Day 2 flip: Due to the other plants in the room , I needed to flip the lights to flower. I was worried she wouldnt really be big enough to benefit from the flowering yet but ad it is a tester seed for my own cross , I wanted to see the buds it creates rather than a big yield yet. I have about 15 of these crosses that I separated as they popped out and among the many that I mixed together during the panic to remove the offending male, "Billy big bollocks", to stop him ruining anymore of my vestal virgins. The result of the Gorilla Zkittelz/Blue Gelato41 is impressing the hell out of me so far. She is a lot younger than her neighbours by 2 weeks in some cases but she is the biggest in her NFT tray now. I have been training her with bends and squashes into a quadline of sorts and I am not dissapointed either response. The below decks nodes are stacking right behind each other's heads and look like they will remain close together. This is a bonus as I have a friend growing another cross of my gelato (RQS Hulkberry/Gelato)that is 1.2M tall and colas from the base to the many tips. I dont have space for any more monsters with the fastbuds testers going wild. lol The Zkittel pheno can go two ways too as I had two different ones in a previous grow that both produced rock solid buds but were very different in growth rate and structures. The Gelato gene is also a lanky lady from her sativa background so seeing a squat ,thick plant at this stage indicates a fat colas short girl is coming. I will be popping a cross in each new run i do as I want to see what I have created here with these and also as I a have always fancied a go at breeding seeds. Iv started my 9 beans out in jiffy pallets on the 29th of march so we are 2 days in and they are already starting to pop out! I have 1 of each making way through the top layer of Coco in the pallet.

Easy grow and the overall quality is great. I feel like I definitely could yield way more if I did way more training. If included trim and shake, this planted yield 2 ozs which isn’t bad for sharing space with 3 other plants in a 2x2 space. I have a few more seeds of this strain and will be growing them again definitely. I’ll catch yall on the next one ☝️🏾

Hello, fin de semaine 10, floraison 4. Les plantes n’ont eu aucuns problèmes pour récupérer de leurs défoliation de la semaine précédente. Elles semblent en parfaite santé et la croissance des buds commence à se matérialiser de plus en plus,,, 😁 J’ai légèrement ajusté l’hydrométrie vers les 45/50%. J’ai aussi fait un arrosage plus léger en milieu de semaine à l’eau sans engrais avec un simple pH ajusté à 6.3/6.5 L’apparition de cristaux commence à se voir. C’est beaucoup plus marqué sur la gorilla CBD que sur la critical+ 2.0. Voilà,, c’est tout pour cette semaine.. Happy grow...😎

3/23: The pistils on all three of these plants suddenly withered, and upon inspection, I see that they're almost ripe.👍 I let them go totally dry this time and fed them with about 3/4 gallon each including terpinator, signal, sweet & sticky, cal-mag, armor si, cha ching, tiger bloom, big bloom, and humic acid. This was probably the last time they'll get any nutes, but I may water them once more with sweet & sticky and terpinator. 3/27: I mixed up water with sweeteners and terpene enhancers and cal-mag, then pulled everybody out of the closet...lo and behold, all 3 of these plants were ready to flush! I can't find my 20x macro lens for my phone, so I'm using my mini-microscope until I can get another mobile device lens kit from Amazon. All three had about 80% cloudy and 10% amber trichs. so I put about 12 gallons of filtered water with Sledgehammer through each one. Lovely buds, and many of them, but I sure hope they swell up some more!👈 3/29: I added a few more MicracleLED blue (450nm-470nm) bubs around the garden. topped raining for a day and my RH is back down to lower 40%'s. Shortie will go into a dark room tomorrow and her big sister will get fed.

Harvest time! Only this time there were some problems that made me take another approach. The thrips are still active so I thought it would not be very wise to lock them up together with the bud inside a paper bag. So I’ve decided to just cut the entire top part of the plant main stem and all, and hang them inside the top of the tent. But ofcourse not before I have given them a thorough shake. Then from the lower part of the plant where still some bigger buds, which I’ve also cut, trimmed and shaken clean, before they did ended up inside the bag, leaving just the lowest part of the plant with all of the small buds I’ve intended to use to germinate and create some seeds. At this point the remaining part of the plants are inside my small garden greenhouse, and I’ll keep you posted if it’s going to succeed. Normally I’d preferred to trim the bigger leaf from the wet branches, then dry inside my paper bag and finally trimming the dry buds for bringing up the final bag appeal. Only now I’d chose to only remove the fan leaf and hang drying. I turned the ventilation almost on the lowest setting during drying. As I said with the strain review, I’m happy with the results from plant A and C. Plant B started revegging, and thus ended up with a lower end weight. A shame because it had the biggest buds. The positive thing about dry trimming is that you don’t actually have to trim anything, it takes a bit more time, but you can literally push the leafs from the bud.

My first ever harvest went great! I trimmed 3 different ways as well as flushed for different amounts of time. 24hr flush and wet trim with bowl trimmer, dried on dry rack. Aprox 4 ounces as i was smoking it soon as it dried, small buds first. 🤷‍♂️🏻 3 day flush. Wet trimmed by hand. Hung to dry. 119 grams Last two ladies were the bushy ones. I let them flush for a full week and then hung to dry. We hand trimmed them both(not as close of trim) to make edibles and oils with. 412 grams! I think I did pretty well on my harvest. I have over a pound of bud! I’m all smiles!

I started using fertilizer. I use biobizz grow, fish-mix and alg-a-mic. I water it 2 or 3 times a week, adding the amount of fertilizer I specified in 1 liter of water each time. Huge difference for last week. I think I'm progressing well

Those Girls started slow, and I had Concerns, But then they decided to grow. And turned out great. I had 3 Phenotypes. Tow high shooters, one with more dense Buds, and the Other one with more fluffy Buds. And a " indica Lasting" Phenotype. With Big Leaves and real nice biiig Buds. All got very similar Scent. Iam courious to the SMOKINGREPORT: We LOOOVED that Weed. Weve had alittle barbecue and smoked during and after. We had a strong Bodyfeeling like " golden Armor".... we felt very close to each other.laughed a lot... very nice Weed for soicial Fun

A strain I’ve been very keen to get going! AK is a real classic and an iconic strain for me, I’ve given her a 5Gal fabric pot with BioBizz Light mix and I’ve added some beneficial bacteria and mycorrhizal fungi to support the infrastructure development. Off to a flying start, literally 72hours from seed to saying hello. Poked her head up yesterday so Day 1 is 30/03/20. Let’s see how this week goes.
