Buds are fattening, hairs are turning orange and the smell is very pungent. Getting some black tips on leaves, any advice would be great. I gradually lowered the ec last week and this week, wondering if that’s what caused it, ph has been dialed. About 2 weeks until harvest.

Flowering is finally upon us, only took a long, but enjoyable, years worth of research and preparation, looking forward to the next few weeks even more, can't wait to see what it's like when im back from vacation in a couple weeks. I'll only be gone for 18 days, already have multiple friends who can come by to water them once and help tuck the stretch. Will probably be the last update for a little bit, but ill try and get a few updates in over the holidays.

✨ Week 6 in bloom and our White Widow is pure poetry in motion — compact, dark, and sparkling with trichomes under her 11/13 light dance. She’s living proof that beauty and strength can thrive even under a 12-12 from seed rhythm. Join the journey, feel the energy, and come see her story unfold in 4K on YouTube. 🎥💚 🌿 White Widow – Week 6 Flower Lighting: 11/13 Shuttle (12-12 from Seed) Strain: White Widow by Zamnesia Grow Style: Living Super Soil + Aptus x Plagron Recipe Series: Ongoing on YouTube (in 4K 🎥) ⸻ 🌸 The Queen in Her Prime Our White Widow is officially in full bloom — Week 6 Flower, and she’s breathtaking. Compact, dark, resinous, and powerful — a perfect example of what’s possible when we trust the process. Her leaves are deep green, her buds are tight and frosty, and her structure shows the elegance of genetics and discipline combined. Despite being a 12/12 (11/13) from seed grow, she’s performing like a true photoperiod queen. Every detail on her — from the sugar-coated fan leaves to the symmetry of her bud sites — tells a story of health and balance. ⸻ 💡 The Emerson Effect — Science Meets Soul This week we’re diving deep into one of the coolest aspects of this grow: The Emerson Effect 🌞 Every morning, the red spectrum (around 660 nm) turns on 15 minutes before the main lights. Every evening, it stays on 15 minutes longer than the rest. Why? Because we’re mimicking nature — sunrise and sunset — and activating one of the most fascinating plant processes ever discovered. 🌱 What It Does The Emerson Effect is the enhanced rate of photosynthesis that occurs when red and far-red light (around 730 nm) are present together. In simple terms: red light excites one photosystem, far-red excites the other, and when both are active, the plant runs its photosynthesis engine at maximum efficiency. ⚗️ The Results • Faster and smoother metabolic transitions • Reduced light stress during on/off cycles • Increased photosynthetic efficiency • Denser, more resinous buds • Slightly faster maturity under 11/13 schedules We’re not just flipping lights — we’re syncing biology with physics. 🌞🌙 ⸻ ⚙️ Technical Deep Dive: Emerson Effect + 11/13 Light Shuttle For the enthusiasts — when using 11 hours of light and 13 of dark, you simulate tropical photoperiods where cannabis evolved naturally. This encourages faster flower initiation and more compact plant structure. By extending the far-red light 15 minutes on both sides of the cycle, we’re signaling the plant that the sun is just beyond the horizon. It’s like whispering: “Keep going a little longer, but rest well.” This combination strengthens the balance between flower hormone production (phytochrome response) and photosynthetic drive, leading to better overall bud development. Science + intuition = success. 🌿 ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition This week’s feeding schedule continues the successful Aptus x Plagron symbiosis. From Plagron: 🌸 Power Buds – flower development booster 🍯 Sugar Royal – enhancing aroma, oil, and terpene profile 💎 Green Sensation – late-phase bulking and resin enhancer From Aptus: 🌿 All-in-One Liquid – full-spectrum nutrition 💧 CalMag Boost – mineral support and stability ⚖️ Regulator – nutrient balance and plant stress protection Even with the soil’s natural nutrient reserve (NPK still holding around 5.75), we’re gently pushing — testing how much she can handle under this 12/12 rhythm. She’s loving it: no burn, no droop, no stress — just pure growth. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Even with 45°C (110°F) heat outdoors, the grow room remains stable and healthy thanks to proper airflow and control. 📊 Environment Stats: 🌡️ Temperature: 28–30°C 💧 Humidity: 55–60% ☁️ CO₂: 450–800 ppm (natural fluctuation) 📈 VPD: ~1.3–1.8 kPa This is near-perfect for mid-flower — warm enough to boost metabolism, yet steady enough to maintain trichome production. ⸻ 📸 Photos & Videos This week’s gallery includes: 📷 Detailed studio shots of her canopy and buds 🎥 Clips showing her daily environment 🌿 A moment of me sharing medicine with her — part of our daily ritual of connection and gratitude Screenshots from TrolMaster TM+ app, showing the red-light pre-dawn and sunset cycles Every frame captures her strength and personality. No micro lens this time, but the natural look says it all — she’s glowing. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Expect: ✨ Buds bulking and trichomes stacking heavily 🌬️ Aroma deepening and resin turning more opaque 🌿 Leaf color possibly darkening further Not to Expect: 🌱 Any major new growth — stretch phase is over 🍂 Fade just yet — that will come closer to flush She’s now in the consolidation phase: weight, flavor, and resin. ⸻ 🌱 Quick Recap • Germination: After early setbacks, she became the solo survivor — and a star. • Veg: Compact and steady. • Transition: Adapted perfectly to 11/13 shuttle. • Early Flower: Tight nodes, dense frost. • Now: Week 6 — full bloom, full potential. ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude & Shoutouts 💚 Zamnesia – for the legendary genetics that started it all. 💧 Aptus – for consistent balance and vitality. 🌸 Plagron – for the boosters that bring color and resin to life. ⚙️ TrolMaster & ThinkGrow – for giving precision and control. 🌍 And most of all — to you, the readers, growers, friends, lovers, haters, and believers — thank you. This community keeps the passion alive. ⸻ 🎥 Watch in 4K on YouTube 🌿 The full White Widow 12/12 from Seed Series is live in 4K resolution on YouTube. I have started flushing with pH-adjusted Flawless Finish solution, expecting to harvest somewhere around the end of this week, although I will continue monitoring pistils and trichs. Upd: Added back 50% base nutrients and some flowering additives after researching some of the first responses to my flushing question. I learn every day. Even that which was scientifically proven true one day, might be even more scientifically proven absolutely false some time later (not related to flushing specifically). Thank you kings! Upd 2: Okay okay I cooked her with some cosmic rays or whatever those Chinese quantum bars emit — purple rays, I'll call it — that's on me. Turned them 30% down to see what's up. Light burn was not on my mind, because otherwise the leaves were not really curving that much, considering that this is 3 weeks overdue wrt advertised. Sorry about that, did not pay enough attention.

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

They’re looking extremely healthy..gave em their first nute feed with the last watering seem to be doing fairly well..fimmed the GG and LST. Did not touch the unkown as it looks smaller to be the same age. Running GHE base line with few extra supplements. ****UPDATE**** Both are LST’d..might rethink the way I tie them. Going for a “coil” type look, we’ll see though. They’re looking great! Hoping for females!

5/11 I DID NOT WATER. A COUPLE LOOKED DRY BUT STILL HAD HEFT AND I COULD FEEL MOUSTURE IN THE SOIL. I should've taken more pictures. I forgot it's a new week. Oh well. I'll be back over and I'm planning to bring the girls outside for the first time if it warms up a little more. It's windy as fuck but I can put them in the garage with the doors open. As long as that's not the direction of the wind. I raised the L.E.D light and lowered the hps. I also TRIED to FIM a 10th planet and an mk ultra. I may have just topped them. We'll see how it turns out before I do anything to the others. Pink kush grows slow and compact. Very similar to my experience with purple punch. I have two plants that have slightly twisted leaves. Nothing else is wrong with anything. Looking at the stippling on the leaf I think it might just be either low humidity or slight wind burn or a combination of the two. Now that I've looked again I think it might just be the first 5 finger leaf on those pink kush that I mat have mistaken. I'll keep an eye out. I feel better having done some research. I'll put some more pictures up and I'll update what it is that I get done. EDIT: WENT BACK OVER AROUND THREE. EVERUTHING LOOKED GREAT AND THE LEAVES WETE PRAYING ON SOME. I MAY NEED TO WATER SELECT PLANTS TOMORROW. I'LL PLAY IT BY EAR. LOWER THE HPS AND RAISING THE LED WAS A WISE CHOICE I THINK. OH AND THE "TWISTED" LEAF I WAS WORRIED ABOUT IS NOTHING. JUST THE FAN TO CLOSE AND A FOMBINATION OF LOW HUMIDITY AND MINOR HEAT STRESS. ITS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. I WANTED TO BRING THE GIRLS OUT TODAY. ITS SUNNY AND 60° BUT THE WIND IS WHIPPING! WE'VE GOT GOOD WEATHER COMING UP THOUGH WITH TEMPS IN THE 70'S. I THINK TOMORROW ILL CLEAN/SANITIZE THE CAGE AND WASH/SANITIZE THE GROW BAGS. 5/12 Looking and lifting some of the pots I found some that were pretty much totally dry. I watered the majority of all the plants. If soil was moist I left it alone. If it looked a little dry I gave it a little water. I didn't measure the water but it wasnt even ALL of what I had left from LAST WATERING (which was like a qtr gallon If that). I just don't want to over water. The ones that I went light on last time were the ones that were dry. Plants seem to explode after watering but this wasn't nearly as much. Everything is looking great. It's easy to tell these are all indicas due to the structure and leaf shape. Much different than even the Chem Dog #4 which doesn't LOOK as "indicay" as some of the others. I wanted to bring them outside today but it's only 50 out. I'm not going to make the same mistake as years past and stress the plants. When we get a nice warm day I'll bring them out. Other plants are ready to be topped or fimmed but I haven't done it yet. Also need to clean the cage and wash the bags. 5/13 It's 60° at 9am so I think the girls will be going outside for a little bit. Didn't fully water but I used what was left of the gallon and gave them that. Some are much drier than others. I'll probably give them a full watering tomm. I only gave them a little today because I didn't want them drying out. I FIMMed a Special Kush today. WE'LL see how the hst turns out. EDIT: WENT AND BROUGHT THE GIRLS OUT FOR FOUR HOURS IN INDIRECT SUNLIGHT. THE TENTH PLANETS WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD AN ISSUE. JUST MINOR HEAT OR LIGHT ISSUES WITH A COUPLE FAN LEAVES. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMED LIKE THEY SHOT UP IN SIZE. THE LARGER CONTAINERS STILL SEEM KINDA MOIST BUT SOME ARE DRY. I NEED TO GET ON A STABLE WATER SCHEDULE. ITS HARD WITH DUFFERENT PLANTS OF VARYING SIZES. STILL HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO. 5/14 One plant was super light today and was a little droopy. I WATERED EVERYTHING TODAY USING APPROX A HALF GALLON. I brought them outside for the second day. I left them out for about 3hrs. It's hot today. I'm still floored that chatgtp gave me exact directions for hardening my plants off at my exact location taking the weather into consideration! That is awesome. They're all doing good. Pink kush is the slow starter this year. Kind of like purple punch was. The only plants that had ANY damage on them was the two 10th planet's and its not really damage. It's just a LITTLE mottling on the leaf and the serrations pointing down. It's weird because this strain did great here last time. The Special Kush #1 and the Pink Kush would probably be fine to leave out soon. Hindu Kush parents make those strains extremely resilient. The one chem dog #4 looks out of place with all tjis big fat indica leaves. I'm hoping the topping and fim-ing will take. It looks like it will. 5/15 Everything is looking great! I have some work to do bit then I'll be over to bring the girls out for a few hours. I'll edit this when I do. EDIT: BROUGHT THE GIRLS OUT FOR THREE HOURS TODAY. I THOUGHT THE TENP WENT DOWN TO 73 BUT TUAT WAS INDOORS. OH WELL. THEY STILL DID GREAT! THEY WERE ALL LOOKING OUT OF THE LEAN-TO LIKE SUNFLOWERS! THE STRAIGHTEN OUT AFTER BEING UNDER THE GROW LIGHTS. I'M PLANNING TO CONTINUE TO HARDEN THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. STILL NEED TO CLEAN BAGS AND GROW AREA. I HAVE 'A' CAMERA DOWN. TRIED TO FIX IT TODAY BUT I WOULD GET RO THE LAST PART BUT THE CAMERA WOULDNT READ THE QR CODE ON MY PHONE. I EMAILED THE COMPANY BUT IF I DONT HEAR BACK BY TOMORROW AND I CANT FIX IT ILL JUST BUY ANOTHER CAMERA TO ADD TO THE SYSTEM. ITS THE OLDEST CAMERA I HAVE AND ITS DONE ME 5 GOOD YEARS. MAYBE ITS TIME TO RETIRE IT. 5/16 I watered a few of the girls this morning with a small ring around the pot. I brought them outside and am leaving them for 3.5 hours today in the lean-to. They get indirect light without all the wind this way. I'll slowly increase the hours outside until there is enough daylight for them to go outside without revegging. When I put them out I noticed that a few were light and since it was close to 80° I watered most everything. I used under a half gallon. I'll see how they do from here and then move forward. I fixed my down security camera and secured my cage. Now I just need to finish hardening off, clean/sanitize bags/environment and put them in tjeir final homes. I'm not rushing it though. I've learned my lesson with that. 5/17 Plants did great yesterday and were perky and praying this morning. It was HOT yesterday too. Got into the low 80's. It's 57° degrees at 9am and it's overcast and sprinkling. I haven't decided if I'm going to bring the girls out today. It might be a good day to try some direct sunlight. I'll update whatever I decide to do.

I started to scrog The Church (left side of the closet). I topped the plants after the fourth node. Of the 4 Churches, I didn't properly top two of them. These two are looking like they are developing the main cola as well as the two side colas equally, so it seems there are three of them. Serious 6 is growing slowly. Two of the plants are staying small and scrawny. I'm wondering if that is the phenotype or if I messed up. And to top it all of, there was an accident with the Autopots :-(( This is the second time it happened in my AP system: The float gauges in one of the trays got stuck and the water kept flowing. The tray overflowed and the water ran all over my wooden floor. This also happened at night and I only discovered it the next morning. Luckily, the float became unstock at one point of time and the waterflow stopped. If it hadn't, 30 Liters of water in my tank would have caused serious issues. I was going to start the 12/12 flowering cycle next week, but looking at the Serious 6s I will postpone it by at least another week. That way the Church can scrog longer and I assume won't fill up the net as quickly as Serious 6 anyway, since it more bushy compared to the Serious 6 sativas.

Well , so I started the week having some over-fertilization problems and some of the leaves were getting curly , also green was too intense. Due to some great advice from more experienced growers I decided to give'em just water for this past week which I guess was great, you can see color of the leaves in the last video I posted, look more natural overall Today I decided to gently break the main stem from my tallest girl in order to see if it ill grow better in horizontal position and will start fattening buds soon, I've used the same technique in another one was growing too tall and now its fattening properly, that was one week ago tho Overall everything went fine , had some problems with water, I guess I will feed 'em more often , maybe every 3-4 days with 2-3 days just water and then my organic nutrients cocktail. I'm very happy to see my tent almost full of white hairs (pistils) everywhere yeahh! I've found out as well that every of them its female so can't complaint. From next week I'll try to show how that plant I've bent over is doing , and also will start applying nutrients together with the water, also need to put the net higher and show a real SOG I'm using some baking soda and vinegar in order to create CO2 but I guess the reaction finishes quite fast About defoliation I don't feed very confident since I think flowers need as much energy leaves can absorb in order to be big plus the leaves of my plants are huge and I love that, never sees bigger leaves, ofc I know I'm new in the game but would like to see things myself as well Thanks for every advice and I hope we keep on growing together and learning from each other Have a good one everybody!!
