FBA2502-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy Growing

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Durban Nights, she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and has her first true set of leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. Day 94, 5th of November 2020: Nice strain no really strong smell haha good to grow more safely :) This situation is crazy never happneed to me. It is only the 5th week of flowering and she looks ready to be harvested.... WTF.... I immediately stop fertilization.... I checked the trichomes and it is interesting. I see ambers and I see milky ones but also translucent ones.... I have an idea what happened. She had gotten aot of darkness I mean she did not get always the standard 12/12 she qas once 3 days in darkness before owering that's ok.... After I left her one day in darkness once.... And what I think is when I went on holiday my friend looked after her so she was with different strains and needed to remove out of the tent manually so he went to work early and back late so she spent 14 hours darkness but stilll.... I have no idea ;)

Leaves have started to fade but I don’t think she is ready yet. I’ll leave it another week and see what happens.

Ladies and gentlemen today is day 42 and this girl is thriving.. i ended up switching my plants around and giving her the smaller tent because my other plant is just too big for the tent .. she's growing fast at 27 in and as you can tell, she's still stretching, although I think she's almost done, and we can start producing some flowers .. And use that only and you will have massive plans, and that bag will last you a year.. j/s .. i don't see many or any one else in here using it which is crazy because it grows the biggest plants i've seen out of any other nutrient... i understand it's salt based. Starting to really be thirsty. Soon as I started the nutrients they started drinking almost twice as much water. Did some low stress training this week and probably continue tying back and levelling through the next two weeks. Since it’s an empty tent right now really letting them stretch out ;p

Monday: Leaf yellowing has continued this past week. Rather than continue to increase the amount of general nutrients I've been using I think I'll just start adding some extra Nitrogen, starting this evening. Otherwise she looks great! Very lush, soft green leaves (aside from the few yellow ones). She smells amazing in a few places where the trichomes are starting to form. ************************************************ Tuesday: No new yellow leaves this morning! The ones that were a lighter shade of green/turning yellow didn't get any worse. Seems the tiny amount of Nitrogen I gave her last night had an immediate and positive effect! Will continue adding the Nitrogen - I imagine as she continues to build buds she's gonna need more and more. ************************************************ Thursday: Still looking lovely. Very small bit of yellowing on a few leaves. Deffo not worried about it anymore.

Hello Growmies, We’re at week 15, and our Epic Buzz is showing some serious gains. The plant has been swelling so much that it's barely managing to hold itself up. An inspection reveals a coat of trichomes adorning the surface, with calyxes continuing to expand noticeably. It's as if each day brings a new level of plumpness to the buds, pushing the boundaries of what seemed possible just a week ago. From the images, we can observe the heavy load the stems are carrying. The top colas are thriving with density, their surfaces a landscape of rich, sticky trichomes, the kind that promise potency and depth. While the overall structure of the plant leans heavily, a testament to the weight it bears, there's an elegance to this droop, speaking to the fullness it's achieving. In terms of care, there's a significant change in our approach – no more PK 13/14. We've seen the best of what it can do, and now it's time to let pure, reverse osmosis water do the talking. This shift will ensure that we're not overloading the plant with nutrients and will help us to start the flushing process gently, easing into the final stages of flowering. The result of this can be seen in the leaves that are starting to yellow, a natural progression indicating that the plant is consuming the last of its nutrient reserves. Meanwhile, the roots, those unseen heroes, continue to draw up the necessary sustenance, fuelling this impressive final push. We’re now on the precipice of full maturity, where each day counts double. I'm keeping a close eye, ensuring the reservoir stays topped up every few days to keep her hydrated without causing undue stress. As we approach harvest, it's a balancing act of watchfulness and patience. The once-dominant aroma now fills the space with a subtler, sweeter scent – a prelude to the bounty that awaits. week 3 i defoliated and increase nutes to week 3 strength. Liking the growth I'm getting from these phenos especially #1. At the end of week 3 Pheno # 1 is deff growing the best but I will flower out other 2 as well. Stem rub giving same smell on all 3 phenos. I cant describe smell of it yet but it is different then anything else I have now or have run in the past.

Cherry cola 1 came out today and cherry cola 2 comes out later this week so just flushing with crystal clear .

They were very similar looking plants in early growth, but one of them stretched about 10 inches more than the other. It only weighed a few more grams despite the extra height. They require no special attention at all and produced fairly well, though I'd have liked a bigger yield. The buds are dense and smell amazing.
