows, please share😀. I plan on another week, maybe two, of vegetative growth. The mother(s), that I made these seeds from only stretched about 12-14 inches. I'll flip to 12/12 light schedule when the stems reach the height of the top of the trellis. With the stems supported, and some luck, these girls, will be set-up for smooth flowering. Iam done with setting up Now i have another Babytent. and Inside the New Viparspectra XS-1000 and the other Stuff to run the Envoirement I already ca see a difference between both Tents. 12/03/19 So there hasn't been a lot going on in terms of healthy growth. It seems I've been giving nutrients too often and that the pH of my water is too high (7.8) resulting in a Calcium defficiency and stunted/abnormal growth. Following some great advice from Bulbi to one of my questions. I've bought some Cal-mag and pH down to try and mitigate this issue, I've done the following :- : 1ml Cal-Mag to 1l of Water per plant : 2ml Cal-Mag to 1l of spray bottle to be used infrequently : I haven't pH reduced on this watering as I noticed the Cal-Mag slightly reduces the pH, so to not shock the plants I'll lower the pH marginally on the next 2 feeds untill it's at 6.5 : Raised the light to 45cm : Changed the lighting schedule to 18/6 Let's hope these few changes will bring these lil babys back to life! I'll post some mid-week pictures to show any difference.

Still Hot AF! We’re at 100F everyday. All except the jelly rancher seem fine with it. The banana mango isn’t bothered. It’s interesting the heat difference on strains. All were planted the same time July 24, for the first time high today will be 90! Not 100! Shooting up like rockets! July 27th - supercropped the banana mango and it’s crazy wide and like a huge solar array! It rained yesterday! Real, soaking, non-drought rain. The plants loved it…

Hello there fellow Gardener! This week El patron fan leaves on some of stems are drying up fast, some are alright some are not, especially those straight under leds, I think it is a root problem in some part of container where there is less moisture or too much perhaps? El patron is fussy but still a tough cookie, lovely little plumpy buds swelling up slowly slowly, she smells skunky and spicy, no fruity smell at all. I hope she can retain some green leaves on those who are poorly... Well we will see... Added last sprinkling of guano bat on top of soil and raked in. No water. Still she has many still viable fan leaves on other healthier stems and looks very pretty and different. That is it for this week, I think 2 more weeks or so to go... I hope all goes well until then ❤️😉
