Week 5 – Time to Bloom! We’ve entered Week 5, and it’s time for a big change — we’ve switched the light schedule to 12/12 to trigger the flowering stage for our beautiful Gorilla Girl! She’s growing impressively — now standing over 30 cm tall and stretching out nicely in width as well. To guide her structure and maximize light exposure, we applied some LST (Low Stress Training) and gently tied down the main stem. We’ve also carefully removed a few top shoots to help redirect energy where it’s needed most. Everything’s going smoothly — our girl is strong, healthy, and ready to bloom! Big thanks to Sweet Seeds for the outstanding genetics and to Xpert Nutrients for the support in every stage of growth. Let the flowering begin!

Riego con 250 / 500 ml porque las temperaturas empiezan a bajar a 25 ºC diurnos / 22 ºC nocturnos y está bajando el consumo de agua... Día 105 (13/09) La deficiencia empeora... Solo se salvan OnionOG #1 y KS1 #2... Día 106 (14/09) La deficiencia sigue empeorando... Solo se salvan OnionOG #1 y KS1 #2... Día 107 (15/09) La floración se ha ido al traste! 3 of the same strain 2 are going into flush and the big one is getting another week of overdrive as she seems to be responding well to it I started her off on it much later than the other 2 probably be another 2 weeks before she comes down.

I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 7.5.25: I retied down the branches on FastBuds Mystery seed #1. I had to clean the tent, so the opportunity had to be taken, I hope not to have to move them again. I ended up snapping a small branch off another plant 😖 She is looking big out of the tent, and bigger than I thought! Now, having readjustmed, the fabric ties, and she is looking even larger still. This really is a sizeable plant! 😱 I really am struggling to get them all in, I think the 8 gallon pots were a definite factor in that. They certainly are great for getting big plants, but be prepared if you have a small space. Really focusing on her bud development in these mid flowering weeks. I watered some bloom nutes after I top dressed, with Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf Nutrients. I watered 3.2 litres PPM:745 PH:6.0. This time, I'm going to keep the top dressing moist. So as not to kill all the beneficial microbes. Other than that, I will wait until the pots are light again. Overall she is doing great, I wish she had stretched a little more evenly, to catch up in height. I just can't even out the canopy anymore. I'll leave it and hope she'll sort herself out 😅 I'm very excited to see what happens next! This is going to be crazy whatever happens! 😍😋 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). Hi everybody, The last plant has recovered quite well, since I have my ph under control again, gotta admit that the Milwaukee ph-pen feels a lot faster and stable in terms of readings and also the calibration. I am growing on Speedgrow rockwhool this time, and not growdan. Speedgrow claims that you don’t need to soak and buffer their cubes. I will test this once the plant moves out of the microgreen section into the tent, where I can monitor the water reservoir.

hi to all, brothers of the weed! my orange juice is nice and ready to be harvested!this beautiful plant was really very strong and resistant, in a short time it dominated all the cousins that were in the room! as always we will perform a dry trim and we will do a lot of good content and other reviews on the smoke so stay up to date!

Oh man I'm excited about this one now. I think I may try and fill this tent out with this just this one plant. Earth box and manual scrog on this Gelato. After getting her in there and realizing how easy she is to bend over and how easy it will be to get a monster plant with this set up, I'm super stoked. This will probably end up being a super long veg time but that's okay. This is exciting for me. Something different.
