(11/11-11/17) ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Week 1 Notes & Observations: Both plants are coming along pretty good. No concerns rolling into week 2, I will be starting nute supplements in the diet this week but plan to add them slowly to the regular routine. Day 18, WOW what a difference the feed made with Plant 1!? She was a good inch behind plant 2 at the start of the week and today she 'looked' bigger, so I measured, 2 days after the deep nute feed, and now she's an inch taller than plant 2.😮 VPD this week will reduce the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 75- 78F daytime and 68-70F overnight. Lights should adjusted to provide 300 max, but will try to hold the 280 setting as long as I can this week. Meaning no increase over last week other than growth. Feed & Monitor: Day 16 (last feed was day 11) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 9oz and P2 was 15lbs 15oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of purified water with 75ppm Veg Mix (recipe above and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 75ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 5.75ph to combat the higher runoff ph from the last feed. P1 weighed 21lbs even and P2 weighed 21lbs 5oz after feed. I got about 5 cups of runoff on P1 and 6 cups on P2. Top soil tested at: P1 (6.37, 6.37, 6.37, 6.32) avg 6.357 and P2 (6.55, 6.61, 6.52, 6.42) avg 6.525 - Runoff for P1 ph was 6.29 with 1530ppm and P2 was 6.29 with 1580ppm. Major changes here at Night Owl summer camp. Have had a rodent problem! Something has figured out a way to get into the dormitory (greenhouse)and had a feast on my plants. Five branches off the Harvey Wallbanger, and two each off the Vanilla Fizz and the 91Grapes. Oh my gosh! I needed to do something else. My wife gave me a spare bedroom for a grow nursery! What a girl I have! So spent the day yesterday moving tents and hanging lights and got the girls all situated in the new dormitory away from some vampire in the night. Will give an individual plant update shortly.

Okay so after 48 hours instead of 24 of darkness. These ladies were begging to be chopped with how much more intense the smell got. Cheesy , sweet , skunky , and a floral incense kind of scent. Made lots of finger hash just getting them off the plants , already smoked. I’m about 75% done with chopping all the major tops. This time I decided to cut off the branches and dry on an eight tier 24” diameter rack off Amazon. All 8 tiers are full with gorgeous top colas. I’m drooling. Can’t believe just how much bud this is turning out to be. They are dense , and oozing. Not going to get a wet weight because this is just too much. But holding the rack it’s like 20 lbs or more. My scales don’t go that high. Lol. Gotta say it, I think my buds look 10 times better than the advertisement photos g13 lab’s mozzarella. My 2 cents and honest opinion. Please do give me your opinions. I know I didn’t show the full grow because life gets busy. My next grow I want to control the humidity and heat levels a bit better. Or just humidity and run co2 to withstand higher temps. I have every angle of the grow under my tips now. It feels amazing to have this kind of harvest after the dedication these plants received. I’m Convinced…. rdwc with a water chiller , is by far the best way to do hydro. When it’s dry I’ll add the final weights. My nutrient reg is this. Jacks 321 , botanic are cal mag plus, hydroguard,PK booster is flower fuel(purple can off Amazon) and unsulfured molasses. If you don’t have an ability to keep water at 70 degrees then only use jacks hydroguard and cal mag. You’ll still do well but that molasses , that sauce is the boss.

So these G7 genetics is looking like 7-8 wk strains bc the frost on these is soo crazy. They have to be done in the next week or maybe two. The website doesn’t have that type of info; but these are some fast flowering genetics. Ethos, Ethos, I’ve read multiple posts about people who can’t get peach Crescendo to produce. Thats week 6 of flower in the bag. 3 (maybe 4) go! I wont lie I have been visiting the tent more often these days thanks to the beautiful aroma tempting me to have a look at their progress. The last 24 hours has been quite satisfying for me because the bud growth is now steaming ahead. I wish I had taken photos last night but I showed the girls to a friend yesterday and we could see all the bud sites peeking through but when I checked on them this afternoon the buds are exploding through with vigor! Ive taken another video and a fair few bud shots but next week I will be taking more photos to show you more than just top bud growth as these girls are stacking up! Ive always been really envious of other growers who top their plants multiple times and take the time to ensure the canopy is as level as possible but Im quite proud of my girls canopy and multiple top colas! Anyway, so all I have been doing is continuing with a water and seaweed extract feed, still about 5litres each and they had their last top amendment feed last weed which will last them to the end now and I want them to use up as much of the nutrients available in the soil before I start flushing in the next couple of weeks. For anyone reading who doesnt know about flushing, Ill explain. Flushing is a technique used by growers to get rid of as much of the added nutrients in the medium by 'flushing' around 3 times the volume of the pot the plant is growing in with normal tap water (ensuring the water is at the right PH). Essentially you want to flush the plant in 3 batches so that the medium has time to settle between each flush ensuring you get all the nutrients and minerals out of the medium. You will notice that the run off will get lighter and lighter with each batch of flushing which is the nutrients being flushed out. We do this so that the plant is forced to use its own nutrients which in turn I have found also fattens up the buds. This is the time when you start to notice a change of colour in your plants as they start to use up the nutrients stored in the leaves. Dont panic as these deficiencies are just a sign that the nutrients are being used up and you will end up with bud that will dry better and be less prone to mold issues as well as a smoother smoke and better terpene profiles. Weekly update for these gorgeous girls. They've definitely started taking off and doubled in size over the past week. I started feeding nutes at 5ml/gal of Athena Calmag,Grow A & Grow B. Ppfd still at 350-400 at the canopy level and watered 250-500ml daily. All in all Happy Growing
