Hallo liebe Gartenfreunde, Ja insgesamt gibt es nicht ganz soviel zu sagen. Die Purple Coockie Kush auf dem Balkon wächst kaum noch da sie sich in re vege befindet. Die Schwester und die CBD sonnen sich täglich gediegen im Gewächshaus. Zudem haben die Ameisen 🐜 defentiv mehr Spaß wie wir Grower 😮‍💨 Wir haben auch schon sehr viel versucht... grrrrr Na gut, desweiteren sind nur auch kurz mal wieder ein paar Bilder aus dem Gewächshaus mit angehangen. more liquid seaweed foliar spray and Silica. Pre flower has not started on this plant yet, prob due to the fact it was put out 2 week later than the rest which are in full pre flower. plant has grown a whopping 18" this week. Amazing!

BigBloom boost Tri

Absolutely loved growing this Blueberry Pie F1 Fast from Seedsman. Always big and fast right from the start. Buds were huge and nicely dense. First round of 1340 g wet yielded 372 g dried buds and second round of 1190 g was surprisingly large and also high quality. Final dry weight of 632 g which is pretty damn good for northern Canada (53 N latitude at Edmonton) by the end of September using just a 5 gallon grow bag. Most of this will be used as flower, but some of this will be made into hash. Will update further with hash making in a few weeks. Very impressed with this F1 strain and looking forward to trying another one next year, like maybe Gorilla Gas F1 Fast. Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is a great strain. Congrats to Seedsman on these big, fast and tasty genetics, and thanks for letting me try it.

Days 35-42 (Day 36) Some minor problems starting to arise here. A few times this week it got up to 90+ degrees which I think may have caused a bit of heat stress in some of the plants. I’m seeing a bit of cupping/crinkles on some of the fan leaves and some of the new growth is looking pretty gnarled and twisted. I hear windburn can cause this too so I’m turning my fans down to low speed. This could also be a problem with humidity so I’m going to turn off my humidifier, dim the lights and raise them. During my last feeding I mulched in some worm castings but it seems like they’re keeping the soil/coco from drying out. Pots are still decently heavy and even the surface is still quite moist but they aren’t showing any major signs of overwatering. I figure it will only be a few weeks before the castings break down so I will just leave it. A few of the plants are starting to show yellowing leaf tips which is probably some kind of micro nutrient lockout from my PH being slightly too high. It could also be from nute burn so I will water in 6.0 until I see some runoff. Although the most likely culprit is potassium excess. I’ve been feeding potassium almost as much as nitrogen so far. I know that can cause the yellowing of leaf tips by locking out trace minerals. It can also cause leaf problems like crinkling. Excess K can even cause water retention! Will water at 6.0 until run off next watering. The lst is coming along nicely. It was a good idea to remove the first two sets of branches (not leaves). Now I have 4-6 perfectly even stems coming from each plant that I plan to top one more time each. (Day 37) Today I’m going to vacuum, clean, wipe down and spray all my equipment in the tent. I’ve been letting the floor get quite dirty and I haven’t had the chance for a thorough clean since last round. I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen any powdery mildew yet. I guess the prevention spray is working because the room has to be infected from my last crop. (Day 40) I was reading that you can foliar spray whatever you are deficient in for an immediate uptake. I‘m going to try that with my current potassium excess since it locks out trace minerals. I’m going to foliar feed a bit of phytoplankton at 15ml/L and some MagnifiCal + VeloKelp from Remo nutrients both at 5ml/L. The cal mag is not organic but as long as it’s not going into the soil and doesn’t contain chlorine I’m fine with it. I’m also going to be changing the light cycle to 18/6 for the remainder of veg. This will be their first dark cycle so they can properly foliar feed. Edit: humidity shot up to 85% a few hours after foliar spray. I went to top dress everything today and I mixed up the plants while doing so! So the ones I was unsure about I gave 1 extra tablespoon. I won’t top dress again for at least 10 days. Might give a light tea sometime next week. I also tilled the shit out of the top of each pot. It had a hard crusty layer on top that was keeping the medium from drying out properly. I’m not going to water again until everything is bone dry. Then I will water until slight runoff at 6.0 ph with some Dr. Marijane bacteria/root probiotic. I’m starting too see a lot more of these abrasions on some of the bigger fan leaves. It almost looks like thrip damage but I’m 100% sure it’s not a pest above ground. It could be bulb mites, which I found in my worm castings but I can’t check until the roots are more established in their pots. The leaves themselves are cold and feel damp to the touch. I haven’t even seen a fungus gnat since I last fed. I’m hoping it’s related to the K excess and clears up with the troubleshooting. (Day 41) Just ordered a wire cube rack to prop my plants up with and help evaporation/root warmth. Each cube is 11.8”x11.8”x11.8” and it comes with 16 cubes. So it will fit just perfectly in my 4x4. Depending on the size, I might order another one for the flower room where I would need 25 cubes.

Keep up the growing and good luck to all in the Ganja Farmer contest regardless of where you place remember the real prize is the bud you'll get from her. 30/4/22Started both DWC fems off like this. As it's the easiest way atm as I'll have to set the black 1 7L pots on a higher base as the DWC buckets are 33cm off the ground while the 1.7L are 12cm off the ground. Doing it like this will be fine for the 1st wk as the roots don't even reach the end of the net pot until around week 2. I have it sitting in 1mlx3 solution nutes I used are up above all from Terra Power. I haven't decided yet which bucket will be sterile but as there is no root rot to worry about I'm going to be running her on a full compliment of enzymes and everything bactria I can throw at her for the 1st 2 weeks with root stims, maybe I'll carry it on, (the root stims/enzymes/bactria). Just a little tip. Your grow light does not need to be on till she's up showing face. When you put your seeds in to germinate be sure if you have to have your light on try cover the seed that needs to go 3/4 of a CM down. That's means the top of the head of the seed needs to be 3/4cm down. This will help the seed become strong and grow enough tap root as if she's to close to the surface it'll start off poor. As for what I'm going to do because it's DWC it really would be best left alone and lollipop her and let her grow into a monster. As she leans on the larger side I think she'll be best left to bloom with LST, maybe some supercropping. We shall see. I'm thinking as this is a new strain/breeder this will be 1 of few DWC hydroponics. Looking forward to seeing how purple I can get her, hope she's a real punch, pun intended. Don't think I'll have the cold temps to bring out the terps and a nice fade earlier on. Will start her on a very light diet as soon as she shows leafs. I'm in between on giving her a tried and tested brand of nutes. I think I'll run this off on a mix of try pack with some bud enhancers either from Terra Power or Adv Nutrients. Enzymes are yet to be decided. Decided. Going to run this 1 also as a pure enzyme run. I'll be mixing my own guide of enzymes and base nutrients. I'll be using set nutrients but not following there recommended guide lines. As TP says to hokd off on 3 key nutrients that DWC would highly benefit from and be ran in safty as no roots are in the water. Will be running her on FloraDuo grow/bloom renamed Dual Part. Grow/bloom from Terra Aquita aka GEH. And on a full compliment of of terra powers best. 3/5/22 VD1 Have started her on nutrients. I know she hasn't throw her clothes off yet but she'll handle it. EC was set at .5. PH 5.9. RH71% 21C IN dark. Max 24-25 in day with lights on. I run the light throughout the whole night only goes off in the day when room temp is more stable. When they get into pre-mid flower I'll be setting it so they go into the rest in the night when it coldest and will hopefully be able to get the purple to show in this new strain. If not I have a few things in mind to try. Last resort will be buying a chiller for my 70x70, but maybe not until I improve my skills with the tools I have on hand in going to try max out my skills and push my plants till I need extra gear like Co2 system and chillers will be added to my new pro 12 RDWC oxy pot system when I set it up for the winter, (months away) when temps are colder I'll run a full simpler 12 pot linked system with full enzymes. 4/5/22 Great growth from Yday. Very slow to come out of the ground. Actually both strains autos and fems have been lagging behind both other breeders. 100% success so far on germination. Another POGP seed is bound for 100% coco. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly. Same Day. Okay, so this my last update. Going to run fans the same right up until flower and then I'll be sealing up my tent and adding 2 co2 bags. And will be adding a dehuimifier and setting at 45% And it checks every 30mins and if it's gone up it'll turn back on and bring down to 45 or set RH, so no co2 will escape. The temp will be bordering 30-33c and then when they go into their rest window they'll be transferred to to a negative pressure environment with low temps and 45-50%RH. I'll only be able to do this for the 3 weeks of pre flower. And maybe some more, it depends how hard the dehuimifier will be working, but i want dense buds and only way to improve that is by introducing Co2 and then a negative pressure cold environment for terps. Then I'll be putting them back into full negative pressure environment and the Co2 will be useless, again all depends how it's gonna affect my bottom line. That and I only have 2 intake fans. I'll be going into detail about my Co2 adventures the week before I'll be prepping them to be able to withstand high temps, so I'll gradually bring up the temps the last wk of veg 28c max and that way when I push it to 30-32c in pre flower she won't stress as much Thanks for reading this week, there'll be no more updates just pics for the rest of the week. Then PPM will be adjusted. 9/5/22 So, AFTER going back and forward these past few days and scratching my head as to why my DWC grows are going soooo slow when compared to the soil grows. Then it dawned on me. There only getting a bit of water every time I pour it on the rockwool and trickles down onto the roots beyond the rockwool, the water was meant to be up past the base of the net pot for the 1st 2 weeks until the roots grow down and can drink at their own needs. I wasn't doing that. So last night it clicked. Silly I know. So I brought the water up in the bowl as far as I could and I'm hoping it's high enough that the roots can start to drink from the bowl. gottagrowsometime

Ho scelto questa varietà in particolare perché le immagini fornite dal sito ufficiale erano molto interessanti… fiori grossi, compatti e dai colori incredibili (e certo, mica mettono foto di merda 😅) . Inoltre, a parte tutte queste belle parole, devo dire che ultimamente sono alla ricerca di un high più fisico e rilassante. Spero di poter trovare in questa piccolina tutto quello che cerco! Devo ammettere che le mie esperienze con altre varietà della stessa casa produttrice non sono state delle migliori ma sono convinto che oltre alla mia mancanza di esperienza abbia influito il carente spazio di coltura! La lampada è posizionata ad un’altezza di circa 45 cm è regolata al 40% della potenza, un po’ più alta rispetto a quanto consigliato dalla casa produttrice per questa fase, ma per poter mantenere la temperatura al di sopra dei 18/19º non potevo fare altrimenti. 25/12/2021. A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Friday, january29th The Girls starting Week 3 Today I had alot of Work I was resetting the Tent ( 2nd. cleaning and setting up Humidifier an Controller) I topped them days before. Week 3: Vegetative Stage – Training, Defoliation, and Entering Full Flower The Apricot Autos have really taken off this week. I’ve been doing a little defoliation here and there, but over the course of training and tucking, I sometimes get a little heavy-handed and manage to break the odd leaf. Even with these occasional slips (you can see it in the pics), the plants are still shaping up nicely and getting huge, though not as much as my previous grow, which was also Fast Buds autos. By the end of the week, the plants have started to noticeably stretch, which I’m happy about since it makes them easier to train. At this stage, I like to train using mental pegs, gardening wire, and leaf tucking. I rarely remove any leaves until I have a clearer idea of the plant’s final shape, which did evolve quickly this week, prompting me to take action. On day 27, one of the plants is entering full flower, while the one with the misshapen leaf is a couple of days behind. The difference between the two is becoming less noticeable, although one is still bigger. Current Setup: Medium: 70/30 coco/perlite mix with Great White Mycorrhizae added during transplant Lights: DLI set to 22 Nutrients: Big Plant Science (introduced midweek) Despite breaking a leaf or two during training, both plants are progressing well, with flowering now fully underway.
