Hey now, hope everyone is doing well, I had one out of two Fastbuds Strawberry Bananas pop and she is currently in Pro-Mix seedling starter/perlite but will be transferred to Coco Coir/Perlite as soon as her roots fill up the solo cup. I will transplant her probably in a week or so, she seems to be starting slow even though she's in a perfect environment. I have seen this before, and some of the ladies I was ready to give up on became massive producers, so I'll see what happens with this one. I have gotten some great yields and flower quality from Fastbuds strains, but I have not had the greatest germination success rate compared to other breeders. I started prepping some coco for this grow by flushing it down to .4 EC and I currently have it soaking in buckets of water with an EC of 2.0 from Cal Mag. This will help prevent cal mag deficiencies in the plants. I will transplant her to her final home in a week or so which will be a 5.4 Gallon Airpot. Once in her final home she will get fed 4x per day, and the runoff will go to my tomatoe plants outside which will also be in coir. I am very excited to crank this Medic Grow LED up and especially add that UV/IR spectrucm to the flowers and see what effect that has on the final THC and terpene production. I am currently running the Spectrum X at 30% which is about 230 watts in the F1 spectrum which is the blue/veg spectrum. I will be adding more seedlings to the tent here shortly to try and fill her up, but I started with the longest expected grow times of Glueberry OG and Strawberry Banana, and next week I will add a Gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds and a Purple Punch from Barney's Farm with the hope that they will all be ready for harvest within a week or two of each other. Day 36, 25th of October 2021: Hi there and welcome to the first lovely day of the 6th week that is i beleive the last week of their vegetative stage because I am planning to switch the lamp to 12/12 from next week :) This week is not about LST anymore it is FIMing week that means all of them have FIMmed on all of their "heads" so like each plant approx 6-8 times.... Together, they have strong smell even without flowering lol 😆 Well, CBD Medi Kush is my favourite lady from here she will be another strong and big plant I think. Very cool I like this one even the smell already amazing! Afghani Gold typical bushy midget Indica with fan big leafs 🍃 nice creation she will be nice as well, I don't reckon with big strech :) Spliffs Strawberry 🍓 the typical Sativa with that saw leaves well, here I am afraid a bit of streching as she just FIMmed and Sativa however, I beleive she will be cool with that :) She looks pretty a bit lighter in colour. Blue Berry she is the hybrid lady and still looks a bit pale for me obviously she has got some deficiency but she will make it let's see what comes when she turns to flower.... I am excited 😁 I wanna give them several days before the darkness period which is 3 days and the from next week switching to 12/12. They are FIMmed only so it doesn't really stress them to give them much extra time to recover before flowering. I think it will be the right time to switch on the next week because I can see they really want to flower 🌼 ☺️ 😅 But for now lamp is still 18 hours on, set to be on 150W (approx 60% of the max) ventilation is on for 10 minutes in every 2 hours but the extraction fan is 18 hours on with the lamp... Humidity approximately is the same 50% and the temperature as well +/- 1-2 Celsius. Water intake increased approx 0.12-0.15L per day per plant. Fertilization is the same Epsom salt once a week, and then 2x a week Biobizz Family included BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax and of course - Vitalink bat gunao also. Ratio is above. Happy Growing 👀

Root exelerator has been stoped with the other lady's being harvested these now have crazy leg room to grow ! The bears are hunting that gass and all the baby's are letting of a nice stank !

I finally got them in the garden! It was a trip getting out there, so they don't look the greatest because they're stressed. I broadforked the bed because I have very hard clay soil and put down Ocean Forest potting soil. I have some wire support hoops for the AG19 row cover I'm going to be using for the transition. It's lightweight and breathable but it will cut down on some of the sun so they don't burn and it will also keep them warmer at night since it's still pretty cool. And please disregard my comment about the Chamomile and Nitrogen... Chamomile sequesters Calcium, Potassium and Sulfur, not Nitrogen😜. Clover sequesters Nitrogen. I added about 5-10% Biochar in with the Fox farm potting soil which is an excellent source of carbon and helps retain soil moisture. I added some lime to stabilize ph and try to deter lockout which I had last year. I also added mycorrhizal inoculant for root health, it helps to reduce stress in plants and helps them to uptake more sugars which is exactly what we want.

Day 64, 22nd of November 2021: Hi there! Here we go..... so basically pistils are appearing stronger this is the 2nd weeks since they started producing pre flowers. The plants getting a bit light might be some air circulation problem? However they look good and of course closer to the end the gettin' older so the leaves also die. Set up and timing is the same since flower season started. ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

So it has begun... I've had to start utilizing string to hold up branches by tying them to the ceiling rods and surrounding equipment. These plants are healthier and happier than my first grow, so I wasn't quite expecting them to blow up like they did, therefore my single-layer screen was not enough to support the branches. Not to mention the net used was store-bought and kind of sucks. I prefer my double-layer from the first harvest. The Mimosa is packing on some major frost, followed closely by the Glookies. American Pie trichomes seem to appear and ripen much closer to the ending stages of flower.

One of the 5 is still growing like crazy and it's not letting the camera see her sister! I started with almost all the botanicare products and the ladies just jumped a couple inches since it's feed. They love the high temperature and an upish humidity around the 60s in RH% Considering changing light schedule in 3 weeks instead of 5, for a total of 6 weeks vegetative instead of 8 total being two months. FUCKING FINALLY!! cant believe there tranplanted and about to be flipped its been about a total of 40 weeks since the two bigs have started and maybe weeks 25 since another 1-2 and the the rest about 15 weeks WAYYY to dam long but thats how it goes its all learning curve, and life happens for sure! There roots are absolutely massive they where so ovegrown for the 2 gal once again so thats all on me. Only snagged 1 root on one of the bigger guys, got caught on my LST hole i made on the pot. Took of all LST training stick because im going to use a trellise to train all down for ecen canopy before i flip! Next post will be day 1 flower! WHOOO 🕺🤦‍♂️ Added great white to soil when transplanted 2 teaspoon for 5 gal pot

This week I bought some other plants to make sure my neighbourhood doesn't smell like weed when people walk by LOL. I would really recommend to buy plants like these. When I open the door to my balcony it now smells different, i don't know for how long since they are not in flowering stage yet, we shall see. Did some LST and defoliation like I do every week. Changed plant spots. This time I had to add more water to my feeding since it is getting hotter outside and my plants take up more because of having more roots and needs.
