May 13: 10-15 C hotter than normal and low humidity means we’re having a very bad fire year. Misting plants to compensate for low humidity. Early to put seedling out but it’s warm enough even overnight for the little Gorilla Cookies Fast Flowering. Nice bags from Fast Buds are a bit too small at 4 gallons for this girl so I’ve put hot peppers in them instead. May 19: outside full time now. Bad fire season and getting smoky and gross.

After a weeks growth in four litre pots I defoliated them ready to go into flower. Started feeding them full strength with coir feed even though they are in soil. Looking happy so far, I'm tight on space so will keep them in check if I can as they flower.

4/7/24 day 14, added about a half inch of worm castings. Should’ve done it in the beginning. Better late than never? 😂🌱 4/8 so the same node that she grew leaves with only two fingers, are now only growing on one side, rather than both, so I cut the Lowest leaves and branches to of. I know you’re not supppsed to stress autos but I’ve done it before and I usually top them but thought I’d go without this time around. 4/14 end of week 3 she’s still short. Getting thicker. Looking happy the whole time. Seeing pistils at nodes. Possibly just showing sex

Start of week 7, for the Super Lemon Haze, I'm repeating the week 6 feed cycle as she's going for at least one extra week 9, compared to only 8 weeks for the blueberries, before flushing. Last week was good, but the Super Lemon Haze continues to be a very hungry girl. She is very sticky and has a light lemon smell. The two blueberry plants continue to pack on weight and size, they have a very pungent smell and are starting to get sticky like the SLH.

The plants are growing nicely and small preflower pistils are emerging slowly and it seems all of them will be female 😀 I've started adding them Cal Mag solution as an addition to my existing package as the leafs were showing a slight signs of deficiencies but nothing major. We'll be in the flowering stage next week for sure, until then wish you all a nice week😉

Back with a new week, the beginning of week 6 and wow, the girls are really starting to show off their fall colours and frosty colourful buds. EC has been slightly lowered and I have dropped cal-mag to ensure a good flush later on in the grow. PK has been increased and the girls are fattening up. pH has been drifting so trying to keep a close eye on this to enable the correct uptake of essential nutrients at this critical stage. I am super happy with this strain, the pictures and videos truly don't do her justice. She absolutely reaks of blueberries, and the buds sparkle like diamonds. I am super excited to squish some blueberries here in a few weeks! I will update with a dry weight and a smoke report in a few weeks, thanks for stopping by, be safe, and Blaze On!!!

Same shit different week!

So fat banana finally got the chop. Started off well then had an influx of heat around mid flower, not a major problem as I dealt with it, just could have gone smoother. She flew through veg with no problems or complaints whatsoever. She was resilient and would grow her again. She smells so loud, covered in frost.. I have a few more pictures of the chop to upload but will do it in a little while. Such a unique scent from her, definitely tropical and banana peel type of aroma and taste(from test smoke). Been a pleasure to grow and can honestly say its some tasty smoke. Will do a proper smoke report after this batch has dried and then cured. Thanks for tuning in! Will be back -FlavoursUk

The ladies have grown really tall. All the plants are still in the stretch and are doing really well. I have added another layer of compost and a layer of grass clippings for mulch. I will sort them out with some fresh food this weekend as the first leaves are starting to turn a bit yellow. Bud development is good and the ladies are dealing with the colder temperatures well. The weather is supposed to get warmer again. I think they will get another boost soon and will enjoy a fresh feeding. Happy growing.

Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

Hallo und herzlich Willkommen, Wir befinden uns am Anfang der attraktiven Blütewoche 3 Eine sehr schöne Woche denn es geht auch schon in die Harzproduktion über. Alle samt machen ihren Job gut und sehen dahingehend auch Vital, Kräftig aus. Nebst der Stärke für geäst und Zweige steht natürlich die Blüteproduktion im Vordergrund. Der Stretch wie erhofft dämmt sich ein. Auch die Pistols mehren sich und wachsen tendenziell enorm. Zum Gießwasser Den PH- Wert halten wir im Moment zwischen 6,7- 6,8// mS/ cm 1,9 Das neue Nährsortiment wurde sehr gut angenommen und insgesamt gab es auch keinerlei Probleme bei Umstellung auf das JU JU Royal Programm. Gießverhalten momentan; 2 x innerhalb von 24 Stunden ca 1,25 l/ je Pflanze. Einmal Gießen wir nachdem einschalten des Lichts und kurz vorm ausgehen des Lichts VPD: Liegt im durchschnitt bei 1,1 dahingehend zu Nacht u. Tageszeiten leider noch zu hohe Schwankungen da Befeucht- und Entfeuchtungsgerät n. nicht installiert sind Wird aber ganz sicher noch geschehen demnächst irgendwann n. diesem Lauf. Rom wurde auch nicht an einem Tag erbaut^^ Es ist aber ein wirkliches tolles, die ganze Zusammenarbeit seines Sets (Das Zusammenspiel zwischen Ab/ Zu- Luft- VPD- Luftfeuchte so noch näher zu verstehen zu können und daraus zu Lernen. Ansonsten sehen sie ganz glücklich aus und somit geht es uns auch identisch. Tolle Farbe und vor allem auch eine knappe aber sehr gute Höhe und somit Planmäßig. Wir haben jetzt auch noch mal den Lüfter samt Filter komplett bis unter die Decke mit Zurrgurten fixiert. Die alte blieb dran, weniger Aufwand und zusätzliche Sicherheit. Somit konnten wir aber insgesamt noch ca. 7 cm gewinnen :-) Die höchste Green Gelato misst in der Höhe 122 cm (Eine Dame musste ja herausstechen^^) Der durschnitt der anderen beiden liegt ca. bei 110 cm Die Secret Source liegt bei 72 cm Alle die hier genannten Maße sind ab Substratoberkannte gemessen. So langsam kommt auch Gewicht in die Blüten denn die Äste fangen schon das seichte Tanzen an. Wirklich schön und wir sind gespannt was noch passiert. Vielleicht ein wenig Farbe am Ende der kommenden Woche, dass wäre mega toll! Wir wünschen allen Growmies einen tollen Sonntag und eine erfolgreiche neue tolle Woche! Last week of veg for lil Junebug. Ph water, no nutes this week to clean her roots of all the buildup. Flushed her yesterday and she’s in 18 dark hours to initiate the flip. Weekend feed will be week 1 bloom. She could easily veg and veg but we’re gonna make sure she’s got plenty of room to stretch and thrive within the heart of the HPS bulb.
