Hi gromie's welcome to week 8. These girls are going great, started flushing on Monday 11/11/24 with plain ph'd water and Resin from Green Planet Nutrients at 2ml/ltr. I also reduced watering to just 2 times a day for 15 minutes on each time. Just trying something different as I usually do high fertigation . 15 minutes on watering cycle every 2 hours. From what I've read, I was hoping they would draw moisture from within themselves to help with drying but also some people believe it can increase THC?? It has worked at bringing out some more of that beautiful colour with in the buds but you can really notice the back plant has started canabilising itself! Starting to see some really nice fading of colours on the vegetation of the plant at the back, which is something I don't usually get with hydro because you usually feed them right to the end & Only need to flush for 2 to 3 days. Gave them a long flush this time. I've been waiting on a new microscope to arrive to check trichomes, but these girls are looking about done going off pistills turned orange/brown & curling in , Calyx closed & swelling up, looking really frosty!!! Will harvest this week! As I need to get veging plants into Flower Come on Grow diaries get your act together!!! I'm tired of updating my Diary only to see it's all wrong, things have been changed, put my day temp at 28°c save it & it shows -2°c & it's like that All through the diaries????

Going good, not giving away to much as had a problem with fastbuds customer service so won't be going into much detail as I don't want to promote there seeds. I have one purple lemonade left and won't be using them again, sad really as it would have cost them a free seed replacement to keep me as a customer. Shame. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

Very good plant to grow 8/10 for me 💯💯🔥 very high yielding with a crazy yield of 131grams of 1 plant very tall and skinny but dense buds 🙏🏽

The plants are coming along nicely for the most part. I have been finding bud rot in big mama... not much but I'm a little bit worried. I've been cutting it out when I find it. The trichomes are cloudy with sparse amber. The wind has been a concern the past week or so. I shared a video which kind of gives an idea of what we are dealing with. We are looking at harvest two weeks out - max. Maybe sooner. FFT2 is significantly behind the other varieties... fattening up more slowly.

For the most part the Clones seem to be doing very well. I did lose three clones that did not take. I can only assume it was because of using Earth dust. When I initially made the Clones the Earth does micro fungi formed a tight layer in a medium so I could not push the Clones in to be planted. I had to use a probe in order to make a pilot hole to plant the Clones. I'm assuming that there was too much of a distance between in the pilot hole for the stem of the Clone to take root, So they died. This is the first and last time I will ever used Earth dust for clones. I normally use a Coco soil mix. That's all for now.. Hope everyone is doing well! Cheers!

Had to take a hiatus for about a week or two. But now I'm back in full swing! The girls are all swimming along great! I believe in my last update I discussed wanting to main line this plant. But instead I'll do some lollipopping and topping. I figure that would be less traumatic than performing a main-line this late in it's growth. The one sweet zombie clone I got to root is coming along awesomely. I've been feeding compost tea to establish benis and now their growth has really picked up. I'm really worried about how crowded it will get in this tent, so I may end up putting my clones outside once we have vegetative conditions outdoors. Either way, I'll just run with it lol. Wow it’s been 8 years but I’m back for another grow. 4 different strains in 3 gallon fabric pots. Biobizz light mix soil + 30% perlite. Soil pre soaked with voodoo juice and seeds planted direct in final medium, straight in grow tent. 25 degrees, and with help of humidifier 65% humidity. Extraction fan turned down to low. Lights 20-4 hours. All 4 took 4 days to appear. 500ml added to each pot with b52 added on day 3 & 6. The pot was super light and soil dry, don’t like watering this early but imo they needed it. So far so good. Girl Scout cookies didn’t make the cut, rip however I do have another auto Berry haze so this will be replaced

Another week has passed and this lady seems to have recovered from last week's sudden problems. I just kept feeding with clear water, I suspect low PH and my solution fixed it. I also raised the light a little more, this SP 3000 is a true beast of a light, and especially the Kush in the middle couldn't handle it that well. Thank you @MarsHydroLED I did some final defoliating, only bundled up leaves and leaves covering major bud sites. This Orange Hill Special is something else though, Im happy to grow this, she is pretty and sophisticated in all, almost majestic. The buds are speckled with orange hairs, the shape of each like a round ball of ice cream. She was pretty from seedling on and looking back, I would have loved some offspring of this pheno. She is a thrill and no signs of male parts on this one, although it can happen with this strain. So glad I have some more seeds and cant wait to put a tentful of this. Don't let its low score dissuade you, yes there is a chance she hermies but when she doesn't my my my... Check em out here @DutchPassion_Official She smells of orange and tangerine with a very strong hazy undertone. This combination promises a great smoke and frankly, I cant wait.
