Que lo que familia, ya de vuelta, nuestras northern light xL todavía siguen formándose nuestras flores, de las3 variedades son las flores menos compactas, NO peores, pintaza tienen de todas formas 🙈, son las mas lentas en florecer, predominancia indica, 60/65 días. Aquí tenemos la cabeza mas grande de todos los ejemplares. Son plantas que también sacan ramas laterales no muy grandes pero son curiosas. Seguiremos dando productos por lo menos una semana más y los riegos incluyen PK 0-49-32 como aporte suplementario.

It became clear to me when I opened the tent two days ago. There they were, sticking out one of the main cola’s, it was almost impossible to miss them: 2 bright lime green banana’s. It was like the little dicks were smiling to me. I immediately removed them and search all the plants thoroughly multiple times for more, but didn’t found one. So, I guess I’m now a member of the ‘hermies club’. As for the cause: I suspect light stress. The light was close on the canopy, a little closer than (for example) dr. Cocoforcannabis recommends for this light. I found the two banana’s on Jannine and the bud that had them, is the one that’s almost in the middle of the tent, where the light is the brightest. The plant on the left, Kim, was also showing some foxtailing on her highest buds. Hence, I raised the lights 6-7 centimeters. Hopefully, I took away the cause of the hermies; off course, I’m keeping a sharp eye on the buds, but I haven’t found any more than those two. Also, EC of the drain tends to go up, hence every few days, I now just give them plain pH’ed water, to prevent high EC spikes. The trichomes are developing nicely. I bought a jeweler's loupe to study them, because with my USB microscope it’s almost impossible to get a clear picture (I don’t have a steady hand). The girls are 7 weeks into flower: there are no amber trichomes, but most trichomes are partly cloudy (30~50%) and a minority is still fully clear. I guess two more weeks before harvest, maybe 1,5 week. I switch to GHE Ripen later this week. I didn’t use such a product during my first grow, so I’m curious to see if it does something good. Besides the two (hopefully sterile) banana’s, the plants look and smell great. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe & keep growing!

July 7, 2020 update... Houston... We have lift off!!! Flowering has officially begun with all four ladies. The actual heights of the 4 ladies is as follows 24" & 26" (indoors) and 21" & 24" (outdoors). The indoor plants are also much bushier and have more nodes. The outdoor plants are looking more like old school autos just focusing on a main central cola. I gave all of the ladies a LST bend and tied them down at a 45 degree angle. This is to allow better light penetration to the lower bud sites and usually results in several branches producing fat colas, not just the top. I am starting to see some bug damage on the outdoor girls. I have been trying to use companion planting of Basil, Chives, Spearmint, and Oregano as natural bug deterrents, but that's not working as well as I had hoped. I also sprayed them once with Safer End-All. Its OMRI listed and recommended by 'The Rev' of Skunk Magazine and True Living Organic fame. I'd prefer not to spray them again, especially as they get farther into flower. Any suggestions for keeping bugs away from my girls would be appreciated - hit me up in the comments. 👍

Semana del 1 al 7 de marzo. Lo apunto aquí porque sino luego no sé ni en que semana vamos jaja 😂 Las primeras fotos y vídeo son del inicio de la semana. Hemos retrasado el cambio de una semana a otra, ya que por el lavado de raíces no las pudimos alimentar antes. Luego cambiaremos el PH a 5,8-9 y el EC también lo aumentaremos. Edito: al final no lo hemos aumentado porque respondían bien y estaban recuperándose. Respecto a la semana anterior, se ven mucho mejor después del lavado de raíces. Algunas plantas están muy bajitas, así que la luz para las más bajas está a 65 cm. Mañana o pasado aplicaré jabón potásico con aceite de neem a modo de prevención. La vez pasada, que era mi primera vez plantando, llegaron trips y al final resultó todo bien, pero si no llegan los bichos, mejor todavía

Welcome to week 10. 7/9-15 Grow family, friends and followers, for the most part, I've basically been flushing 3 gallons each plant every 2 days. I think it is helping both Gaia and Circe recover from nutrient lock out. I see tufts of new flowers forming on some top buds. In the flushing, I still see tea color run off but I will return to feeding very lightly this week. Measurements for one gallon but make 4 or 5 gallons of fertilizer solution. 7/9 flushed ladies with 3 gallons and picture day. 7/ 10 I already feel behind on this week. I had to rush watering my plants in the tent yesterday so I could prep the sides and condiments for a cookout. After eating we played games then, called it early as a storm was heading our way. I was going to do my diary up date last night but the storm took out our power. So today loaded yesterdays pics 7/11 ferigating day. All got flushed 3 gallons of water. After using, then I fertilized with additional 1gals Fertilizer TPS1 15 ml in 4 gal Signal 7.5 ml in 4 gal Each plant received 1gal. Also baking day -Banana Brownie recipe in week 2 Natrona's recipe diary. This is free of eggs, gluten and sugar. And I'm trying to create videos. Tried adding music and adding my IG avatar. Needs work and for me, sure didn't come easy. 7/12 I added a humidifier to the tent yesterday to bring VPD in line. It's getting too hot and with low humidity, the vpd is bordering on the red zone. Temps are heating hotter here so our a/c has to work harder and still not doing the cooling necessary. It is also cooling the tent by about 5 degrees. The drip trays were empty this morning. That means that after ferigating yesterday, any runoff in the bins was drank overnight. I did not top off the drip bins with tap water today. I'm letting them go a day or two without any water. I'm seeing more new tufts of hairs on lower buds. Yay.👍 7/13 water only and pictures. Also made osteoarthritis lotion.. week 3 Natrona's recipes 7/14 checking in. The girls are doing fine. No water today and bins are dry. June 29: looking good at the start of a new week. Hot again and risk of thunderstorms so the plants are up against the house tonight. Plant has reached lowest of three rungs on the tomato cage and I’m trying to get a few colas to go around on the outside. July 1: Happy Canada Day. Warm again today with a risk of thunderstorms. July 2: cool today (about 12 C high) so watered with 27 C water in morning to help keep things growing. Also topped fourth time to make the 16 cola manifold. This is the best way to shape photoperiod plants…all the work is up front and it produces nice uniform buds that are easy to process during harvest. Two stems on the piece that broke are healthy but smaller than the others. Should even out with time. Watered with full nutrient mix. July 5: looks good. I was gone for a couple of days after the last round of topping and just noticed today that I had done seven and had missed one which has now been dealt with.

Hopefully she's getting the chop this week. She's slowing down the water drinking, only fed her water all week anyway.

No signs of flowering yet, maybe slight formation of calxys beginning. Been spraying with molasses, neem, cal mag and liquid kelp (bioweed) and superthrive just once to hopefully delay flowering to increase yield. P.S. if youre new at growing DO NOT try this unless you know what your doing with hormones etc. Theres a chance it can turn your girls hermie. Just be aware!

20/11 Ce petit se développe super vite, irrigation a l'eau uniquement tous les 2/3jours. Bientôt transplantation pots 6L pour plus de développement. Reste sur le réseau growers. 26/11 repiquer dans un pots de 6L dans du ATAMI - Janeco-Light Mix qui es super pour développer davantage de racine . Arrosage a l'eau ph 6,5.

This week went great! The plants love the new lights and exploded quickly! I started 12/12 lighting today and can’t wait to see how this goes!!
