While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Girls had a great week at summer camp! Smiles are found everywhere regarding their new homes. Plenty of room to grow and wiggle their toes in the amended formula 707, which is doing what was expected retaining moisture nicely, bringing the watering to a minimum. All three girls received merit badges for hiking(survived transplanting), water sports(2 liters), light tolerance(supplemental lighting), physical fitness(color and strength)and kite flying(added a fan). They are all looking forward to this weeks activities. Girls seem to like what they’re getting at the chow hall, green and growing daily, strong and upright. Plenty of good stuff in the soil. A fan was added and the benefits are three fold, dry out the top layer of soil, pest control, makes them stronger. I will update as needed. ***update, the girls are looking good this morning, well rested, well nourished, vibrant. Their roots must be really liking the 707 as evident by the rapid growth. Measured them this morning with the H. W. At8 in. the V. F. at 8.5 and the 91 Grapes at 10 in. And at least an inch wider as well. No water will be needed today. Note. The greenhouse may be better suited for growing mushrooms than cannabis. Pine trees and shade. No direct sunlight until after 2pm. Dappled sun all morning long, so installed a T-5 4 foot ArgroLed 6550(k) daylight led fixture above the girls. That was a bright idea! ***update, New Video includes new homemade lighting. *** update, new videos. Before 7/14 After 7/15 videos of the girls being sprayed with a folier dose of silica. I had forgot to add the silica on Sunday when I had watered them and they needed it! I would not be able to water them again until at least Friday so delivered it via a foliage spray. Worked wonders , will apply again in a week. Quité los primeros pares de hojas para darle paso a las ramificaciones que se puedes ver en las fotos, está brotando el quinto nudo pero me parece que aún está un poco pequeña para la LST y corte apical, que piensan? Donde vivo hay muchas variaciones de temperatura pero generalmente el grow se mantiene entre 23° y 29°, la humedad también varía bastante pero no baja de 50% ni sube de 78%. Hello there, 🇬🇷 so the previous week was good with slow but steady growth...the girls were fed with Bio Grow from GHF and some of the Enhancer...they are under a 50W Led,safe and sound,until transplant when they will be moved outdoors... WEEK 3 : "RUN IF YOU CAN" ☠️Day 15...they are forming the 5th set of leaves...strange thing,when I get them out of their cupboard they tend to stretch their leaves upwards...when I put them back they are back to normal...I think it has to do with humidity...thinking of transplanting soon as I can see the roots on 2 of the 3...I started preparing the pots,I put Bio Grow from GHF and the babies will be transplanted there in a few days...just waiting for the weather to be stable as they will go outdoors... ☠️Day 16...💧watering time for my babies...they seem to be very well...awaiting for that transplant...today I was thinking about what to do with the girls in terms of training...what I have decided is that I will perform different techniques for each one of them...one will be left to grow naturally like a Christmas tree...the second will be topped and the third will be LSTed...it is a good chance to compare the final weight of each technique...what stresses me a bit is that these girls will go outdoors during the day and under low wattage Leds during the night...I am used to using an HPS lighting and I don't know if the sun here from my spot will be enough...moreover summer is coming...here in Greece the temps will go above 35° C in July...I guess I have work to do and solutions to find... ☠️Day 17...💧📥transplant is here...the girls were put in their final homes, pots of 15 L,and were watered with plain water...I used "Coco Humus" which is coco coir fiber mixed with 20 % manure and organic matter...Its ph is 6,0 - 6,8...I also added Bio Grow, 45 gr for 15 L substrate, and the same quantity of Bio Bloom, both from Green House Feeding... I was a bit confused if I should place the Bio Bloom now,but I decided to do so as these are their final containers...they are 100% organic so I am not worried about any kind of burn... they are now inside under low wattage Leds so that they will slowly get used to their new environment...I may give them some sun in the afternoon...their roots had reached the bottoms of the solo cups,so it was a good time for transplanting...hope they will take it good...I don't like calling them with numbers so I will give them names...We have Angie,Michelle and Lucy...Girls say hello to everyone... ☠️Day 18...its cloudy outside...the girls will stay inside under their low lighted shelter...maybe I will take them outside for a couple of hours just to get some fresh air...transplant was OK for them,no signs of shock or something...they are a bit small but from now on they will have the mighty Sun with them outside...I hope they will boost...Run if you can babies... 💀💀💀...today they survived a massive attack from my son...he probably wanted his toys back from the pots...🤣🤣🤣Anyway,Michelle is a bit hurt on her stem..not something very serious but I have to keep an eye on her... ☠️Day 19...💧summer is here...with temps at 32°C the girls are outside sunbathing...🌞I uploaded a short video showing them off... HOW TO: Excellent Papaya Zoap Cultivation Yield: 3 plants Time: Approximately 10 weeks from seed to harvest Ingredients: - 3 Papaya Zoap seeds - Terra Preta MJ mix soil - Water - PK Booster (for late flowering stage) Instructions: 1. Planting: - Plant 3 Papaya Zoap seeds in Terra Preta MJ mix soil. 2. Seedling care: - Provide daily watering to the seedlings. - Maintain a consistent watering schedule as they grow. 3. Que gran genética, y muy típica entre fumadores de hierba, un crecimiento más indico pero floración lenta bastante lenta, en teoría se supone que es Sativa, 17% thc en la tas con un tamaño medio pequeño pero flores mi compactas y dulces, un cultivo ni fácil ni difícil, sin más, bastante neutral para los cambios climáticos algo sensible con el aspecto alimentación. La recomendaría en verdad, sobre todo para aquellos amantes del dulce. Nos vemos en próximos proyectos fumetillas

3rd week - let's goooo🤙🏽🤙🏽 decided to use HPS only and it shows the result. So now devotchka is slow in grow for 1 week. but i believe that HPS will compensate this time. Started to add nutrients. Will use Biobizz by the end of harvest. In total I love genetics, girl is stable, loves her new lamp. Hope all growing will not face troubles any more. Have a nice week, guy! 😊
