These ladies did'nt stretched much so far in week 2 but that could be due to the light intensity and distance I had it at in week 1 of the stretch period. This strain is really starting to show signs of that Gassy, Sweet, Creamy smelly that I was looking for and so far these ladies have been a breeze to grow.

Started LST on my girls. Maybe a bit early but I think there is enough time for them to stretch even more.

Hello again, Week 14 update is here and we are still packing weight not with the same speed cause i stoped feeding at the start of the week but its going awesome almost no clear heads all trichomes are milky/white. No red head yet so i decided to try and close the lights for couple of hours and then start again for the final week.im thinking from everything that i have read this far ill plain feed water 10 day and 2 days without water and last 2 days without lights that will give me 14 flush days and hoping for the best. As you can see on the pics i had to turn the lamp to the side and put another one on the opposite end to see if i can push some more weight in there the last 4 weeks so now im actually using 600 hps and 250 hps with reflectors inside a 5x5 tent. Any advice welcome ty all . 😏

Gave her a fresh haircut for the start of week three flowering. Excited to see how much she fills out. This is my first attempt at a scrog and I love the difference in my last grow where I just did some light stress training. I will post some more pictures once she's perks up. She's a little upset at the moment from the trim

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here👍. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. From the moment she popped her head out to the start of week 4, this girl was fimmed, pruned, trained and flipped. She put out a full oz. more than the 6 week(v) mainline beside er😳. Now that is just straight amazing😎. The key advantages - BIG F$&K’N YIELDS and auto pilot care for up to 2 weeks. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. Here’s where strain, medium and method kinda collide though. This girl was on a hurry up and go schedule. We lost the first one to root rot and had to get this one off the ground and mature before the cycle sched. Was gonna flip. Not to mention it was totally screwing with our spring nursery timing too. She was fimmed once and then splayed with LST. Not much either - just enough to get er spread apart a little. So you combine ultra fast growth rates of hydro with a big yield strain like this on a fast paced training method that limits required recovery times... and you get this monster. Just a perfect grow that anyone would be extremely happy with. We used frozen water bottles In the res. twice a day throughout the grow. My issues with light leaks and temps are well documented and I’m constantly running up against one or the other as a hurdle. This plant was no different and she started to re-veg. In the last few days prior to chop. All due to a light leak from the cabinet beside this one that was running on an 18/6. Gonna have to plug some light holes prior to next grow. Other than that - she was amazing and the method here is getting an unusually high and very rare 5/5.😳 Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 The final number is just so sweet. 6.04oz and she veg’d less than a month. Overall, I could confidently say that’s both faster and better than most typical autos in general😳😎👍👌. Any time your rock’n out 5+oz is a good haul but in this kinda time frame - that’s just crazy. We let her go just a little longer (again, as per Spliff’s direction) and it was worth the extra patience. She’s dense as all hell and a nice add to the stash🤟. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Days of flowering 42 Since the water was only poured on day 41, both were only checked for their health today. Flowering day 43 Today both were poured with 1 l each, completely without additives as they should use up their remaining nutrients :-). Flowering day 44 The tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled. Flowering day 45 Today both were checked for health and sprayed. Flowering day 46 Today everything in the tent was tested for functionality (fans, etc.). The humidifier has been refilled. Flowering day 47 Again today it was poured with 1.2 l each time, and the tent was cleaned. Flowering day 48 Both plants were checked to see how wide their trichomes were (70% milky, 20% clear and 10% amber). The plants are really extremely fast 👍. Everything was cleaned again and the humidifier was filled. That was it pushed with this week, and I have to say the Fast Version lives up to its name 😳😃. Due to all excitement about the first grow didn’t take any photo of the germination. Used 2x 0,5 water bottles and a wet paper towel for germination. All 6 of the seeds germinated in about 30h. Room temperature was 22 with 65% humidity. I didn't have enough coco for all 6 seeds so I put 3 seeds of amnesia into one bucket. On the 2nd day I found out that You should not pit Your lights on 95% in the first week 😳 Now it’s running on about 27%. At the moment I have only one marshydro ts1000. But I figured that for the first week it will do the trick. Hopefully the second one will arrive sometime next week. At day 3 my coco finally arrived and I could put the 2 couchsurfers into their own pots. Since they are small (about 3cm) they fell out of the soil...but due to them not having any proper roots I hope they wont stress out much about the transplant (although everybody warns about not transplantong autos) So at the end of the first week I must say it is not rocket science but I made some serious mistakes that wont happen next time. Will definetly add perlite next time and be extra carefull with germination.

Almost 2 weeks into flower now and things are starting to look good . The ladies got a nice shape to them looking nice and healthy they have grow a little but not much this past week I can say thats likely due to formation of flowers and getting ready for her last big stretch . Ok things are moving.... they must... time doesn't stop. I have a lot of new stuff. And I am cloning everything. (This diary will only end when it wont accept any more info or seeds) so I have labeled pics. And I will place my newts correctly soon. But for those who know I only really use General Hydroponics.
