Such a great week! One of the best weeks is seeing the colas start to develop. Makes me happy to be a grower!! This week I was playing around a little with my temps/humidity, trying to get a better understanding of VPD. I'm sure most growers on here have or are currently battling Rh fluctuations inside their grow tent. As plants age, especially during flower, they release moisture into the air causing Rh levels to increase. Also every time you feed you are adding water (moisture) into the air which in late stages typically you feed/water 1G plus each time per plant. That is a lot of water! Depending on your setup you may not be able to keep your Rh down in the mid-high 50s. With most VPD charts there are "sweet" spot ranges to keep your temps/humidity levels at for the right VPD. So in the end I have raised my temps up to 28-30 C and my humidity is now 58-65%. After adjusting my levels, I noticed a HUGE improvement in plant production and how healthier each plant looked. The Purple Kush was having deficiency issues and with it being only a week away from the start leeching (flushing), I kept feeding it as normal. Buds were looking really nice compared to the previous Purple Kush. The Moby Dick's were also starting to show signs of deficiencies. My guess is to be Potassium (P) or Phosphorous (K) deficiency but It didn't play around with the nutrients. At the end of this week, according to the Remo feeding charts, week 5 is an increase in nutrients so I just let them go. My feedings are pretty much consistent each week which is about 5 feeds each plant. I do the lift technique and when I can lift the pot with little to no effort I feed.

Hallo Zusammen, heute war BT 20 und somit war es Zeit für die entlaubung bzw. Lollipoppen. Ich hab im unteren Drittel so gut wie alles an Popcorn buds und Blättern entfernt damit die Luft besser zirkulieren kann. Oben habe ich mich ein wenig zurückgehalten aber doch einiges an neuen Trieben freigelegt. Ich werde das die Tage beobachten und evtl. noch einzelne Blätter entfernen. Heute wurden alle nochmal gegossen mit Hesi SuperVit (Aminosäure booster) und dem Greenhouse enhancer. Die SanLight läuft jetzt auf 80% (212Watt) bei einem Abstand von 30-40cm. Luftfeuchtigkeit liegt bei 50-55% und die Temperatur bei 24-25°C was einen VPd von 1.15 kPa ergibt, also optimal für das aktuelle Stadium. So today made some bubble hash with the trim I left them in the fridge for 4 days and then just washed them in a cheap washer from temu not the best tool though. It struggled with the ice and maybe but the herp in bag or something. As first time is quiet easy I used all the bags I had I ended up with 4 greads of hash let's wait for them to dry and then try all of them

Lights 16 inches away at 50% dimming humidity low (30-50%) will be adding humidifier next week. Seed successfully sprouted out at day 4. Temperature has been maintained between 70-75 degrees.

Great grow!! Should end up with over a half a pound off of these 2 and the little I harvested about 2 weeks ago. I got 2 oounces dry off of her. They smell amazing and are covered with trichomes

I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. Sept 21st - last nite was a 1/2 volume h2o/molasses feed - re-shaped the canopy with LST to bring them all back to one height Sept 22nd - looking Oh So healthy, but I’m Going to check run-off, when she’s fed. I’ve never analyzed run-off before. Tonight (or tomorrow) I will check just to see whats coming out the bottom. Feed volumes are enough that there is a bit of run-off at each big feed. - Green Lite for serving 5L Nutes/water tonight. Plant is consuming the water levels being given. Moisture meter and pot weight confirm the levels can continue to be gently increased ( big feed, small feed, big, small etc ! / target 4 days, 2 days, 4, 2 etc ) - Its working in this 10 gallon pot - big power failure for half of city from huge wind storm. Just entered 3rd hour - as I was getting ready to feed her, all the lights in the south end died. Not my fault… 23rd - power outage was for just over 4hours… they will get a little extra light todAy - fed the plant when the power returned at 1:30 Sept 24th - in 2 weeks this plant will be moved to the 2’ tent, to allow the other 4 photo-periods to go into flower. October 8 she moves into a cozy LED environment. - here it is week 8… and it looks like it needs 5 or 6 more anyway. I like surprises, but this one needs some TLC in the home stretch. hows that? Any comments on an extended Auto-grow, from an Express genome? Humans probably lol 25th - LST applied to even-out and lower the canopy further; all good - Pistiles have begun to turn brown/orange while some are still exploding 27th - last day of the week - 2.5L h2o/molasses for early breakfast - next meal 6L, its time - buds are starting to Fiill-Up, definitely gaining a little Girth, for lack of a better word. 17/10/2022 - 71 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The sixth week of flowering of my BCN Power Plant 🌴🌴🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - I will still be serving this week and I am adding Jungle Indabox Environ X - bud stimulator 🌼🌸🌼 Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud - I canceled the bud stimulator mix and stayed with Jungle Indabox because the other girls got a little burnt, the classic brown color appeared on the tips of the leaves 🍃🍂 I stuck with Bud Candy, all my girls need lots of carbs 🍭🍭 Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand Training: I only defoliated again, not as much as last week, but I still see too many leaves in the buds 😩 🍃🍃 Light: Believe - the best light of sponsor Mars Hydro TS 1000 💡💡 In general: The plant is strong, manages nutrients well, absorbs as needed. The leaves are still deep green, you can see that it is a sativa. So far, there is no indication that it is nearing its end. As far as flowering is concerned, it is the slowest so far - compared to the other ladies in the box. It still only has white pistils, only occasionally some brown, and the flowers are not yet fully formed 🏵️💮 I think at least within a week. I love this strain and cant wait to grow it again. It came out amazing with a very nice look and taste to it. It reminds me of this grapefruit strain i smoked way back, the taste is very unique that i have only found in a few strains in my 20 years of smoking. I'm very curious what this strain is!!!! I think its high in sativa genetics

Everything is going smoothly, she’s starting to produce a lot of resin, becoming very frosty. I’ll do a little bit less of feeding this week, it seems she isn’t wanting as much food anymore.
