So we have harvested the wedding cheesecake abruptly as I think one might have started too herm possibly as I saw signs hence the abrupt chop of all as only days away from end of week 8. There are no seeds or any disinformation yet I saw under scope slight growing signs of possible coming g of herm so didnt waste time too chop... will inspect once dry all should be okay 🤞 The buds smell absolutely delicious theres more of a creamy cakey aroma bursting through more than anything like a creamy woft through the air. The girls grew amazingly considering I went from auto feed too hand feed although didnt seem too have a negative affect end result shows so I'd like too re run the wedding cheesecake ff again solely by hand/autopot this time all way through. Buds form grameat with great resilience too conditions out of control as I myself have a heatwave and they seemed too handle well. Over all I would strongly recommend this monster of a grower too all, she is a beautifull strain with such a great growing process. I will keep one girl for flower and the not so perfect girl for hash or too be pressed once cured for a month or so... These were flushed only a week unfortunatley due too early chop but as in coco I'm sure I'll be fine after a cure even for the hash girls.

Here we are at the harvest of one of the masterpieces of the season, Rainbow Sherbet Automatic by Zamnesia. ** We remind everyone that we have grown two plants per strain, one without the aid of any technique and the other instead worked with the techniques described below. Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because I managed to create the main stem parallel to the soil in a truly elegant way. We waited for the second internode and did the TOPPING (at the second to lengthen the vegetative phase in autoflowering plants, it is also better to keep the stem low); from this topping a MAINFOLDING was done cleaning everything that was underneath in the underlying internodes and leaving only the two mini branches to grow as a result of the first topping, the Mainfold precisely (** IF YOU LEAVE OTHER BRANCHES YOU CAN'T TALK ABOUT MAIN LINING THE NAME ITSELF SAYS IT). We lowered the two branches with the arches in LST up to the third internode of each respective branch and we did the TOPPING once again, from here the plant was left to grow directing it with LST as best we could. I probably left a little too much stuff underneath, I could have cleaned a little more. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a medium-high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am inclined towards the plant worked with the techniques. This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. If the plant is a declared tall plant, in short, this work can be done, if it is short it can be done too but keep in mind that it remains small. Flower quality // The buds resinified very well, in fact probably something more than very well. I love the resins that are produced in winter. You can see it in the macros at different distances, there is a lot of resin well distributed. The buds are also nice and hard and look much better than the plant left to grow straight which was super resinous anyway. We washed the buds, it is essential, try following the Zamnesia guide and you will see how your buds will taste! Oct 11th is day one of actually planting the seedling into the hydrobucket

It started october twenty third, harvested, on day eighty.

Week 1 Flower We finally got the Surf Purp siblings into the flower tent Playboiis! 👍 Now they'll be growing at a faster rate throughout the transitional period, silicon has been increased a bit so they stay thick and strong, and also bendable if needed. Remo grow has been significantly reduced whilst remo bloom is now being added at the same strength as micro. A very small amount of Astro flower is being added too. Epsom Salts has been doubled along with Cal-Mag being upped very slightly. I always feed at 5.9pH when in the transitional period/stretch and then increase to 6pH once in full bloom. This is to slowly transition their pH to 6 as this is a better pH for the required nutrients throughout flower. Because they haven't yet had the usual maintenance flush after being delayed in veg, I gave them one on Day 6 Flower. They were topped up with a nutrient feeding straight after to ensure they don't go hungry! I checked the ppm and pH of the tun off for each of them before flushing mote water through them. This is to check if they're roots are happy and healthy with a good pH and feeding well, without leaving a high ppm in the run off. The strings that they're under were already there from the previois girls, but was sterilized before putting the Surf Purps in. These were enough to move all the branches required to open them up and spread them out evenly. Because I'm only flowering under one light, the two outer plants (1&3) won't be getting the same intensity as the other two, so they'll more than likely produce smaller, less dense flowers (if they're female). It's just something that'll need to be considered when picking a keeper as they could produce the same, or bigger flowers if given the same intensity as the other two. I placed the two tallest plants at the back as they look like they'll stretch the most out of the bunch, so it makes the two smaller plants at the front easier to see and tent to the canopy. They were all given a good defoliation on Day 7 to slow their stretch, now that their growing at a much faster rate. We'll soon see their pre flowers to determine what sex they all are! They are reaching the end of stretch. I noticed light stress on #1 so I raised the lights. I also added a 3rd trellis to help support these girls so they can focus on growing! They got big fast, and those leaves are huge so I had to go in and remove some of the bigger leaves that was shading out my lover canopy

this plant has a tendancy to throw out lime green leaves which throws you off a bit.. its quite a sensitive plant to ph im thinking. make sure you get the soil right. given the sheer density of buds it wants to grow on the colas i would suggest that its best to use a big light on this plant and if you are going to scrog properly space the budsites otherwise it just forms one big clump of buds in small plants.. hard to get light to everywhere.. genetics wise though damn! very quick vigorous growth, chunky looking white pistils, and looooooots of leaf production. thanks california and fastbuds

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Well had to harvest early. bud rot was making its way through the plant had already pulled 2 heads off covered didn't want any more being affected. So it's now chopped and drying will give more of an update after she's dryed n cured... Its been a good grow right up untill the end ventilation was lacking and temps hot. I've enjoyed it tho this plants tested some of my skills on diffieciencys and training really like the strain just abit more attention to environment nearing the buds getting very dense.
